"My stay here was great! The front desk even upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room was more spacious than I expected and very clean. What I liked most was the view from the window; it was fantastic, and opening the curtains in the morning really brightened my day. The hotel staff were all very courteous, and check-in was a breeze. Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, and I'd likely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area."

HOTEL MYSTAYS Otemae

Ξενοδοχείο κοντά σε Osaka Station/Umeda/Yodoyabashi/Hommachi,Οσάκα
"The rooms are much larger than traditional hotel rooms. There are two bedrooms, each with a single bed, and a Japanese-style tatami room. Although none of the individual rooms are big, they are sufficient. There's also a small living area with a large dining table. There's plenty of surface space for your belongings. You take your trash and dirty towels down to the first floor yourself, and the front desk provides clean towels and trash bags on demand. Be aware that the front desk isn't 24-hour; it has specific operating hours. The area around the hotel is quite quiet, with mostly commuters passing by. There's a convenience store on the corner and many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Now for some downsides: the air conditioner in one of the three bedrooms wasn't working. The microwave looked like it had been 'blown up' by a previous guest; the turntable at the bottom was crooked, and there was a large, dented area on the top interior, yet it was still in use. The freezer compartment in the fridge had a thick layer of ice. While there's a washing machine in the room, there's no laundry detergent; you need to buy it downstairs. Despite these shortcomings, it's a good value for the price, and I would still consider staying here again."

"The hotel's location is great, just a 10-minute walk to Daimaru department store in Shinsaibashi. There's a supermarket right across from the hotel entrance, which is super convenient. "The location is fantastic, right next to Sakai Station on the Nankai Line. There's a connecting walkway, so you don't have to worry about rain. It's also super convenient with a shopping mall and plenty of dining options nearby. We had a room facing the harbor, and the view was absolutely stunning. The only real downside was the bathroom – there wasn't just one, but several small cockroaches. I didn't report it to the front desk at the time because I figured even if we switched rooms, it probably wouldn't solve the problem, so we just made do."

AAnonymous UserComing from Kansai Airport, you do have to transfer a few times on the subway. However, the hotel is very close to Juso Station, about a 6-7 minute walk. Juso Station has a food street, so dining is super convenient! It's not crowded around at night, so sleeping is very, very quiet! There's a convenience store at the intersection, and Don Quijote is just across the main road! There's also Daikoku Drugstore nearby! Although breakfast is simple, it changes a bit every day, which shows a lot of thought. You'll definitely be full and satisfied! The lobby also has vending machines with beer, drinks, and ice cream! All your normal needs can be met here! Personally, I think even though the location is a little out of the way, it makes up for it in value for money, and transferring subways is still very convenient~

SSalajiangThe best choice for an early morning flight to Kansai Airport! Even though OMO5 has newly opened in Rinku Town, I still exclusively love Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport! The rooms are spacious enough, and the bedding is comfortable. Especially the shower, the water pressure is strong and the water temperature is perfect, much better than most hotels! This time, I also happened to be there during Japan's Silver Week and tried the wagyu shabu-shabu on the 52nd floor, which was very satisfying! Nearby, there's a large drug store (with an auntie from Shanghai working there), a large supermarket, and you can also visit the most beautiful seaside outlet in Kansai. It couldn't be any better!

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right outside the JR station and a 5-minute walk from Universal Studios Japan's entrance. There's a convenience store and shops downstairs – a perfect choice. We even went back to the hotel to rest when it got too hot at Universal Studios, then re-entered in the evening to continue the fun. After a long day of walking, a relaxing bath and soak at the top floor spa in the evening was exactly what we needed to unwind. Everything was perfect, except for the crowds – too many people at breakfast and in the showers.

