"The service was good, and the facilities were great. However, the staff member made a mistake when calculating the city tax. I didn't notice it at first, but after I went back to my room, something felt off. Thankfully, the staff later refunded me part of the city tax. I booked two rooms; the one facing the tram line offers city views, but you can also feel the vibrations when the tram passes by. The other room doesn't have a city view but is much quieter."

"The hotel's location is impeccable, right next to the Church of Our Lady, and all the Old Town attractions are within walking distance. The room was very clean, and while it's an older hotel, you can tell it's well-maintained. There are charging ports by the bed, including regular outlets and USB-C/USB. However, the bed was a bit small; I booked a 180cm bed, but it felt more like 160cm. Being able to get water (still, sparkling, or lightly sparkling) was a nice convenience. The free sauna, swimming pool, and outdoor jacuzzi felt like a proper vacation, which was great. The only minor drawback was that the male staff were polite but not very enthusiastic, whereas the female staff were much better – very helpful and always smiling. But then again, it's Germany, so don't expect too much in terms of service! 😂"

"Great location, not too noisy – perfect for me! :) The room was very clean, a corner room which was ideal with lots of natural light. Automatic hotel cleaning and towel change after 3 days, but you can request it more frequently at reception, which was a great option for me as no one disturbed me and the hallway was very quiet because of it. There was also a fridge in the room, which was very helpful. The only thing I would complain about is the incredibly sparse and unappetizing breakfasts. I don't expect miracles, but it would be nice to have some vegetables, like a cucumber, sliced lemon for tea, and something other than tasteless cold cuts and yellow cheese. It doesn't have to be expensive, just a little more effort in my opinion. However, the breakfast staff were very, very nice and helpful :) Overall, I recommend it and would happily stay again in the future, despite the unappetizing breakfast, as it was the only downside of the entire stay."

The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Leipzig, just steps from the train station, pedestrian street, and central square. The hotel is luxuriously decorated, and although the building itself is older, the facilities are excellent. "This is a clean hotel with good service and delicious breakfast! I especially loved having Quark, Skyr, smoothies, and kiwi 🥝 every morning. I stayed for about 20 days. A few things bothered me: check-in took an incredibly long time, daily housekeeping was very basic, and the gym wasn't easily accessible. There was no 24-hour staffed fitness club. The gym is on the first floor, but there's no one there... From 3 PM onwards, there's a huge line, and it's hard to check in quickly. Due to the basic cleaning, sheets aren't changed, and many things are left as they were the day before. Tissues and shampoo weren't replaced for two days, so I used my own. I had to find a time when there were no check-in guests to ask at the counter for refills. It's puzzling why the hairdryer was put back in its bag when it could have been left plugged in, and tissues weren't replaced... Empty plastic bottles (Pfand bottles) weren't collected, but glass bottles were. I wonder if glass bottles are tipped? I'm not sure if it's a cultural thing or a system, but some items are collected and some aren't. Update: Regarding the gym I initially thought the hotel's value for money was questionable given the services, but my opinion changed once I learned how to use the gym and actually used it. I wouldn't have known how to use it without asking... Just looking at the signs, it looked like the gym was on the 1st floor, and you could see it through the glass, but it seemed to be under construction. When I asked at the counter, I found out it was actually outside. I was able to use the highly-rated Fitness First in the adjacent building."

"The room was fairly clean, though a bit small, and the air conditioning worked well. The check-in was in a separate building, which was a bit inconvenient. The location was great, with new developments nearby and plenty of amenities. It was also close to the train station and the old town, making sightseeing easy."

Very Good
GGuest UserI booked a hotel room for one adult and two children, but was mistakenly told I was booked for a double room. I was flustered, but the staff upgraded me to a family room, which allowed me to enjoy a comfortable stay. I'm not sure where the mistake was, but they were very helpful and friendly. The only downsides were the lack of a refrigerator in the room, and the breakfast wasn't worth paying for. The location was excellent.

