While the food wasn't particularly memorable, the dining experience was still pleasant. The hotel itself boasts a unique courtyard-style design with beautifully arranged garden landscapes, winding paths, lush greenery, and elegant courtyards that create a peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Located next to the ancient city, it offers a tranquil environment. This hotel is an excellent choice for a trip to Xiangyang, perfectly balancing quality and comfort."

The Jingmen Shuangquan Hot Spring Hotel offers a pleasant stay in Jingmen for those traveling for business or leisure. The hotel is only 10km from Jingmen Railway Station and 79km from Shashi Airport, giving guests a number of convenient transportation options. There is no shortage of things to see in the area, with the Shuangquan Panda Paradise, Shuangquan Hot Spring and Jingmen Botanical Garden all nearby. This hotel makes a great place to kick back and relax after a long day of sightseeing. This Jingmen hotel features parking on site. If cleanliness is important to you, this hotel makes an excellent choice, as our guests consider this to be one of the cleanest hotels in the city. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"I've never seen a hotel with so many extra charges. If you want a decent hairdryer, you have to stay in a 1000+ RMB suite. Rooms under 1000+ RMB only come with the oldest hairdryers. Bathrobes in the room cost an additional 20 RMB each. To enter the hot spring center, you have to pay extra, even though the hotel states that the pool and kids' play area are inside the hot spring center – you still need to pay to get in. Once inside, you're required to wear a uniform, but you have to buy it separately, and the matching socks also cost extra. What's more, the women's pools in the hot spring center were empty. Some pools in the lobby, like the fish therapy pool, also require an additional fee, and both adults and children need to pay separately. Of course, food and drinks are extra too. Basically, once you check into this hotel, you'll be constantly paying for things, one after another. Even emergency items like swimming rings by the pool cost extra. With so many charges, you'd expect good service, but there were no lifeguards by the pool, although there was always a staff member watching over the paid fish therapy pool. People were constantly smoking indoors, and the whole air was filled with second-hand smoke. The air conditioning wasn't on, so everyone felt stuffy. In the rest area, people were playing loud audio on their phones, making it impossible to relax. The buffet was so bad I wouldn't eat there again. Overall, the hotel environment is new and comfortable, and the room cleanliness and service are good. However, the constant, step-by-step charges really dampen the mood. All in all, I hope hotels in my hometown improve and optimize, so as not to waste such good facilities."

"Coming to Yichang this time, choosing Wyndham Grand was definitely the right decision! The lobby looks very grand, and the room space is particularly spacious, so it doesn't feel cramped at all. The biggest surprise was the view; I could see the Yangtze River right from my bed. The bridge, the river, and the distant mountains all came into view, truly embodying the Three Gorges landscape. The scenery was absolutely stunning. The hotel facilities are also new and comfortable, and the staff are all very friendly. Staying here for a trip was a fantastic experience!"

"The scenery is beautiful; you can see the peaks of Qixingzhai from the lounge chair on the balcony – very comfortable and relaxing. The guesthouse is conveniently located; it's a five-minute walk from the scenic area exit without having to return to the visitor center. The staff are very helpful and responsive, proactively asking what you need and patiently explaining the Grand Canyon scenic area. They even offer a private car to take you to the entrance. The breakfast is also plentiful. In terms of facilities, the guesthouse has a great design, and the rooms thoughtfully include massage chairs – exactly what you need after hiking the Grand Canyon. It's also very convenient for those traveling by car, as there are charging stations for electric vehicles. Overall, it's a good place."

