"First the positive ... very good location. The tower suite was beautiful and well equipped. The view was super! That was unfortunately .... The suite was cleaned only on the first day, then, even after many complaints, unfortunately no longer. We had to get fresh towels and toilet paper at the reception. At the end there was 5 Euro per day environmental premium as "compensation", we would have preferred clean rooms to feel well. On the last day the kiss and bed cover were scrapped, which came under the appearance ....iiiigitt! Good that hasn't happened before! You need to know that the hotel is at the concert mosquito, sound music from there and from the square in front of the hotel. Breakfast is good, unfortunately hesitant when cleaning. Smiling would also be beautiful. Very good egg food, freshly prepared. In the steakhouse we didn't choose from the many free tables, we went. The pool in the wellness area smaller than in the photos, the massage camps unfortunately did not work, Well longer. But there very nice and pre-eminent staff.."
