This is our first time in the Maldives, and I'm absolutely thrilled! The airport transfer was quick, followed by a mini-tour of the island and then check-in. The villas are spacious and clean, with everything you need. The weather is fantastic! Even though it's supposedly the rainy season in September. They gave me a lovely birthday surprise! The staff are incredibly responsive and responsible; all requests were met with instant action! Thank you all so much 🫶! Everything was wonderful, a truly amazing vacation!

A. Family trip, two villas. One sunset deluxe beach pool villa, and one sunset beach pool villa. 1. The deluxe villa is very luxurious and new, with air conditioning in the bathroom, but it's far from the restaurant and relatively further from the beach compared to non-deluxe rooms. 2. The regular villa is next to the restaurant, very close to the main pool and the lobby. However, it's older than the deluxe villa and its bathroom doesn't have air conditioning. B. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 20-minute speedboat ride from Malé airport. C. We bought the full board package. The restaurant specializes in Indian cuisine, which we really enjoyed. Juices and beverages are only available at breakfast. For lunch and dinner, you can only order à la carte; soft drinks are $5, juices are $10, plus an additional 27% service charge and tax. Haha... D. The excursions are too expensive, it really hurt my wallet (see picture). It's better to book them on a local island. E. You can snorkel near the overwater bungalows and the jetty, but there aren't many marine creatures, and the water quality is just average. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money. Next time, I definitely need to visit a local island, it's so much more economical... PS. It's best to download WhatsApp in advance. Our butler didn't really use WeChat and was often unreachable...

Without question, this is the best-value Maldivian resort we have ever visited. We've stayed at several resorts in the Maldives, and none have managed to combine luxury, efficiency, quality and value quite like this. From the moment we arrived, everything was incredibly well organized. Check-in was seamless, and throughout our stay the team consistently thought two steps ahead, ensuring that arrivals, bookings, activities and departure arrangements were all perfectly coordinated. We never once felt stressed or had to waste time waiting for anything. The Dusit Gold app was exceptionally responsive and useful, making the entire experience smooth and effortless. Our villa was spotless, and housekeeping was outstanding. Turnover and turndown service were always completed perfectly and punctually. Every detail in the room worked flawlessly — from the coffee machine and hot water to the bathtub, water pressure and lighting. Nothing was faulty, which is surprisingly rare even at luxury resorts. The food was genuinely some of the best we have experienced in the Maldives, with authentic flavours and a huge selection of food and drinks included in the all-inclusive package. What impressed us most was that the resort never cut corners. Unlike some resorts that can be stingy with portions or beverage quality, here they provide the full wholesome experience. Drinks were always generously poured and promptly refilled, and there was an excellent variety of restaurants open simultaneously for dinner, giving plenty of choice each evening. Special thanks to Mohamed and the wonderful Barcelonian dive instructor, who were incredibly kind, professional and personable. They even remembered us by name before we had arrived at the dive centre, which made us feel genuinely welcomed. The management team was equally impressive — professional, attentive and seemingly never saying no to any request. The spa treatments were excellent, especially the Thai massage by the Bhutanese therapist, and we also enjoyed one of the best deep tissue massages from the personal trainer at the gym. Prices for activities, spa treatments and extras were all very fair and represented excellent value. Despite being close to Malé, the marine life was thriving and abundant. The water was crystal clear, peaceful and free from noise pollution. We were pleasantly surprised by how lush and vibrant the underwater environment was. Another thing we appreciated was the sense of space. There was never any need to fight for sun loungers, cabanas or tables. Everything felt spacious and relaxed. Families are also exceptionally well catered for, with both a kids' club and a teens' club — something that is surprisingly rare. For travellers who want to maximize their time in the Maldives and avoid spending hours on seaplane transfers, this resort is an absolute gem. The convenience of being close to Malé combined with such a luxurious atmosphere is hard to beat. Overall, this has been the most value-for-money yet genuinely luxurious resort we have ever experienced. Exceptional service, outstanding food, thoughtful management, and a team that consistently goes above and beyond make this a place we would return to without hesitation. Will definitely be back.

