The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very clean and very comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location to the town and the staff were very friendly. I would not recommend the standard room as it was extremely small and felt claustrophobic, we did try to upgrade the day we got there but they were unfortunately fully booked, as a couple with two suitcases there was no room whatsoever and very limited hanging space so had to leave the suitcases open on the floor and climb over them to get around. The air con had mould growing out of it and left the room smelling awful. We were also only given two towels which are only changed once every three days, it would have been nice to get a hand towel so you aren't using the one towel for everything. This is also the case for pool towels they are only changed once every three days. I think the hotel would benefit from an overall refresh, painting etc and the pool to be cleaned more often, although the water was clear there was green mould build up around the sides as well as the white pool loungers. I would not say that our room was 4 stars but that may have been based on the bigger rooms that are available.

I had been to the same hotel two or three times last year, it was very good and nice compared to the other hotels I went to on the peninsula. This year I thought the manager changed and I asked do you have a new manager they said no the same one so listen. What I am going to say does not benefit us, the customers, but it is the truth and it must be said that it does not benefit us because the price of the hotel is going up and that is why I say that it does not benefit us the manager this year must have had a terrible inspiration because I saw a completely different hotel nothing to do with all the others I had seen and believe me I have been going 15 years in a row to the peninsula over 6 to 7 times a year vacationing in too many of them I have vacationed what I saw this year I have never seen before in any hotel. That is, from the staff more kind than the reception, incredible from the restaurants, the quality of the meals was on another level. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were very new. Upon check-in, we received a free drink voucher, one per person. The room had a scenic balcony, which was a great experience. (Note: Only rooms on the 5th and 6th floors have the best balcony views!) All drinks in the minibar were complimentary for the first round. The hotel has a paid underground parking garage for 10 euros a day. You can also park on the street nearby, but considering safety and the difficulty of finding a space, we opted for the hotel parking. The garage has a direct elevator to the hotel, which is very convenient. You need to ring a doorbell to contact the front desk for entry and exit, ensuring good security. Breakfast hours are from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM. The breakfast selection was quite varied, and the quality was average.

The hotel is pleasant and comfortable, but I'd only recommend it for night owls. Drunk guests were yelling until morning. Although the soundproofing in the room isn't bad, I still needed earplugs to get some sleep, which was still better than the previous hotel (no need to name names!)). The internet was good, but I couldn't figure out what was wrong with the air conditioning. The remote was in the room, but I couldn't get it to turn on. If it's a paid extra, the hotel administration should really state that on booking sites. My room was on the ground floor, so no direct sunlight meant it wasn't hot, and I didn't actually need the AC; I was comfortable. I'd advise potential guests to check with the hotel about this, as air conditioning in Crete can cost up to 10 euros per day. The internet is good, and the plumbing is excellent. The room itself is spacious and very stylish. What was missing from the kitchen were a sponge, a cutting board, and dish soap (for those who like to cook). I think the hotel owner should pay attention to these small details, as they should be interested in maintaining the cleanliness and order of their rooms.

It was good but we expected much more, it was not possible to reserve a place for the Japanese restaurant, there is no room service, after dining room hours there is no food through room service, in the minibar or in the hotel bar, it is very disappointing, if you are hungry at noon there is almost nothing to eat at the pool, the actual level does not reflect an outstanding score but more of an 8.5/10, the view is stunning, the rooms are beautiful,

The room was spacious and the facilities were new. It's located near the airport. The only downside was that I couldn't find the bus stop nearby, so I ended up taking a taxi. There are a lot of cute cats in the hotel. If you visit, you can feed them.
