Ξενοδοχεία με Parking σε Alagoas, Brazil

I liked the location of the hotel, but felt uncomfortable by app reservation, the room had bag labels of previous guests on the roof was moped !!! I didn't take a photo of the hotel, just a picture of my window view.

Hotel located very well front of sea you just need to cross the street of the walk and you are on the beach. The swimming pool at the last floor of the hotel is a real show made very well and well organized with drink service in the pool. It has a spectacular view and what is even more beautiful with the glasses you can see the view from the pool.

It was well bacon, beautiful place, well reserved, garden, pool, amei 😍 I will come back more times and I will disclose the site and the app

Eu e minhas filhas ficamos hospedadas em quarto maravilhoso,foi uma experiência muito agradável. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente. Em especial ao funcionário Arthur que faz a tapioca, sorridente,simpático e atencioso .Todos os funcionários simpáticos. Limpeza impecável. Café da manhã maravilhoso com vista panorâmica do mar . Limpeza impecável. Com certeza voltarei mais vezes

Excelente o atendimento dos colaboradores parabéns a todos única coisa que não gostamos foi uma cobrança muito alta para carregamento do nosso veículo foi o primeiro hotel a fazer esta cobrança por sinal muito caro no mais tudo bem

Péssima experiência no check-in com meus filhos pequenos, um de 5 anos e outro com apenas 4 meses. Fiz uma reserva para para 2 adultos e 1 criança de 5 anos. Quando cheguei fui obrigado à pagar uma cama extra apenas pela presença de um bebê de 4 meses que não usa absolutamente nada do hotel. Detalhe que o custo foi de 170 reais por diária. Achei um absurdo e completa falta de sensibilidade e resiliência do hotel. Já havia me hospedado outras vezes com o de 5 anos exatamente no mesmo quarto e com as mesmas camas, e nada foi cobrado extra. Não achei justo.

Lathe staff was nice. The rooms are good enough. The breakfast an amenities needs to be improved。

My experience in Costa Mar hotel was fantastic! Excellent location, near the beach, restaurants, etc. 5-star service, careful and very performing staff. highlighting breakfast staff. Incredible service! Breakfast excellent, very varied. Good rooms, good beds, spacious bathroom, finally ...ami and I will surely come back!