This is a perfect place for a good holiday! The hotel is really clean and brand-new. The rooms are very cosy, cleaned every day, the view from the balcony is really nice. Talking about the food, it can seem simple, but actually it’s very tasty and nutritious, you never feel hungry. The desserts are also really nice. The working team is very friendly, they always try to do their best. We also went fishing from the hotel, guys were really helpful, everything was amazing. If you’re not sure about this place because of some reviews, I should tell you, that if a person wants to find something bad, he definitely will. Island is small, yes, but that’s good, not so many people are there, the beach and water is clean, you still have some shops with everything you need. We have never smelt any smell from the trash burning mentioned in the reviews. We would definitely recommend this place, it has been one of our best experiences with sea holidays so far. What can be improved for the hotel: if you have an opportunity, add more sun beds to the beach with the umbrellas. It’s not that bad, but probably not always enough for all your tourists. All the rest was just amazing! We would like to come back!

Actually I never write BAD REVIEWS , just because one people “That Woman on Receptionist” Start from Arriving (check in ) I paid for speed boat & tax fee she looked me from up with empty eye glaring of coz with no smile like usually hotelier specially in reception. Go to room , my room have AC dripping ( floor wet ) my porter quickly call engineer ( thank you both of you so nice and quick job to handle ) but AC still dripped for 2 nite I stay ( but I don’t complain so ignored and put towel under AC ) And just realized my Room Key Card only has one , put side door for automatic lights your room so when you go out you need take out and all room is turn off. So on dinner time I go to reception and ask for spare key so when I back I have AC. That woman staff said “ NO WE ONLY HAVE ONE FOR GUEST, YOU CAN ASK US AND OPEN DOOR FOR YOU WHEN YOU EVERYTIME YOU BACK TO ROOM “ With Jaw open seriously? She strictly say YES ( and of coz without smile only glare ) So after dinner am ask her for call other staff open my room , need wait outside room 10mnt when Male Staff come I say to him “ did you have other options for open door without call you everytime I go outside?” Thank you for Him , he take seperate card for my door so I have key when I go outside. Last for CHECK OUT : my flight on 8:30pm so I booked my speedboats on ARENA , they said I boarding on 5pm and later she change on 4pm. I’m asking again can’t I have late check out for 1hr so I don’t need outside to much long because so hot. Straight say NO , because guest arrive on 1pm no options only say you can put luggage at reception. Woww .. no I don’t argue just said really ? That’s why I cancelled my speedboats back airport ticket ( not yet paid ) I said I don’t need speedboad , and I go to KAANI PALM HOTEL , they offer me Lounge for $10 ( you can shower to ) so can relax inside with AC and I booked speedboat with KAANI PALM HOTEL. The marine life is vibrant and right at your doorstep. Dolphins at Breakfast: Imagine sipping your morning coffee and watching dolphins play in the distance. We were lucky enough to spot them during breakfast, which was a magical way to start the day. Stargazing: During serene night, either near the beach or while you slowly brisk walking back to your room, it’s surely the perfect place to just enjoy the Maldivian night sky with the beautiful shining stars smiling at you. The Staff: The service here is world-class. Every staff member is genuinely kind, attentive, and dedicated to making your stay perfect. They really go the extra mile to ensure you feel at home. We were completely satisfied with our vacation! The hotel isn't new, but everything is in good condition. It's an excellent hotel for its price-quality ratio. It's only a 15-minute speedboat ride from Malé. We booked through Trip.com and were met individually. The best standard rooms are 175-200, facing the best beach with a house reef. More expensive room categories are in less swimmable locations. Housekeeping twice a day. The food is varied, with something new for lunch and dinner every day – fish, chicken, seafood day, lamb day. The all-inclusive cocktails are a bit watered down and the selection is limited, but you can't say anything was missing. The corals on the house reef are a bit tired, but there are many fish, small sharks, and it's beautiful overall; we swam every day and never got bored. On the opposite side from the main beach is the beautiful Bandos Rock reef – there's never anyone there, and there seemed to be more marine life. Excursions need to be booked well in advance, several days ahead – there's swimming with manta rays, sharks, fishing, and dolphins – there likely won't be spots if you try to book the day before. There's a sufficient amount of Russian-speaking staff, including many great guys from Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan.

