This hotel is super close to Wanda Plaza, making it really convenient for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Parking right outside the entrance is a breeze too. The surroundings are lovely, and an evening stroll by the lake is absolutely picturesque. The hotel rooms are carpeted, which really helps with soundproofing, and the bathroom is quite spacious. The hotel even offered a room upgrade, but I was too lazy to repack my things, so I just stuck with my original room. The toiletries provided are excellent, and the large bathtub is definitely a highlight. Even when it's chilly outside, the indoor temperature is perfectly comfortable – unlike some hotels that can get overly warm. This place had the ideal temperature and even came with a humidifier. Oh, and I particularly loved the pillows here; they were so soft and cozy. The breakfast spread was extensive. There were so many items in the room that I didn't really take many photos.

It was very comfortable, the surroundings were quiet, and the view outside was beautiful. The hotel is new but doesn't have any strange odors. I originally booked it for the free airport shuttle, but I was pleasantly surprised by the scenery too. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Harbin.

I thought the customer service guy (the 'little brother') owned the place because he was so dedicated. Later, I found out he's also an employee, but he still went above and beyond to take care of customers. Definitely a five-star review! Wishing him a bright future!

The location is super convenient with a subway station right downstairs, and it's close to all the indoor attractions. Lucky to have chosen Hampton by Hilton for my winter trip to Harbin! The room facilities were high-end and complete, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The front desk service was absolutely fantastic – so warm and patient. The restaurant's food was excellent; the signature frozen pears were delightfully sweet and refreshing, truly memorable. The service team was attentive and courteous throughout, even offering proactive guidance on local attractions. Getting around from here was very convenient. This hotel is really close to Harbin Station, which I found super convenient. Maybe it's because I was driving, but despite a lot of one-way streets, it wasn't too far from any of the attractions. The hotel itself is in a quiet location, and having a parking lot was great for self-driving. The front desk staff were very friendly; they even gave some snacks to my child when we checked out after a two-night stay. Overall, it's excellent value for money.

The room is very spacious, the natural environment of this piece is very good, but when we came, it may be off-season, just renovated, some facilities are not perfect, eating is not very convenient, but it is very close to the scenic spot, the surrounding environment is very good, the boss is also very enthusiastic, the boss sent breakfast is delicious

How should I even start, the whole stay was just amazing although it was only for a night. I booked 3 rooms in total for my family and the host and all the staff were so nice, they picked us up, gave us fruits and drinks, treated us like a close friend and family. My dad wasn't feeling well and they kept caring about us which was amazing. They have their own food too so we ate there but it's amazing tooo!!! Oh yes, the room is clean, it's as what you see online and it's really worthy the money if you're going to XueXiang snow village. Book this hotel!

This hotel totally made my trip to Harbin! The location is absolutely perfect, close to both Harbin West Railway Station and the subway, so it was super convenient whether I was catching a train or heading into the city. The room was spotless, every corner was squeaky clean, which made me feel really comfortable. The soundproofing was surprisingly good – I couldn't hear any noise from the hallway or outside, so I got some excellent rest. The facilities are comprehensive and modern, and the self check-in was a breeze. Plus, the free WiFi was stable. The service was also very thoughtful, with all the staff being really welcoming. My overall experience was fantastic, and I'd definitely stay here again next time!
