This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

Self-driving to Hubei, found this hotel on Trip.com , the location is in the city center, parking is very convenient, the hotel check-in is very fast, the little girls at the front desk are warm, especially the little girl's work attitude is focused professional enthusiasm, service quality and service awareness are very high, Knowing that we are traveling to Hubei for the first time, we are very intimate to help us plan the attractions and routes of the itinerary, and the service staff on the floor are thoughtful. I really like this hotel, one of the best if not the best in Shiyan, the staff is really kind and helpful all rhe time, the gym and pool are really good, the food is delicious, have all kind of food in the breakfast and in buffet.

The hotel's location is excellent, right next to MixC shopping mall and the subway station. It truly lives up to its reputation as a seasoned five-star hotel, boasting a classic charm and comprehensive facilities (like a dedicated underground parking garage and swimming pool). It's clear that the hotel management is on top of things, diligently maintaining all amenities. Upon arriving at the lobby, the staff's warm greetings made a great first impression. A pleasant surprise was a complimentary upgrade to a Horizon Club Executive Suite. After staying for three nights, I extended for an additional night. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and incredibly comfortable. Daily breakfast and dinner buffets were provided, and exquisite fresh fruit was delivered to the room every day. Next time I'm in Wuhan, I will definitely stay at the Shangri-La Hotel again!

The hotel boasts a grand and elegant design. Although it opened in 2010 (and was renovated in 2020), the interior facilities are meticulously maintained and show no signs of age. The mini-bar is chargeable, but the front desk kindly provided two complimentary drink vouchers upon check-in, which was a nice touch. During my stay, there were a few minor hiccups (such as an opened bath salt from a previous guest not being replaced, and an empty lotion bottle not being refilled), but thankfully, the responses were very prompt. A special thanks to Leah at the front desk for her help! 🌹 The most delightful part of my stay was undoubtedly the Executive Lounge. It wasn't crowded, so it was quiet, and tables were cleared very quickly. The food selection was impressive. Dining there offered close-up views of the river, which was a wonderful experience. Breakfast the next day was also quite good, with a decent spread of Chinese, Western, pastries, and fruits – everything you'd expect. Overall, both the hotel's amenities and service are excellent, living up to their expected standards. However, given its age, some facilities and items inevitably show a bit of wear and tear (like the bathtub in the room or the dining plates in the restaurant). There's still room for improvement in some minor details, but generally, it was a very good experience.

I arrived around midnight, so I decided to stay one night before heading into the city. Terminal 3 is quite a distance from Terminal 2, but once you get to T2, you just cross the road and you'll see the Holiday Inn. The hotel lobby is shared and very comfortable. The lady at the front desk upgraded my room and even gave us two complimentary drinks. I was hungry, so I ordered room service, and the food was delicious. The room was spacious and comfortable. The water pressure was excellent, and they even offered a choice of soft or firm pillows, which was a nice touch. What truly impressed me was the soundproofing in the room – it was absolutely fantastic! It was so quiet and peaceful; I didn't hear any disturbing noises at all. I highly recommend this hotel if you're arriving on a late-night flight, as it's very close to the airport. The next day, when we needed to go back to T3 to take the subway, the hotel even provided us with a shuttle bus pass, saving us 5 RMB per person.

The hotel boasts an excellent location on the banks of the Yangtze River in Yichang. Opening the curtains reveals a breathtaking view of the river and mountains, which is truly refreshing. The hotel facilities are new, the rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom features a dry/wet separation, making it clean and tidy. The bed is also comfortable and clean, ensuring a great overall stay. The hotel service is particularly noteworthy, with every staff member being warm, professional, and attentive. A special thanks goes to Zoe, who provided meticulous and thoughtful assistance from check-in to check-out, patiently answering all our questions. We felt truly at home and this added many wonderful memories to our trip. Whether for a vacation or a business trip, the Wyndham Grand Yichang is a highly recommended choice. Next time I return to my hometown of Yichang, I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends and family!

I go to hot springs around the area every year, and I think this one has the best environment. The room was very large and clean. Service: The service was prompt, and the staff quickly resolved any requests. It's also a nice touch that they deliver takeout right to your door! Breakfast: The variety isn't particularly extensive, but the noodles and rice noodles were decent, so it was still pretty good. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! If the price is right, we'll definitely come back to stay again!

This trip was a wonderful surprise and a truly touching experience, starting with booking the hotel. It was a warm welcome in the winter of 2026. I initially booked a hotel for that night on Ctrip, but later saw a discounted package deal. I immediately contacted customer service to modify my booking, and they listened to my request and contacted the hotel promptly to change the order. We were extremely satisfied! 👍 Furthermore, the hotel service was excellent, thoughtful, and attentive. A small note with a greeting was like a warm current dispelling the chill. In short, it was a truly unforgettable experience.