We usually buy from booking.com.but service with phone and fast response.trip.com.much better. FOR Resorts. Oblu Sangeli..They have good employees.working with truly friendly to customers.big smile. treat us very nice.not because we are *********, speak Chinese , Asian or any reason treat us not same with European customers like other place.it shows Oblu Sangeli Choose nice employees.with big heart.The food in Sangeli buffet was ok.good enough.not the best.but we no need to eat or drink too much.because we choose all inclusive.we paid also for happy employee to treated us nice and employed take care resort environment.We are happy to walk down to ocean.no need to diving already can see beautiful fishes.for people like me scared of sharks or deep water.you may come to Only service hope Resort improve.. service for gifts .must improve.if resorts want some nice customers coming back.must touch their heart and needs..no need give 3 candles meals,but want give nice shoes customers alread wear.or give papper name card not good material of Resort name card to put on luggage! .. 3 candles dinner meals to us very nice.but we refused .we know more expensive but not what we want..better to give free flip flops.put flower on bath foam..No do same gifts.if Resort try to touch customers ,We gave tip for thank you.never for buy service.because we paid for service within all inclusive..However.喜歡白色沙灘，喜歡看魚又害怕潛水的人，可以來這裡，水很淺就有珊瑚礁魚群 .非常棒的地方,可以盡情享受的飲食，音樂，環境，服務的人員非常友善.不會要求給小費，但是我們還是建議要給小費，因為謝謝人家，除了工作，還特別的真誠當朋友，小費只是給他們買飲料或是小禮物，尤其是對那些辛苦工作，對待我們是除了工作外，你能感受到的真心，不是為了小費，也不是盡責在工作而已的，當我們是朋友的聊天還有提供很棒的服務.

The island is not far from airport so it is good. There are no other hotels at the island so you just have to do everything at the hotel. For someone not into seasports staying too long at the hotel can be boring. It was low season so there weren't alot of tourists till the day before i checked out. I liked it when it was quieter. Some restaurants are not open everyday and you have to reserve if they are open. The free food credit they give is not very reasonable as it stated you can't eat at another restaurant before using the credit at another restaurant, but why should it be so when i have already paid for a full board and entitled to a fully paid meal at another restaurant already? There was also twice when the restaurant got my orders wrong. They served me fish when i ordered beef and later told me beef has ran out. If so you should tell me so when i ordered and i actually went to the restaurant not long after they open. Also they way they served the fish is as though i ordered it, only when i said i didnt order it they said oh there must be a mistake becos beef has ran out. Then you should explain to me when you took the order, or before you served you inform me and ask me to choose something else instead of giving me the fish. Thus it was quite clear they took the wrong order and not becos there was no beef. The next morning at breakfast which i went very early as well, already the vegetables had ran out at the noodles station. I order egg white omelette and they served me the normal omelette. After that i could hear the staff arguing among themselves who got the wrong order. Had lunch at the Kakuni hut and 1 of the fillet was rubbery, the meat was sticking to the skin and the skin cannot be detached easily as well. It doesn't taste unfresh so u dont know what was the problem. They did redo another fillet for me which is better but the quality wasn't the same as the 2nd piece of fillet on the 1st plate. Anyway for those going, bring your sunblock and most importantly insect repellent as there are lots of mosquitoes there and insect repellent is not provided
