True to the Radisson Hotel Group's reputation, this hotel consistently delivers excellent facilities and top-notch service. It's incredibly close to Daxing Airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service every half hour. The breakfast spread is extensive, and a staff member even brought supper to me after my late-night flight. I truly commend every hotel employee for their warm and enthusiastic service.

Outstanding Hospitality and Great Perks at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel! We had a remarkably comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Wangfujing Beijing. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the center of Wangfujing, and the hotel itself has great shops inside. Don't judge the property by its exterior—the interior is beautiful and welcoming. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained, though we did notice the basin is leaking. We loved the thoughtful extra touches, including Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, umbrella, torch, and complimentary beverages. The complimentary daily tea break, dinner, and the wide variety of international breakfast items were also fantastic. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. The concierge team is highly approachable and helpful. A massive thank you to Dylan, Jack, and Clark for their exceptional assistance, and especially to Dylan for the lovely souvenirs! We also highly appreciate Lily and Laina from the executive lounge for being so understanding, accommodating, and kind with our arrangements. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We have zero regrets and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing!

An ideal hotel for tourists arriving in Beijing. Luxurious mattresses and comfortable pillows. Comfortable air conditioning (not blowing directly on the bed). New plumbing. Very clean. A 24-hour shuttle bus runs from Exit 15, which also takes you back to the airport. Stayed here for 3 nights and cannot recommend highly enough! The staff were just brilliant, helped us make a reservation for Tiananmen Square via WeChat, did our laundry for a small charge and we got a lovely meal on our first night due to arriving later than expected, tired and hungry! The location is just excellent, the facilities are fantastic and the bed was super comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel! Thank you! 🤩

For our stay in Beijing we did choose the Le Joy Hotel and it was a key ingredient to make the trip fantastic. The Hotel is perfectly located to visit Beijing's most important attractions. The nearby Xidan station gives access to lines 1 and 4, providing an easy way to reach Tien'anmen, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace as well as walking street areas such as as TQuianmen, Dashilan, Wangfujing and Shishahai. Our room was spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable. We often have problems with hotel beds but not in this case and at the end of our daily long walks we enjoyed a very good rest. The restaurant offers an outstanding breakfast with a large buffet with a variety of food and drinks, all of excellent quality. Last but not least, the personnel was very friendly and helpful, supporting us in bookings and providing us with information. In particular Xuanxuan/Candice supported us also through WeChat all along our stay. I strongly recommend Le Joy Hotel for a trip to Beijing!

The room was spotless, and most importantly, the two staff members pictured provided excellent service. They even gave us a small gift when we left. Facilities: The pool is fantastic; swimming in the outdoor pool during summer was wonderful. Service: I forgot to return the pool key after using it. The customer service reminded me and then personally came to pick it up, which was very thoughtful.

I have to give a special shout-out to Amy, the concierge at Grand Hyatt Beijing! The hotel's location is superb, with excellent transport links. The staff are all incredibly warm and attentive, always greeting guests proactively. What I appreciated most was their WeChat service – once you add them, they follow up and monitor everything promptly, making you feel like you have a personal butler and giving you a great sense of security. The cleanliness is also top-notch; the room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was pristine, ensuring a very comfortable sleep. Overall, it was a fantastic stay!

The facilities are old and lacking. However, the front desk service was good, especially the staff working on April 12th and 13th. The breakfast was quite mediocre. The female server in the blue uniform on the morning of April 13th, who was asking for room numbers, had a very poor attitude. She couldn't hear clearly and then started yelling at guests with an emotional tone, refusing to move an inch to approach the guests. All the restaurant staff seemed indifferent to the guests. I don't recommend enduring such a frustrating breakfast experience.

This is a luxurious hotel located in the heart of Beijing, featuring stunning European-style architecture. The hotel seamlessly blends elegant European design with a high-end, opulent atmosphere, making you feel as if you've been transported to Europe. Many of the staff members are bilingual in Chinese and English, which is incredibly helpful and convenient for foreign visitors. The hotel's location is superb, offering excellent access to transportation, shopping, and major attractions. Overall, the stay was exceptional; everything from the ambiance to the service was impressive. It's a highly recommended hotel that I would gladly choose to stay at again.

The location is quite good, about 600 meters from Exit B of Jianguomen Subway Station. However, be aware that this exit doesn't have an escalator or elevator going down, so if you have large luggage, you might want to avoid it. The hotel service is very professional and thoughtful. Of course, it's rare for five-star hotels these days to help guests with their luggage. The Chang Fu Gong still offers turn-down service, which is a nice touch. The hotel has a small garden. Although not large, it's well-designed, and you can take a stroll there, or enjoy the view from a window seat during breakfast. The breakfast selection is quite comprehensive and the food is good, but it would be even better if there were some daily variations. I stayed for three consecutive days, and the menu was pretty much the same. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, but they are very well-maintained and convenient to use. The toilets have been upgraded with washlets, which is a plus. The hygiene is excellent.
