Ξενοδοχεία με Pools σε Greater London, United Kingdom

"We stayed at this hotel for one night and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent, and our room was spacious. From check-in through to dinner, everything was very well organised. For just £12, we could choose a pizza or burger and enjoy it with a pint of British beer—excellent value for money. The hotel is only one Underground stop from the airport, which is very convenient. Just be aware that the station has no lift, so you’ll need to use the stairs. The hotel has a fresh, modern design and feels open and spacious. It is a four-star hotel that truly deserves its rating. The swimming pool was especially impressive: the starry ceiling made it feel as though we were swimming beneath the night sky. The steam room had plenty of steam, and although the jacuzzi was compact, its jets were powerful. After a long journey and a flight, it was lovely to relax with a swim and a massage. A special thank-you to the staff for changing our double room into a twin room in just ten minutes. The breakfast was also very reasonably priced, and we were pleasantly surprised to find fresh melon and watermelon. The reception staff were attentive, professional and excellent throughout our stay."

"I recently stayed at Novotel London Canary Wharf and it was one of the most enjoyable hotel experiences I’ve had in London. From the moment I checked in, the atmosphere felt modern, welcoming, and effortlessly comfortable. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from my room. Waking up to the Canary Wharf skyline and watching the city lights come alive at night was incredible. The floor-to-ceiling windows made the entire room feel bright and spacious, and the panoramic cityscape gave the stay a real luxury feel. Another standout experience was visiting Bōkan, the hotel’s restaurant and rooftop bar. The views from up there are absolutely breathtaking , you get a stunning panoramic perspective of the whole of London, from Canary Wharf to landmarks across the city skyline. Whether during sunset or later in the evening, the atmosphere is unforgettable. The combination of great food, drinks, and those sweeping views made it one of the best parts of the trip. The hotel amenities were also excellent. The pool was clean and relaxing, perfect after a long day exploring or working in the city. The gym was well-equipped with everything needed for a proper workout, and the sauna added an extra touch of relaxation that really elevated the overall experience. Overall, Novotel London Canary Wharf delivers the perfect mix of comfort, modern luxury, amazing facilities, and spectacular London views. I’d happily stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Canary Wharf."

"Stayed with my child and my Mum. We thought the hotel seemed very clean, and our welcome on arrival was very warm. The reception staff were always very polite and helpful throughout our stay. I thought the layout of the hotel was a bit confusing, and there were not really enough lifts to service the capacity of the hotel. Our room was adequate; some of the facilities were lacking a little, particularly where we had a young child (slippery bathroom tiles, no non slip bath mat etc) but over all, it was functional and it was clean. The reception/ communal lounge area was lovely - it had a nice ambience and there is a free water station with both sparkling and still chilled water which we found to be a very accommodating facility during our stay. The small hotel pool is not really suitable for families - we found it extremely over crowded and not supervised - there were young children frolicing about in the jacuzzi/ steam room area and it all seemed a bit hazardous. We would say overall our stay was pleasant and I would probably stay again. The hotel is in a good location close to amenities like the DLR and Elizabeth line and also the cable cars which are a must! A small tesco is just next door too for stocking up on snacks and fruit (although be wary of rude staff there!) and there is a lovely coffee shop over the road “Mrs Bee” which does a lovely latté."

"The hotel is located by the River Thames. My room had a view of the London Eye and Big Ben, though the angle wasn't perfect. The hotel facilities were also good. The nearest tube station is a short walk away, making getting around by subway very convenient. There's also a train station nearby, but it's largely useless as there are almost no direct destinations from there. Dining options in the immediate area are limited, so finding food wasn't very convenient, and the hotel's own restaurant wasn't particularly good value for money. However, there are supermarkets nearby, making it easy to buy groceries. I had a rather alarming experience with a false fire alarm during my stay. I was resting in my room when the building's fire alarm suddenly went off. I had to walk down from the 10th floor with other hotel staff, but even they seemed unsure where the exit was once we reached the ground floor. Meanwhile, the staff on the ground floor seemed completely unfazed and were carrying on with their work as usual. In the end, no one knew what caused it – it turned out to be a false alarm, I suppose I can just consider it a fire drill."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Exceptional Stay – Above and Beyond Our Expectations! We had such a wonderful stay at Aloft London Excel and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. The team kindly surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade and even arranged a lovely birthday surprise with complimentary treats in our room, which made our celebration feel incredibly special. ❤️ The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive and exceptionally accommodating. They not only happily fulfilled all our requests without hesitation, but seemed to anticipate our needs before we even had to ask. We were even offered an early check-in, extra robes and a cot bed at no additional charge—such thoughtful touches that made such a difference. A special mention to the staff member who patiently helped me with the Marriott registration, explaining everything clearly and making sure I was properly registered. The level of care and patience was truly appreciated. The hotel itself is fantastic. Everything was spotlessly clean, and there are so many amenities to enjoy, including the pool, sauna, gym and games facilities. The breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choice and was a great way to start the day. One little moment that really stood out was when I was about to pay for the apples and a member of staff kindly told me they were complimentary. It may seem like such a small gesture, but these little moments really show how thoughtful the team is. Even though we had rain during our holiday, it honestly didn’t matter because there was so much to enjoy within the hotel. We had a fantastic time and never felt like the weather was spoiling our stay. A huge thank you to the entire Aloft team for making our birthday stay so memorable. Your warmth, generosity and exceptional hospitality truly made us feel welcomed and valued. We will definitely be returning and would happily recommend Aloft London Excel to anyone looking for a fun, comfortable and genuinely welcoming stay! ❤️✨"

"Love the vibes the moment I walked into the lobby of the hotel. Friendly staff welcoming you and the guests refreshment table at the lobby was inviting to quench your thirst. Self service check-in was amazing but no worries if you are stuck as the staff is always there to assist. I particularly like the room layout and space. The smart tv is amazing to keep you entertained in the room whether you are working at the table or lazing in bed. The bathroom could be better if basic amenities such as shower caps are provided because there is only rain shower. The white lights at the curtain don’t blend with all the other room lightings and could be soften with yellow lights. The windows were a bit dirty but no issue if you always close the curtains. The location is great as it is only one stop to and from T2 and T3 via the hotel hoppa bus. So it is fast to get to the airport and from the airport. Glad I chose this hotel as it would take some time if I stayed in other hotels along the road. Will definitely come back here!"

"The breakfast here is very good. It's quite close to attractions like Tower Bridge and the Tower of London. To get to the British Museum and Buckingham Palace, you'll need to take a taxi or the subway. I didn't see any supermarkets nearby, though. The air conditioning works well, and you'll need to ask them for a toothbrush. The complimentary bottled water comes in glass bottles. Many Chinese tourists stay here."

"The hotel room was great, clean, spacious, twin room, beds immaculate and comfortable. The bathroom was beautiful, clean, plenty towels. The kettle was broken when we arrived but we rang reception and a new one was brought up immediately. The food in the bar area was delicious and wasnt too expensive. Staff coulsnt do enough for us."
