A wonderful hotel! My friend and I were late checking in and arrived late at night. They were waiting for us at the reception, helped us organize an excursion to the rice fields the next day, and did their best to make us enjoy our vacation. I didn't want to leave, the service was so excellent - fresh linen, authentic interiors, a clean shower, and a set of not only slippers, but also all disposable hygiene products. The hotel is located in the historical center, close to the main temples and the embankment, souvenir shops and restaurants. Inside the hotel, there are references to Chinese culture here and there, rice paper and calligraphy, Bonsai, amulet figurines, a fish fountain, and if desired, you can most likely request a tea ceremony in the living room. We only spent two days in Guilin, but we enjoyed the trip from the bottom of our hearts, largely due to the wonderful service of the hotel. an important nuance - but it concerns the whole of China - the staff does not speak English, the translator helped, the language barrier did not bring negativity - the staff were ready to help in everything

All the staff speak fluent English, warm and thoughtful, They provide hand-drawn maps, recommend authentic local food, and even help with itinerary planning(Li river and longji rice terraced),and arranging carpools. Great Location, it's only about 600 meters from Guilin Station ( 5-6 minutes walk). It's also very convenient for visiting attractions like Elephant Trunk Hill and the Two Rivers and Four Lakes area.Highly recommended!!!

We had a beautiful stay at Secret Courtyard Resort Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, well equipped with everything we needed - fresh water and towels everyday, option to chose between Chinese and Western breakfast and delicious fruits. Xiaoming was so nice to give us the e-bikes to drive around Guilin for free and we enjoyed using them a lot! If we had any questions about the area or needed a ticket for the li yang river cruise he immediately took care of it for us. We had also had a pickup from the train station so we didn’t need to find the way to the resort on our own. It was a wonderful stay. Thanks so much from the young German man, who looks like an old German man and his girlfriend ☀️

Booked this Yangshuo hotel through Trip.com and it was such a pleasant surprise! The location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk to West Street and super close to the Li River – it’s a quiet oasis amidst the bustling area. I booked a river view room, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered direct views of the karst mountains and the Li River. Waking up to morning mist and watching the sunset right from my room was pure visual bliss. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the bathroom with its separate wet and dry areas had plenty of hot water. The smart room control system was incredibly convenient. The service was attentive; the front desk staff were very welcoming and even provided complimentary welcome fruits. Any requests were handled super quickly. The courtyard has a swimming pool, which is perfect for photos, and the breakfast included authentic Guilin rice noodles. It's incredible value for money. There's also free parking if you're driving. Staying here in Yangshuo was truly hassle-free and comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The rooms were gorgeous, very clean and just what we wanted. The location was great, right on the river and walking distance to Elephant Hill and Two Rivers and Four Lakes. The staff at the front desk were amazing, particularly Li Ying, who helped us book transport, a boat ride to Yangshuo, gave us tips on getting the best deals, restaurant recommendations, and even gave us some of her dessert to try one night! A pleasure to stay at Guilin Huali Inn - so nice we booked twice, and came back again!

The hotel is pretty good, close to all the attractions. There are electric scooters right outside the entrance, you can just scan one and go everywhere. However, be careful where you park it; it must be in the designated area. I, for one, forgot to park it in the designated area and got fined! The owner also gave us recommendations for nearby attractions, which was a nice touch!

Our stay was amazing! The room was spacious, clean and lovely. We had a gorgeous view of mountains from a panoramic window ⛰️ there is everything you need in the room. The food is delicious 🍱 and the breakfast is included! The owner was extremely sweet and helpful! It was our first stay in China and the experience was delightful ❤️ she gave us really good recommendations, helped with any booking we needed and even escorted to the singing cave herself. She literally did everything she could for us ❤️ Also, location is super convenient if you want to go to the singing cave (must see! It’s magical) . It’s about 7 minutes walk! The city centre is 20 minutes away by car 🚘

Me and my wife stayed for 4 nights in this beautiful accomodation. The room was very tidy and has everything you need. We didn't use the bathtub but it is a nice feature. The beds are comfortable and the nights were quiet. It was not high season so I am not sure how it would be if all rooms were booked. Sometimes in the morning we heard some noise from the hallway but it did not bother us. The Inn is located out of the city at the edge of a small town. I really liked it as you can go everywhere very easily with the e-scooters that you can rent with the Inn. Driving around Yangshuo was very convenient, with beautiful scenery everywhere. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot! They serve a nice light soup with Guilin rice noodles. Also there is more vegetables, dumplings and some cake you can choose from. We also had lunch and dinner multiple times which was all very delicious! Don't skip it! Also they have a nice frontyard where you can enjoy your meals or drinks from the bar. Above all, the staff is incredibly kind and even though there is a language barrier, they put lots of effort in helping us. They helped us booking our activities and providing us with all the information to make sure we would enjoy our stay to the fullest. Xueying helped me practice some Chinese while I helped our with her English. She is extremely kind, so don't hesitate to come and book this accomodation as I am sure you'll have a great stay! Very close to West Street, making it convenient for getting around. **Environment:** The environment is very comfortable, with a pleasant breeze in the evening. **Service:** The owner is very nice. **Facilities:** The facilities are quite complete; it would be even better if the bathroom light were a bit brighter. It has a wet and dry separation.

Come to Huangyao Ancient Town during the Dragon Boat Festival and stay at Long'an Inn, and live directly in the scenery. ✨ As soon as you leave the inn, you will see bluestone roads, quaint stone bridges, and gurgling streams. In the morning, you can see the sun shining through the ancient trees and sprinkle on the old walls. In the evening, you can listen to the river water and the rising smoke. Go downstairs and you will step into the picturesque streets. You can also enjoy the quiet night view of lanterns reflected in the water when you go out at night. The location is excellent, and you can take in the fireworks and the charm of the ancient town. The boss is warm and considerate, and the experience is full. What you encounter here is not only accommodation, but also the immersive romance of the ancient town. It must be rated five stars. I will come again next time!