Good
GGuest User1. Location and Accessibility: The hotel’s location is its strongest asset. Situated in the heart of the city, it provides effortless access to major transport hubs and local attractions. For a traveler who values efficiency, being within walking distance of prime dining spots and the business district was a significant ”feature” that saved me hours of commuting. 2. Check-in and Service: The check-in process was optimized and bug-free. The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, processing my reservation with impressive speed. I was particularly impressed by the concierge team; their local knowledge was like a well-curated API for the city—whenever I had a query about hidden gems or logistical routes, they provided precise and helpful ”outputs.” 3. Room Quality and Comfort: The room was a sanctuary of modern design. The interface—meaning the room layout—was intuitive and spacious. I was assigned a suite on the 14th floor, offering a panoramic view of the skyline. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, providing excellent ”uptime” for my sleep quality. The soundproofing was robust, effectively filtering out the urban white noise, and the high-speed Wi-Fi was stable enough for heavy data lifting and video conferencing without any latency issues. 4. Facilities and Dining: The breakfast buffet offered a diverse array of options, catering to various dietary requirements. Whether it was the fresh pastry station or the made-to-order omelets, the quality of the ingredients was top-tier. I also utilized the fitness center and the infinity pool; both were well-maintained, clean, and never overly crowded, providing a great environment to decompress after a long day of work. Final Verdict: In conclusion, [Hotel Name] operates with the precision of a well-oiled machine while maintaining the warmth of traditional hospitality. It is a perfect choice for both business professionals and leisure travelers who demand high standards. I would not hesitate to ”re-run” this experience and highly recommend this establishment to anyone seeking a premium stay

Amazing
YYuuuuuzenThis is a clean hotel with good service and delicious breakfast! I was able to use the highly-rated Fitness First in the adjacent building.

LLaomoyoutianxiaThis hotel, converted from a youth hostel, has a supermarket nearby downstairs. However, the room is too small, and the facilities inside are not well-designed. There's no storage cabinet, yet there are two toilets. The service is enthusiastic.

GGuest UserThe hotel has great rooms with terraces, the grounds with a garden and fountain, and the amenities, including a pool, sauna, etc., are fantastic. The food in the restaurant has a small selection but is very tasty. We'd gladly return.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is impeccable, right next to the Church of Our Lady, and all the Old Town attractions are within walking distance. 😂

RRPSMThe INNSiDE Leipzig enjoys an excellent location, tucked neatly between the historic market square, the old town, and a more contemporary quarter brimming with restaurants and cafés. It’s a strong base for exploring the city on foot, whether your interest lies in culture, shopping, or dining. We didn’t opt for the hotel breakfast, and honestly, there’s no need to. The surrounding area offers plenty of breakfast options. That said, quality varies — a few places are solid, while others are best avoided, so a bit of online scouting is advisable. The hotel itself is functional and in good repair. It’s clean, straightforward, and unpretentious — not luxurious, but not run-down either. One design choice I could do without is the glass-walled showers. They’re the fully transparent sort, which lack privacy and seem more decorative than practical. A door wouldn’t go amiss. Air conditioning is adequate but not strong. During our June visit it was just sufficient. If you’re visiting during a hotter spell — say, in August — you might find it underwhelming. That said, Leipzig isn’t known for oppressive heat. We parked in a nearby public parking facility for €20 per day. It’s a short walk from the hotel and, in our view, the more sensible choice compared to the hotel’s own parking offering. Stay here for the location and cleanliness. Skip the breakfast, be ready for the odd bathroom layout, and use public parking. It’s a solid, no-frills choice — just don’t expect charm or luxury.

JJoan HaaseTravel24 Hotel Leipzig – Great Location & Smooth Stay! We stayed at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig for two nights and were pleasantly surprised at how efficient and hassle-free everything was. Check-in went smoothly, and the hotel even offers its own private parking. Just a tip: the parking works on a first-come, first-served basis, so it’s smart to arrive earlier if you want to secure a spot, as it cannot be guaranteed. One of the biggest advantages is definitely the location – right in the heart of Leipzig! We loved that we could easily explore the inner city on foot without worrying about transportation. The amenities were perfectly fine for a short city stay. The shower is placed a bit unusually in the middle of the room, but it didn’t bother us at all – in fact, it added a quirky touch. The mattress was comfortable enough, and the air conditioning was a real lifesaver during the hot Leipzig weather. All in all, our stay at Travel24 Hotel Leipzig was enjoyable, practical, and convenient. We would happily consider staying here again for another city trip!

CCathrin. GI arrived at the hotel late at night (around 11:30 p.m.), and the receptionist was available to assist with check-in. The entire check-in process was smooth, and during check-out, I simply left my room key at the reception. The room was a comfortable size for a solo traveller, with enough space to fully open a 28-inch suitcase on the floor. This hotel is best suited for an overnight transit stay. There is no kettle, coffee, complimentary bottled water, or other in-room beverages provided. There are also no convenience stores within walking distance, so if you need any essentials, you’ll have to return to the airport terminal or the train station. As I arrived quite late, I didn’t have the opportunity to explore the surrounding area. The shower had strong water pressure, and the water temperature remained stable throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is its biggest advantage. It is situated directly opposite the airport exit, and the building is easy to spot once you leave Leipzig Airport and walk towards the car park.