The river view is beautiful, and the location is great, very close to Lihuangpi Road and the riverside, so you can just stroll downstairs. However, there's no subway nearby. The hotel doesn't offer twin rooms with a direct river view. On each floor, there are only two 180-degree direct river view rooms. Although they are back-to-back, their doors are at opposite ends of the hallway. If a family books two 180-degree rooms, it's quite a hassle to meet up, as you have to walk a long way around. Your only option would be to pay extra to upgrade to a 270-degree river view room. There's only a single armchair by the window, and no small coffee table. When enjoying the river view from the window, there's nowhere to put your drink – you have to put it on the windowsill... If there are two of you, you'd have to drag the bench from the end of the bed over? The ergonomic chair was incredibly uncomfortable, and I found a layer of dust in the middle while trying to figure out how to adjust it. Both the ergonomic chair and the single armchair felt dirty. Perhaps it was peak season, but there were no perks or complimentary items. The 105 yuan 'Summer Enjoyment' voucher was also pretty useless, as it could only be applied to certain double set menus priced at 299 or 399, for example.

The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and bright. Parking was also very convenient. The hotel staff were excellent; I was on a business trip and seeing the note left by the service staff instantly made me feel warm. The night view from the window was also fantastic. It was a great stay, and I'll choose to stay here again next time I visit Wuhan.

This hotel is too far from the city center, located in the outskirts of Wuhan. I booked it for a road trip and had a really bad experience; there's basically no service. The hygiene and facilities are just average, and they're lacking in everything. They don't proactively replenish essential items unless you ask. The front desk for check-in is on the 23rd floor, and the three elevators are shared, with no dedicated ones, which makes it very inconvenient for guests with a lot of luggage using a trolley. Overall, it's suitable for business travelers looking for a budget hotel. However, for older guests, I'd recommend looking for another hotel.

Extremely satisfied with my stay at the Shangri-La Hotel Wuhan during this trip. I booked a Horizon Club room, which offered all-day drinks and snacks, plus afternoon tea. Room service was also excellent, with daily housekeeping (more than once a day). The hotel's location is superb, just a few steps from the metro station. Exiting the hotel, you're right on Kaoxiong Road and Taipei Road, which are lined with small restaurants and coffee shops – perfect for a city walk. Baodao Park is also nearby, great for an early morning stroll. Turning left out of the hotel, you'll find MixC World just a short walk away, which is super convenient. All in all, it was a very satisfying stay.

This hotel is excellent in every aspect. I booked a Deluxe River View King Room and was upgraded to an Executive King Room for free. The view was absolutely stunning. The dinner selection on the executive floor wasn't vast, but the quality was high. My dad stayed at this hotel during the pandemic, so I specially brought my child here to experience it. Holly, our butler, provided fantastic service!

It was my first time to experience tent accommodation. My daughter liked it very much. The hair dryers were all Dyson and the mattresses were heated. They were very considerate. The air on the mountain was really good! Suggestion: The noodles could be bigger☺️!

We had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service. The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience. This guesthouse met my expectations perfectly. After an exhausting day at Enshi Grand Canyon, all I wanted was to lie down, and this guesthouse is super close, just a few minutes' drive from the visitor center. The owner even came out to greet us, making it easy to spot the place. The room had an amazing view and was very bright. The sofa was really spacious, perfect for lounging around. The complimentary snacks and fruit were a pleasant surprise – I even tried the stinky dried tofu and had a good laugh. We pre-ordered dinner, which was home-style cooking. Enjoying the beautiful scenery with a little wine, isn't that what a good trip is all about? The family room was huge, well-equipped, clean, and had a great wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Breakfast was also something to look forward to. My noodles were a bit salty, but I still polished them off! 😅 The housekeeper was always smiling, which made our stay very comfortable. I even took photos to praise them!

This hotel was a last-minute pick, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! The room was spacious and comfortable. We're a family of three, and even though the two 1.2-meter beds couldn't be combined, we managed by pushing the sofa in between them, placing a pillow on top, and covering it with a bath towel. This effectively created a barrier to prevent our child from falling off the bed. You can take a free shuttle bus from the airport and then it's just a short walk. We had an early flight and didn't buy breakfast, but they thoughtfully provided a convenience breakfast bag for us to take away, which was excellent service. Honestly, this hotel, which cost only a few hundred RMB, was several times better than the hotel we later stayed at in Singapore, which cost thousands. Highly recommended!
