Stayed here for a single night on a business trip. Location is ideal for airport access - shuttle was efficient and ran on time. Check-in was straightforward and staff were courteous. Room was clean, well-appointed, and quiet, with a good work desk and reliable WiFi. Restaurant and bar offered decent food and service, and breakfast was available early, which was useful for a morning departure. Overall, functional and well-managed for a short transit or business stay - my go to place

This hotel is relatively close to the airport. You can book whatever you want after getting off the plane. Advantages: The price is not too high, the hygiene is okay, the environment on the first floor is okay, there is a place to sit and talk about things, and there is also breakfast. Although very simple Disadvantages: The room is too small, not 18 square meters at all. You can only turn around in places other than the bed where 2 people sleep. Also there is no hair dryer. After washing my hair, I asked them if they had a hair dryer. I can only sleep with wet hair, which is very depressing.

Free shuttle bus at exit number 1. Easy to find. Leaves hotel on the hour until the evening. After that every half hour. Refer to the accompanying photo. Excellent breakfast. Helpful staff. Very comfortable bed and pillows. I would definitely be happy to recommend this hotel.

The room was large, the facilities were decent, and the service was okay. The breakfast was average. There were many restaurants around the hotel, and it was located in a bustling area, so the surrounding area was quite convenient.

The room is relatively clean, the cost is not high, and there is an airport shuttle, which is very convenient. The hotel has its own taxis, which makes travel more convenient, and there are many places to eat around.

Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

Very convenient, they offer airport transfers. The beds are fantastic. You get a 100% sleep. Sometimes you can hear planes, but I didn't hear anything at night, and it didn't interfere with my sleep. Breakfast is a 4-star, a bit disappointing; there's not much choice, and everything is bland and not very tasty. The blackout blinds are good. Sleeping comfortably is key for a hotel near the airport, especially for transit passengers.

Excellent service, free airport pick-up and drop-off. The staff were reliable from the moment we arrived at the airport. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the rooms were excellent. The facilities definitely made me want to return – I was pleasantly surprised! Since we had an early flight to our final destination, they offered a tailored breakfast from 4:00 AM to 8:00 AM, and then another breakfast with different hours after that. I loved this thoughtful detail because we were able to have breakfast before heading to the airport. The staff were very attentive to details at all times. A very good experience 🤩 I would definitely stay again.

The arrival after 30 hours of travels made me scared; in a dark louche street the taxi stopped for a garage gate .... I asked the taxi driver immediately to wait until I was in, where was I arrived in the middle of the night? But when the door opened and I came to the lobby, everything was OK!!! Friendly (in English!) I was standing to speak. So the taxi was allowed to leave, I was arrived. Quickly to the room, to crumble in bed, because I was broken tired ... The room at the 1st floor was small, but sufficient. A (too) short bed, where my feet were over, did not make me, TV, WiFi and a clean shower and lakens. All you can wish ... The next morning breakfast, included. The girl was a little late, but I could live with it. At 10 a.m. a nice excavator and toast; accompanied by some (loud) water for the pills and a nice cup of coffee! An extra toast was also ordered with hands and feet and delivered quickly ... Service at top. Unfortunately, the boy of the night service speaking English was early departure... A taxi to the airport was fixed with hands and feet. For less than a quarter of the price of the evening before, I was clearly departured at the airport! Chapeau this additional service! Short to not get too fast on the first impression; the service and cleanness and equipment is simple but complete! A thick 9 out of 10 for this cheap, simple hotel!

The hotel has an airport shuttle service that leaves every 40 minutes, but you have to let the front desk know anyway. The facilities are very nice and clean, the location is excellent, in front of the Modelia station, and there is also an Oxxo next door. The price was good, the breakfast was good and varied. What I didn't like was that after I arrived, they charged me a surprise tax, in addition to the hotel night of approximately $16, and they didn't explain what it was for and they didn't give me an invoice either. I suggest explaining it in large letters in the purchase conditions.
