Отель чистый, с новым ремонтом. Отличный завтрак.
Нам дали номер на первом этаже, мы попросили номер на этаже повыше, сотрудница ответила, что все номера занаяты. Это было не так, т.к. мы была не в сезон, в июне, в понедельник, и в отеле было очень мало гостей. Официально завтрак заканчивается в 10:30, но кофе унесли намного раньше и начали убирать еду, хотя гости приходили и в 10:20.
Ресторан должен был работать до 22:30, но его закрыли намного раньше.

This is the hotel I chose to enjoy Andorra skiing with my family! It takes 2 minutes to get to the slope by van to the ski resort, and the van is always waiting in front of the gondola tower. It was easy to rent a ski right at the ski rental shop and gave me a lift ticket at the hotel. Thank you for your service. It's a really unforgettable trip!!

Loved the quite location, comfortable bedding, good breakfast buffet spread, friendly staffs. Free public parking is limited especially peak and holiday season so it’s advised to reserve the hotel parking for 15 a night. The hotel is up hill hence there’s isn’t any walkable parking options nearby. I do deduct some points because the WiFi in my room is not working (it works perfectly in other public areas of the hotel). The spa is also a little small and will be crowded during the peak season.

The Pierre et Vacances Andorra Alba is located in the municipality of Canillo, in the typical village of El Tarter, at 1700 meters above sea level, in Andorra.
It has 19 studios and apartments with contemporary décor. New equipment ensures a comfortable stay.
The apartment complex has a covered direct access parking (for an additional fee).
The gondola to access the Grandvalira complex, El Tarter sector is 400 m away.
The services included are Accommodation, Bed linen, Bath linen, Linen (bath mat and cloth), Cleaning kit, End of stay cleaning (except kitchen area and dishes), Basic access to Wifi , Taxes and fees (except tax of stay and management expenses), Beds made on arrival only in the bedrooms.
Arrival and key collection formalities are not carried in the complex, but at the reception of the Pierre Vacances Tarter residential complex, located 400m from the apartment complex.

The hotel is very beautiful, very beautiful, the decor is incredible. The hotel is very warm. The room and the bathroom were spacious and clean. Our room had views of the river and the ski trails. All staff were in small care for us.
The breakfast was delicious, with a very beautiful view, a cold sugar/salt buffet and hot dishes on the map.
The spa is located on 3 floors and even a small outdoor pool.
The price is fully justified for the purposes of the delivery.

A beautiful place! Everything was clean, the view in the window is beautiful.
A little less than in the photo. Very pleasant service. Parking underground is 13 euros per hour.
It is possible to self-settle at night.

Possibly one of my best stays in Andorra so far. The staff have been stars - reception, shuttle bus driver, bartender - and made you feel welcomed and tried their best to help you, sometimes even go the extra mile without you asking. But this is all very dependent on how to treat them though so always be courteous, greet them in the morning and thank them every time.

The apartment was clean but it was certainly not valid for 4 people.
The location is excellent, but you must also bear in mind that the reception only opens 2 hours a day so it is also complicated to contact them.

The service is very good, the waiter smiles! Breakfast is still rich! The room is clean and tidy! The ski resort next to the hotel is suitable for beginners to play all day! Recommended!
