After I questioned it, they changed their words and said that the offline price could be the same as the online price. I stayed for so many nights and was upgraded every time. This time, the so-called new manager acted like a ****. He said that the upgrade was impossible and his attitude was very sarcastic. The male manager before was quite enthusiastic. I strongly suggest that the owner reconsider the management team. There is a reason why local brands cannot compete with Atour. The management and service level are a major flaw. Some self-employed people are not suitable for service management."

"This hotel has some standout positives: 1. It's a relatively new hotel, so the facilities are top-notch and the decor is really tasteful. 2. The breakfast included in the package and the complimentary drinks were both great. The ginger-flavored soda was a particular highlight for me. 3. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. When I couldn't find the car park upon arrival, the lady at the front desk gave me such detailed and patient directions, she was like a human GPS! However, there are a couple of downsides: 1. There's still a slight 'new renovation' smell in the room. It would be great if they provided an air purifier. 2. The laundry room management is a bit chaotic. My clothes were taken out of the dryer before they were even finished! I'd suggest putting up more prominent notices, installing a camera, and providing some clean laundry bags in the laundry room."

The guest rooms are spacious and well-arranged, and the whole room was meticulously cleaned – not a trace of unpleasant odors. Atour's custom deep-sleep mattress is just the right firmness, and with the blackout curtains and excellent soundproofing, I slept incredibly soundly after a long day of business travel. The room details are very well thought out: a separate wet and dry bathroom, human-centric storage design, and a desk equipped with an eye-care lamp and multiple outlets, making it very convenient for work. Plus, all the drinks in the mini-fridge are complimentary. The front desk staff were warm and efficient with both check-in and check-out, and they were quick to respond to any requests. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and there's even a comforting late-night congee service every evening. The 24-hour laundry room and gym are fully equipped with washing, drying, and care facilities, which is particularly great for business travelers. The location is excellent, making it convenient for getting around and dining. I'll definitely prioritize this Atour for future business trips. Highly recommended!"
