"Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. "I really liked the hotel. The staff was helpful, informative, and answered all my questions. The room was cozy, with a small refrigerator, a double bed, and air conditioning. There was a large desk and chair. The location is excellent, close to a park and the subway. Among the additional features, I took advantage of the luggage scale (available at reception) and the luggage transfer service from Osaka to Tokyo (the price was reasonable, and they promised fast delivery, but it's best to confirm the delivery date with reception). In my opinion, the location of the power outlets is a bit awkward, but there are plenty in the room. The entrance is visible from afar: it's next to a huge arch."

"This hotel is located in Namba, which is an excellent location. There's a Lawson convenience store right in front of the hotel, making it super easy to grab anything you need at any time. It's only 400 meters from Namba subway station, so getting around is very convenient. About 100 meters to the left of the hotel is the Osaka Kizu Wholesale Market, where you can buy seafood for breakfast, sushi, or sashimi. You can eat there (standing or sitting) or take it back to the hotel, which is also very convenient."

"The location is great, very close to the subway station. There's a 7-Eleven right across the street, and it's only a ten-minute walk to the main Shinsaibashi street. I've stayed here multiple times when I visit Osaka, but this time, the air conditioning in my room was as loud as a tractor and I couldn't adjust the temperature. It was either stuffy with it off or incredibly noisy with it on. It really felt like it was old and unmaintained."

"I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with easy access to Dotonbori, Shinsaibashi, restaurants, convenience stores, and public transportation. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Although the room size was compact, it was sufficient for a comfortable stay in Osaka. The bed was comfortable, and the facilities provided were adequate. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout my stay. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth and efficient. Overall, this hotel offers good value for money and is a great choice for travelers visiting Osaka. I would definitely consider staying here again in the future."

The room itself is well maintained and the facilities are common basic ones that I need as a solo female traveler. It a 5 minute walk to Juso Station and a lot of convenience store around. They have a coin laundry machine as well so it was easier to wash clothes when I needed it. All additional things that you need such as toiletries are also readily available at the lobby area. And the best part was the free breakfast!

If you're going to Universal Studios Japan, you HAVE to stay here! You can't get any closer to the park. I took the Shinki Bus directly from Sannomiya, Kobe, to the park entrance, and then it was just a short walk to the hotel. You can drop off your luggage first; they have a dedicated luggage storage room. The front desk will give you a card to access it and can even exchange coins for you to use in the lockers. The coins are returned after you retrieve your luggage. The room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the room itself is super spacious! The bathroom and toilet are even separate, which is very convenient! Even though I only stayed one night, I already fell in love with this hotel. Breakfast was also incredibly satisfying, with a huge variety of options, and you can even look out at the park from the window – it was truly delightful.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Rinku-Town Station, and there's a free shuttle bus to and from the airport, making it super convenient for early morning flights. I booked a high-floor twin room with a bay view, and you can see the ocean. The room has a modern, minimalist design with complete facilities. There's a convenience store downstairs, and Rinku Premium Outlets is just a few minutes' walk away, making it a paradise for shoppers. It's generally quiet and comfortable, perfect for a rest after landing or for a stopover before heading home. Great value for money. I was also lucky enough to catch a fireworks display over the ocean on the night I checked in. It would have been even better if the front desk had mentioned it during check-in.

Extremely satisfied with my stay! The hotel's location is super convenient, and the room was spacious, bright, and very clean. The bedding was so soft and comfortable, I slept like a baby all night. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, always ready to help with anything I needed. Breakfast was delicious and had a great variety. The facilities are excellent, offering great value for money, and I truly felt at home. I'll definitely choose this place again next time and highly recommend it!

The room was quite small, but clean, probably around 12 square meters. Once my 28-inch suitcase was open, there was hardly any space to walk around. There's a Lawson convenience store downstairs, which made getting a light dinner super easy, and their coffee is really good too. Shopping and dining downstairs are very convenient. There's an outlet mall within a 10-minute walk, great for shopping. It's close to the airport, making it a good spot for an overnight layover.

I used to stay at the Stargate or Odyssey, but this time I found a good deal at the Washington Hotel and booked it. Actually, several hotels, including the OMO next door, are all about the same distance from Rinku Town Station and the outlet mall. I stayed here for both my arrival and departure, and the airport shuttle service (pickup and drop-off) was very convenient. The room was small but manageable. It offers great value for money.

Dear Hotel Management, I recently stayed at your hotel for two days and overall had a comfortable experience. However, I unfortunately lost a valuable item (a necklace) during my stay. I am writing this because I had some difficulty communicating smoothly with the hotel staff regarding this matter. On the evening of the 20th, I placed my necklace on the desk and did not wear it while touring on the 21st. Thinking my companion had packed it, I only realized it was missing after checking out, and I contacted the hotel immediately. When I called, the hotel simply stated that they checked and found nothing, without offering to contact me if it is found later. The hotel lobby had a wonderful fragrance. Breakfast was excellent, and they even offered free hotdogs in the evening. They also helped me find a balloon I'd lost in the restaurant. For this price, the value for money is unbeatable. It's only a 5-10 minute drive to Universal Studios, and there are plenty of amenities nearby.
