It started out nice because they allowed us to check in early. Once he started the process, I let him know that we preferred the king size bed as my reservation was for a ”standard room with 2 double beds or a king bed”. That was when I started getting disappointed as he said it would be an extra charge of $25 for the king bed. I questioned why and was told that my reservation was for a standard room and it was extra for a king bed. I showed him what it said but he insisted it was extra. My husband just wanted to get checked in, so he paid for it with his credit card. We were very satisfied with our room as it was nice and clean and on the bottom floor. The TV would not play any channels of any kind so we couldn't even have that on for entertainment. We went out to the pool area only to find out that the poolside bar was closed and would not be opened during our stay. (05/05/2025). When I choose a place to stay, I expect to be able to enjoy the amenities listed. It did not list anything about being a low season or that the poolside bar would be closed. We had been looking forward to lounging in the pool while having cocktails. We're went inside to the bar and had to look around to find someone to get us drinks. Later on, we did have a very nice dinner in the restaurant with good service. We had to leave early in the morning and it was great to have shuttle service available and ready to take us to the airport. The driver was very efficient and safe. I did talk to the front desk about the extra $25 charge because I still felt that we should not have been charged extra. He was very apologetic and understood my point but could only give me a card with a number to call. Overall it is a beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable.

Large room Good location There is a supermarket next door where you can buy a phone card, and you can buy buns and siu mai for breakfast. The first floor of the hotel can store the value bus card and phone card

I didn't like this room. I preferred the room I had in a previous trip. The buffet was ok, but we had a problem with one payment by credit card. The buffet and drink showed as paid on my friend's application, but the hotel said the payment was declined. They will get in touch with my friend since the issue is not closed.

Service is fantastic, very nice staff always willing to help / ask if you need anything. Prime location for subway/ metro station & plenty of restaurants. Buffet breakfast is really good for the price you pay. Fresh papayas & pineapples, scrambled eggs & omelettes, fresh papaya juice & regular orange juice. Lots of bread options, hot corn soup or oatmeal, salads & vegetables with plenty of cheese, sausage options. No pools but there’s a hot jacuzzi. Gym is well equipped. This hotel is the one we come back to when we are looking for a great value.

The hotel is close to a main street with shops, restaurants, a supermarket and a subway station, hence very convenient. The room is spacious There is a gym too. The only thing i want to comment is it only offers 2 free bottles of water to guests the first day. After the first day, no more free water.

The room is very large, and it's spacious enough to store your luggage. Convenient transportation. There is a subway station nearby within a few minutes' walk. There is a 24-hour convenience store next door downstairs, and there is a 24-hour restaurant at the intersection further east. Everything is very convenient. The front desk manager CESAR R. was very nice and upgraded me to a suite, which made my six-night stay very comfortable. I will choose this hotel first next time I come back.

Wonderful hostel! Convenient location, easy to get from the airport by metro. Very cozy! And everything is clean! The common rooms have bedside tables, lockable iron cabinets, air conditioning, comfortable beds, clean linens! There is a kitchen with all the necessary equipment, billiards, table tennis, and places to relax! There are parrots, one is very talkative. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, always ready to help and answer any questions! I felt very cozy, comfortable and fun here! Muchas gracias para todo!

I feel the bed should be disinfected; I had rashes on my legs and body when I woke up this morning. The front desk staff seemed irresponsible; they made some requests, but I was easily brushed off. The location is relatively safe, and there are supermarkets nearby.

The hotel is in a good location and the rooms are relatively clean. However, because it is very old, the facilities are relatively old, the breakfast is relatively small, and there is only one fast food restaurant for dinner. The price is reasonable, and the swimming pool is not very clean.

Extremely clean, modern with the most complete buffet breakfast you can find at this price point! The pool has a great view, the rooms also have unobstructed views specially higher floors. The gym is well equipped & has proper A/C. Wifi works seamlessly in the rooms & the entire facility. Restaurants, pharmacy & even a hospital is walking distance & Multiplaza mall isn’t too far to walk to or a short Uber.