AAichitiandedalianrenThis hotel is super convenient, located right above Yodobashi Camera near Umeda Station, which is always bustling with people. The room amenities are great, with a nice wet/dry bathroom separation. I was given a room on the 25th floor with a pretty good view. The hotel is massive, with 4 sets of elevators. You take one from the ground floor to the 9th-floor lobby, and then transfer to another set of hotel elevators from the 9th floor. You rarely have to wait long. The laundry room has many washing machines, almost always full, but it's really convenient that you can check the laundry room's usage and remaining time through the TV in your room. The 25th-floor view is nice. I didn't try breakfast. Overall, it's pretty great! 👍🏻

AAmarFromUKLocation: Next to Bentencho station so easy access to Osaka loop line and Chuo Line for Subway and Rail. Really good location even though it's not central Osaka. The advantage is that you can still get everywhere within 10-20mins and the surrounding area is clean and safe and quiet. There is a 7-11 next door and a commercial gym (charged at 1650 per day) Negatives are there is not much to do in the evenings. But this leads to the quietness of the area and is an advantage Hotel Room: We stayed in double room and it was large. Nice comfortable bed with good pillows. The AC was modern and good and did not make noise even while we were asleep. The room is cleaned daily (tidy and new towels) with new sheets every 3 days. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner provided. The room was also very clean. The bed has USB and chargers on either side of it. There is space to hang clothes But the room is really nice. We always were glad to come back to a very clean and tidy place. The TV has English menus but we never watched anything. Negatives are the fridge could be colder and the bathroom sink has a tiny slope on it so you cannot place product on the sink but you have a shelf above the sink for this. Very slight negatives for what is a great place to stay Hotel features: Excellent. Great laundry room with several washers & dryers. Trouser presses, vending machine and ice machine. A rooftop terrace with good views. The breakfast is free and is underwhelming, just different bread and pastries with choices of juice, soups, water and yogurt. It's acceptable and I guess it's free. The hotel lobby has little items you can take if needed, such as hair bands, toothbrushes, razor kits but something nice was that they give you bath bombs for free too. Different ones each day. Staff: Very friendly and helpful, even after midnight when I made requests they were very fast and helpful Overview: 100% would stay here again. The price-to-quality ratio and the large room size make this an easy choice. Do not worry about location, I stayed it Dontonburi area before and alothgh its close to everything, its loud, dirty and feels unsafe. But the location of Porta Inn is really good and super easy to get to central areas (around 10-20mins) and easy to get to the airport (direct line) and easy to get to Universal Studios too.

GGuest UserI traveled with my granddaughter and stayed here for 10 nights. The hotel is conveniently located for shopping, with three convenience stores right outside and AEON Supermarket nearby. Yu-itsu Supermarket is just another 100 meters down the road. It's also very close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, making it super convenient for shopping and sightseeing. Kuromon Market is also within walking distance. The hotel is very clean and quiet, and they offer breakfast. You can purchase a meal ticket for 2000 JPY, and choose whether or not to dine. Overall, this is a great hotel!

CCinderalla travelingExtremely close to the subway and Universal Studios, right on Universal Boulevard. The price matches the hotel facilities; the room was tiny, didn't even have a closet, and the bedding was terrible. When checking in, I asked if a room with a good view was available, and they immediately said no without even thinking. Outside, there are countless elevated train tracks, so if you open the window, it's incredibly noisy. Definitely won't choose this place again.

WwlishaI deliberated for a long time over which hotel to book and finally settled on Hanshin. After checking in, I completely forgot that my booking included breakfast. It would have cost over 100 RMB per person for breakfast if I'd had to pay at the hotel, so getting two breakfasts included with a 600 RMB per night room felt like a huge saving! Although the breakfast didn't have a massive selection, everything I tried was perfectly to my taste. On the first day, I ate breakfast around 7 AM and didn't feel hungry again until my second meal at 6 PM. The room, though small, was clean, tidy, and incredibly quiet. On the second day, when the staff asked if I needed room cleaning, I declined and instead asked for a bottle of hand soap. It was POLA hand soap, which is exclusive to hotels and not available for purchase elsewhere. The hotel is super convenient from Kansai Airport; you can take the JR rapid express directly to Fukushima Station for 1180 JPY per person. From the station, it's just about 50 meters across the road. It's also within walking distance of Yodobashi Camera and Hankyu Department Store. I highly recommend this hotel – it's excellent value for money!
