Our first time in Trabzon, the staff were very welcoming, we had some difficulties but the staff were very efficient in helping us solve the problem, the restaurant staff were also very good. Wish them all the best in life.

The stay was wonderful, Located in the middle of the city away from the traffic We investigated all the reviews before booking, we had some worries mostly by the noise of the nearby airport.. It came out that it was part of the fun The noises are not that horrible especially if you close the sound proof windows.. However the air traffic wasn't that heavy and the kids enjoyed the observation of the planes, The hotel was perfectly clean, breakfast was very rich and variant and reflect the Turkish heritage with Int'l components.. Staff were very nice and supportive, with very polite approach, the whole atmosphere in trabzon was very amicable and welcoming Definitely will stay there again

The hotel is very good room, the room was booked in the balcony, the place away from the square and the markets, but the restaurant on the sea was excellent and delicious, the hotel service was excellent and fast, but there are some things broken in the room, like the curtain, the adapter, and there are no parking lots, and the car is safe. It was rented, it was rendered by someone else.

The hotel has a great location. I had a suite and it was comfortable and clean inside the rooms. However, there was a bad smell in the corridor on the fifth floor, and I think it was because of the mattresses. Also, the sound insulation in the rooms is poor. You can hear the sounds of the rooms next to you and the sounds of the corridors. Overall, it's good.

It was very nice, I am very satisfied with everything.

Mein Urlaub war sehr angenehm und erholsam. Besonders die schöne Aussicht hat jeden Tag zu etwas Besonderem gemacht. Die Zimmer waren sauber und gut gepflegt, was für viel Komfort gesorgt hat. Das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal hat den Aufenthalt perfekt abgerundet.

I also want to sincerely thank Lina, the manager, for her professionalism and warm attitude—she ensured everything was smooth and perfect. Additionally, I want to give a shoutout to the evening shift receptionist (I wish I remembered her name) for her helpfulness and friendly demeanor. She was always welcoming and ready to assist with anything, making my evenings at the hotel even more pleasant. If you’re visiting Trabzon and want a place where you’ll feel genuinely cared for, Residence Inn Trabzon is the perfect choice. The hotel rooms are super. We had almost a whole apartment was ) on the location not very - to the water not to reach, Migros is far away. On your transport to the beach you can ) the price in the hotel restaurant is more expensive than anywhere, well that's the same. We took one night here to get in a beautiful room - it turned out. The pool, by the way, didn't work(

Avevo prenotato questo hotel perché vicino al centro e dotato di spa con sauna. Il reparto spa era in manutenzione da giorni (hanno detto). Molto caro il pasto in camera e la colazione (circa €20), che ho scoperto non inclusa nel soggiorno. Per cui non ho mai mangiato in albergo. Il personale gentile e disponibile a fornire ogni indicazione dovesse necessitare per il soggiorno. L’ubicazione di questo hotel è abbastanza centrale. La camera è silenziosa ed il letto comodo… ho dormito molto bene.
