"The pool size is decent, and I really enjoyed the lazy river. However, the lobby on the first floor was incredibly crowded and bustling with people. We couldn't fully enjoy it due to the rain, but the restaurant next to the pool was great, and the sea was clean and lovely! Since it was our last day, we couldn't make it for breakfast. Next time, I'll try to book it for the day we arrive in Nha Trang."

"I booked this place for a 0.5-night stay on the last day of my trip, just to catch a late-night flight, and surprisingly, it was amazing with a fantastic view! Since it was a Sunday, they had a foam party at the pool in the afternoon, which the kids absolutely loved. The pool was large and great for swimming, and there was a jacuzzi too, which I sadly didn't get to use. Everything else was perfect, but when we went to the beach to play in the waves, they were too strong. Plus, there seemed to be oil in the sand ㅠㅠ. My brand new Crocs and rash guard got stained, and it's not coming off easily. If I come back to Nha Trang, I'd definitely consider staying here for 0.5 to 1 night again, but I probably won't go to that beach, lol. Also, it was a bit disappointing that check-out wasn't quicker, as I had to rush to the airport with the kids late at night (waited about 10 minutes)."

"We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and overall, it left a positive impression. It's new, clean, and there's no long wait for the elevators. The location is great. The bed was excellent, comfortable, and large. The room had all the bathroom amenities, bathrobes, and slippers. Breakfasts were varied. On the downside, I'd like to point out the dim lighting, especially in the hallway and bathroom. The balcony railing also doesn't help with light. And like many hotels, there's no place to dry clothes."

"This hotel is awesome, especially after the renovation. It's really charming. Pros: beachfront, at an intersection, good distance between hotels, not too tall so you don't wait long for the elevator, very green and beautifully decorated. The beach strip across the road is wide. There's a decent restaurant downstairs at the entrance, and shrimp garden buffets nearby. Breakfast has everything – fruits, meat, pho, you name it. We planned to stay at a different hotel for our second week, but after touring the city, we realized ours was the most convenient. Oh, and it's only a 10-minute walk to the center, which means fewer crowds. The staff are super nice. If we come back, there's a 90% chance we'll stay here again. Cons: The pool is under renovation, and they suggest using the neighboring hotel's pool. The coffee area in the room isn't well thought out; you have to figure out where to plug in the kettle."

"I really loved this hotel! It's brand new, so there are hardly any guests, which means you get personalized service. The rooms and furniture are new, the bedding is pristine white, and the food is delicious. The view from every room is excellent. Be prepared, though, that if dinner isn't included, you'll be paying Moscow prices – it's an island, so there are no other options. Also, be aware that you can only leave the island by boat... you depart in the morning and need to be at the port office by 3 PM. The hotel doesn't exchange currency, so make sure to take care of that beforehand. The staff works very hard; all requests are handled instantly, and everyone is incredibly friendly – a huge thank you, especially to Vinh, Ngan, and Anh…"

We stayed at this hotel from June 15th to 21st. We booked a room with a pool view, and according to the photos, it should have had a panoramic window. However, we were given a room on the 3rd floor with a view of a very close, abandoned building. We had to keep the curtains drawn all the time. The hotel staff did not respond to our complaints about the discrepancy, stating there were no other rooms available. The room itself was very small, barely enough space for two, but it was clean. They cleaned daily and replenished water, coffee, and toiletries every day. We didn't see any insects during our week-long stay. The towels and bedding were neat and clean. We picked up fresh beach towels every day at the reception. The fridge cooled well, and the air conditioning worked without issues. The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center, with many cafes and shops nearby, and the sea is just a 7-minute walk away. There's also a pool on the top floor with a beautiful sea view. Overall, it was okay, as we didn't spend much time in the room.

Overall, I liked the hotel. The service at the reception was excellent. The ladies were very friendly and ready to help with any questions. The hotel grounds are very large and beautiful, with two huge pools, one of which has a jacuzzi. We only had breakfast, and I enjoyed the food. While there wasn't a massive variety of dishes, what was offered was tasty and of good quality. The restaurant area was beautifully and comfortably decorated. However, I didn't like the room itself. The rooms feel old and are in need of renovation. Generally, throughout the hotel and its grounds, there's a sense that things need an update and refresh. There was an old, musty smell in the room. I don't understand why there's carpet in the room; it really detracts from the appearance and contributes to the smell. On the beach, there aren't enough sun loungers, especially given how large the hotel is and how many guests it accommodates. Overall, the hotel is good, but next time I'd return to the neighboring Riviera, where I've also stayed. The Riviera is cleaner and cozier. The grounds there are smaller, but as a result, everything feels more well-maintained and beautiful.

This isn't the first time we've chosen this hotel for our vacation. We really love the warm welcome, the varied food options – everything from pastries to seafood. They also have kids' entertainment (our son absolutely adores it, and for us, it's a great way to relax without worrying about him, as they keep them entertained and fed). Upon check-in, we received a nice complimentary gift from the hotel for being repeat guests, which was a lovely surprise. Another plus was getting to check in without waiting until 2 PM; we were able to get our room right after arriving at 11 AM – though we might have just gotten lucky, and we even received a free room upgrade! They put the wristbands on you right away, so you can start using all the facilities as soon as you've checked in. The beach is one of the best, perfect for families with kids, with a gentle slope into the water, crystal clear blue water that's transparent and warm, and soft white sand. We also appreciated the abundance of sun loungers; you could always find a free one. We'd gladly come back here again.

