I would like to extend my sincere thanks to all the staff for their warm and gracious hospitality during our short stay. Everyone was exceptionally kind and accommodating, especially in allowing us an early check-in at 10:00 AM, as we arrived earlier than expected. We truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture, which was kindly extended due to low occupancy. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the view was genuinely pleasant. One of the highlights was being able to see hot air balloons 🎈 directly from the hotel, which made the stay even more special and memorable. While the overall experience was very enjoyable, there are a few areas that could be improved to further elevate the property’s standards: 1. Food quality could be enhanced, particularly breakfast. Having a chef prepare options such as fresh omelettes or scrambled eggs would greatly improve the dining experience. 2. The furnishing and interior details would benefit from a light refresh to give the property a more refined and polished feel. 3. The sliding section of the property could be opened to enhance accessibility and overall flow of the space. 4. Adding a subtle room fragrance would create a more welcoming and pleasant atmosphere upon entering the room. Overall, it was a great and satisfying stay, and with a few thoughtful improvements, this place has the potential to become truly outstanding.

Before coming to Pamukkale, a lot of people said to me that this is just a small town, stay here one day is enough. But I still be here for 4 days 3 nights 🥰. Luckily, I chose a perfect hotel to stay : friendly receptionist, nice people around, perfect location, clean room, colorful breakfast🥰🥰🥰.

The hotel was pretty good and the rooms were clean. I booked one twin room and one king room; they weren't in the same building but were quite close. The interior environment was nice, with a small pool. Breakfast was plentiful. The hotel also offered a free shuttle to the South Gate of Pamukkale, from where you can walk downhill to the Middle Gate. We had lunch at the hotel restaurant too, and the food was very tasty.

This is a family-run hotel, and the owner is incredibly kind. When we arrived around noon, the owner offered us tea, and orange juice for the kids. Upon learning we were visiting Hierapolis, he kindly offered to drive us to the north entrance of the site, allowing us to walk downhill through the ruins instead of climbing up from the base. We were truly grateful for his thoughtfulness. That evening, after returning from the site, we had dinner at the hotel's restaurant. The owner's wife cooked authentic local dishes, and they were delicious. The room was a bit small, but it had one double bed and three single beds. Since we were only staying for one night, it wasn't a major issue.

Otelin özellikle temizliği ve konumu çok iyi. Kahvaltı ***et yeterli, ürünler tertemiz ve tazeydi. Kapı kartı ile ilgili bir sorunumuz oldu kapı açılmadı değişim biraz geç oldu fakat bu her zaman olacak diye bir sey yok. Onun haricinde her sey ***et iyiydi.

Facilities: Spacious interior, windows can be opened 1/3, good environment, many pigeons. Cleanliness: Average, overall acceptable. Environment: Very convenient location in the city center, easy to access tourist attractions and find restaurants. Service: The front desk staff are friendly and will help with parking free of charge.

A great option for one night in Pamukkale. The host is very welcoming. If you want to be met, please let them know your arrival time in advance, or at least 15 minutes beforehand, as there is no reception. If no one is there upon arrival, message the host and they will arrive in 5 minutes. We would have liked to have some dishes added to the room, as there was a kitchen area, but they were missing. We asked for them, and they brought them to us.

We stayed 2 nights as 4 adults and 1 child in the family room of the hotel. Location 5 minutes from Pamukkale traverters. But the room we stayed was very cold, the room was very cold, the air conditioning was very cold, the smell of lagam came from the toilet and this smell was very disturbing, and the toilet had no bathroom. Also there was a hot water problem. I recommend more for a night of accommodation, only for sleep. Not very suitable for long-term locks.

The bus station is right in front of the hotel, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The front desk staff were very kind and even gave me information written in Japanese, which was a great help. The breakfast offered a good variety and was delicious. While the area around the hotel seemed a bit chaotic when I arrived, and I felt a little uneasy, the inside is clean and the room was relatively quiet. I highly recommend this hotel.
