Ξενοδοχεία Pet friendly σε Guangdong, China

Except for the small room size, everything else was great. Most of the staff were enthusiastic and polite, actively helping with luggage, and their uniforms were vibrant. The hotel is similar to those in Chongqing, with the lobby on the 6th floor and guest rooms on floors 3-5. The guest room area has access to an underground parking lot. Rooms have balconies facing the sea, the pool, and the yacht area. Each room is equipped with a dehumidifier, and there's a drying rack on the balcony. The hotel features a recreation center, a children's activity area, a paid mini-train (that runs along the coast), rubber boats, and a variety of sea activities that can be booked for a fee, such as sea fishing trips. Breakfast was also good, with a wide selection. Overall, I was satisfied and will definitely stay here again.

This stay was absolutely perfect, comfortable from check-in to check-out, and I highly recommend it! Upon arrival, the doorman warmly greeted me, proactively helped with luggage and opened car doors – the service was attentive yet discreet. The front desk staff, 'Hot Pot,' handled check-in efficiently and quickly, patiently explaining room types, hotel facilities, and offering tips for getting around, which made me feel very welcome. The room was spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, with meticulous attention to detail. The cleanliness was impeccable; the floors, tables, and corners were spotless. The bathroom had a dry/wet separation, and the amenities were complete and of high quality. The bedding was soft and comfortable, the mattress had just the right firmness, and combined with excellent soundproofing, the nights were quiet and undisturbed, ensuring a superb sleep. The room had great natural light and views, and was equipped with smart, convenient features, making it both cozy and stylish. The hotel's public areas were elegant, and the lobby was clean and grand, with a great ambiance. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety of options, including Chinese and Western dishes, hot foods, pastries, fruits, and beverages. The ingredients were fresh, the taste authentic, satisfying different palates – it was a reassuring and fulfilling meal. Facilities like the gym and lounge areas were well-equipped and maintained, providing an excellent experience. The dim sum restaurant on the first floor was also very good; it seemed newly opened, and the dishes weren't expensive. I tried it and found it very affordable and delicious; I'll definitely go again next time. The most commendable aspect was the hotel's service. All staff members were polite and enthusiastic, greeting guests proactively, responding promptly to requests, and handling issues meticulously and efficiently. The service was thoughtful without being intrusive, truly making guests feel at home. From housekeeping to the restaurant and front desk, the service attitude was impeccable, reflecting professionalism everywhere. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation, making it very easy for sightseeing, business, or travel. The surrounding amenities are also comprehensive. Overall, the hardware facilities are high-end, hygiene management is strict, the service is meticulous and warm, and it offers great value for money, fully meeting five-star standards. Whether for business trips, family vacations, or holiday travel, this hotel is an excellent choice. This stay exceeded my expectations and left a very good impression. I will definitely choose it again next time and sincerely recommend it to anyone seeking high-quality accommodation!

My family and I recently spent a weekend at the Kenmore Art Hotel Residence, and it was, in a word, exceptional. We were looking for a place that offered more space and character than a standard hotel, and this property delivered beyond our hopes. Our Two-Bedroom Residence was impeccably designed—spacious, clean, and filled with natural light. The separate living area gave us room to spread out, and the well-equipped kitchenette was ideal for preparing small meals. But the absolute showstopper was the master bathroom. The deep, freestanding tub positioned by the floor-to-ceiling window, offering panoramic city views, was a daily luxury we all adored. It transformed a simple bath into a serene, memorable experience.

Absolutely loved this bamboo forest courtyard! It's an immersive experience, nestled within acres of bamboo. The rainy day ambiance was simply divine. As soon as I stepped into the courtyard, I was enveloped by lush greenery. The drizzle pattered on the bamboo, the leaves rustled, and the air was filled with the fresh, damp scent of vegetation – so peaceful and therapeutic. The glamping tent accommodation had a wild luxury feel, and the private courtyard offered complete privacy. Inside, it was clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. Hiding in the tent on a rainy day, listening to the white noise of rain on bamboo leaves, created a truly wonderful atmosphere. The environment is tranquil and elegant, far from the city's hustle and bustle. The owner provided thoughtful and attentive service, making the entire stay from check-in to check-out completely comfortable. The bamboo forest on a rainy day had a unique charm, misty and ethereal, with swaying bamboo shadows. It's the perfect place to relax and unwind, whether you're seeking solitude or a gathering with friends. It's already on my list for a second visit, highly recommended!

A very comfortable and pleasant place. The decor is unique and the hygiene is excellent. Downstairs is the glass sea (presumably a local attraction or feature), and the service is very attentive and prompt. They even offered complimentary sweet soup, fruit, and a souvenir. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. It truly exceeded expectations for this price point.

The front desk staff was incredibly thoughtful and even upgraded my room for free. The hotel's location is quite good, with plenty of delicious food options near the subway station. The airport pick-up was also very prompt; no need to share a ride, I could go straight to the hotel as soon as I arrived. Once at the hotel, the room was very spacious and even included a massage chair. As it's a sleep-themed hotel, there were many thoughtful little touches, like music and sleep-friendly lighting. Overall, my stay was a great experience, and I'll likely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenzhen.

Stepping into the room, I was immediately struck by the breathtaking sea view! Being on a high floor offered an expansive vista, with the entire ocean stretching out before me – it truly set the perfect mood. The 2.4-meter super king-sized bed was incredibly soft and spacious, and lying on it instantly melted away all my fatigue. The room was well-equipped with a TV, a sound system with amazing audio quality, and a XiaoDu smart voice assistant, so I could control devices just by speaking – a true blessing for anyone feeling lazy. The private soaking tub was a huge bonus; in the evening, I could relax in the tub, feel the sea breeze, and watch the changing light on the ocean. Away from the hustle and bustle, falling asleep to the sea view was a truly therapeutic stay I wished wouldn't end.

Location: 5/5 – Absolutely Strategic! The biggest strength of this hotel is its unbeatable location. You’re steps away from McDonald's and Luckin Coffee for quick bites and caffeine. A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered. Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it. Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby. Overall: This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast. Who should avoid: Families with young children, travelers sensitive to smoke, those prioritizing high cleanliness standards, or anyone planning to eat the hotel breakfast.

Giving this hotel a five-star rating! The rooms are clean, tidy, and odor-free, with complete amenities. Staying in a high-floor room offers great views of the Qixing Lake scenic area and the city lights at night. The location is also very convenient, close to Qixingyan Archway Plaza and the popular internet-famous spots in Yanqian Village. Traveling around is a breeze. Right below the hotel is a fairly large shopping mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. There's also an underground parking lot, and hotel guests can get parking fees waived.

The location is excellent. The apartment is old but the price is balanced with the apartment amenities. Million dollar views from 3 sides of the apartment. It’s truly advertising 270 degrees view. My kids enjoyed a lot. The receptionist has provided special Chinese tea for us. We are thankful to him.