The hotel's interiors are beautiful and stylish. The room is excellent and spacious, equipped with wine glasses, mugs, and regular glasses. There's a dining table for 4 people and a large balcony, or rather, a terrace. There's plenty of space to spread out suitcases and enough room for four people to move around comfortably. For a 4-person room, only two pairs of slippers are provided. The floor is made of ceramic granite, which isn't pleasant to walk on barefoot. The floors are poorly cleaned, and sand sticks to your feet. There are no decent drinks at dinner. Only watery, unappetizing juices. Coffee is only available for an extra charge. Prices for cola/coffee and other items are four times higher compared to the city and even VinWonders park. We declined to pay a deposit since we weren't staying at the hotel for long. However, when we tried to order at the poolside bar and offered to pay at reception upon check-out, we were refused. Payment was only accepted via deposit or cash. We liked the pool and the beach, although we only visited them in the evening. There are no shops or cafes near the hotel, and getting anywhere is time-consuming and expensive. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this hotel for a long stay. Dinner is very crowded, and the food is repetitive and not very diverse compared to Turkish hotels. You'll quickly get tired of the crowds and eating the same things. A maximum of 3-5 days would be enough.

Before making the reservation, I visited the hotel and was shown a room on a higher floor — it looked nice and was a bit larger. Then I went back to the reception, where they told me I could take a room with a city view. I made the booking, but when I received the room, it wasn’t the same one I had seen before. When I asked at the reception, they said the one I saw earlier was more expensive. It doesn’t matter much now, but if you plan to book here, I recommend asking clearly in advance and making sure you get the room you actually reserved.Check-in was done one hour earlier, which I appreciate. The view from the room was good, and the room itself was fairly spacious. The cleaning was done but somewhat superficial at first; however, after I talked to the reception in the following days, they came and cleaned it properly.

The room was quite spacious. We booked a sea-view room, and you could see the ocean directly from the window, but as soon as I opened the curtains, a huge signal tower was right in front, which was a bit disappointing, to be honest. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the water temperature was just right with stable water pressure. Flip-flops were provided, and most of the disposable toiletries were well-stocked. The duvet wasn't very thick, but the pillows were quite comfortable. The bedsheets had some stains, like coffee or blue ink that wouldn't wash out, but it didn't bother me too much. The hotel is less than a 10-minute walk to the beach and also 5 to 10 minutes from the pedestrian street, so the area is very lively. Upon check-in, we were given two refreshing blue pandan drinks, which was a nice touch. On the second day of our stay, my friend wasn't feeling well due to a fever. I went to the front desk to ask if they had anything for fever or a thermometer, and they responded immediately, which I thought was excellent.

I really loved this hotel! The service was excellent, and breakfast was great. The food prices were comparable to Moscow's. If you're a Marriott Bonvoy member, you get a 10% discount at the restaurants. There's an excellent padel court and plenty of activities for kids. They also have a great pastry shop with delicious baked goods. Comfortable buggies circulate around the property, which is very convenient. My only wish is for more sun loungers on the beach. The beach is large, but for some reason, the loungers are placed very close together. We wish the hotel continued prosperity! We're satisfied, this hotel is definitely worth the money.

This is a truly beautiful and unique 'wild luxury' hotel that perfectly blends local character, sophisticated relaxation, and natural wilderness. The hotel is nestled against the mountains and faces the sea, offering great mountain and ocean views. The surrounding natural scenery is incredibly rich, which in turn supports a wide variety of exploration activities. Whether participating in hotel-organized events or exploring the mountains and sea on your own, the experience is fantastic. We stayed in a Treetop Villa, built on a platform above the tree canopy, providing expansive views and a great panorama. The room's amenities are exquisite and very authentically Vietnamese. The bed, bathtub, and all facilities were very comfortable to use. During our stay, we asked the butler to help arrange some room decorations. The butler was very thoughtful and communicated well, and the decorations looked great. However, when arranging the decorative petals, they misspelled my girlfriend's name 😂 While it wasn't super obvious, they should have been a bit more careful. Drinks in the minibar are extra. Also, the bamboo hats, small fans, and woven bags provided in the room are very Vietnamese and quite beautiful. It would have been a nice touch to give them to guests as souvenirs, but they are also subject to an extra charge if taken. Considering the overall room rate, these small items aren't expensive, so charging extra feels a bit off-putting. Overall, the experience was still excellent. It was a wonderful and memorable holiday.

Perfect for a family getaway to relax by the beach and pool. The breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent, especially the beef pho soup at breakfast – so fresh and flavorful! While the facilities are a bit old, they are well-maintained. The staff were friendly and very responsive.

The hotel has a first-line sea view, unobstructed. The room is super big, very spacious, sea view king room, unbeatable sea view, full of sea, superb! A young man at the hotel front desk can speak Chinese, which is rare in Nha Trang, and the process went smoothly. The breakfast is relatively average, the restaurant is wide and has many seats. The hotel does not have currency exchange, but there are many banks and ATM machines around. The surrounding facilities are complete, and there are many supermarkets and restaurants of all sizes, with everything you need. The first-line sea view hotel in Nha Trang City, you have to cross the road to go to the beach, which is very convenient in a few minutes. In short, I have stayed in several hotels in Nha Trang, and this one is very cost-effective. If I come to Nha Trang again, I will choose this hotel.
