This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way and made the whole trip incredibly smooth and enjoyable. Even before check-in, the staff proactively contacted me, provided detailed transportation guidance, and made sure I knew exactly how to get there. The location is outstanding — literally right next to the subway station. Once you exit the station, the hotel is just there. It’s also in the heart of the city, making it extremely convenient to reach all major attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. Another thing I really appreciated was their flexibility with check-in. If the previous guest checked out early, the staff would quickly prepare and clean the room so guests could check in earlier than the official check-in time, which was incredibly helpful. The hotel also offers luggage storage and even provides a microwave for guests to use. Inside the room, there was basically everything you could need. The refrigerator was surprisingly large, the room itself was spacious, exceptionally clean, and beautifully designed. Considering the price, the value for money is outstanding. What impressed me the most was the service. The staff kindly helped me reserve a Michelin one-star restaurant in Chengdu, which normally requires a Chinese phone number and is known to be quite difficult to book. Thanks to their help, I was able to enjoy an amazing dining experience without any hassle. Their support truly made my trip much more convenient and memorable. There are only two minor downsides: The hotel is located inside a building with a lot of people coming and going, and there are only a few elevators serving many floors. If you stay on a higher floor, you may need to wait quite a while for the elevator and sometimes it gets crowded. The shower area is a bit small. However, compared with all the advantages, these are very minor issues. Overall, this hotel is absolutely worth the price and I highly recommend staying here. Honestly, part of me doesn’t even want to recommend it because I’m afraid too many people will discover this hidden gem!

I had an amazing stay at ISEYA Panoramic Hotel in Chongqing. The hotel is absolutely stunning, and the room was spotless, modern, and offered breathtaking views of the city skyline. Dedicated hotel staff 露露 and 月亮 were incredibly friendly, attentive, and provided impeccable service throughout my stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chongqing and would happily stay here again.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property.  Everyone was so nice and kind.  The service was top- notch.  The amenities were plenty and easy accessible.   A few extras that made everything worth it were the full- sized refrigerator, with freezer, the washing machine (for which they provided soap as well), dish washer, stove top, towel drier ( in the washroom) and full sized closet.  The view was so beautiful and calming as well.   Everything about this room was just so nice and exactly what I needed.     I didn’t realize how perfect the location was in relation to almost everything that I wanted to see.   When I figured that out, I just got up every day and walked to everything that I needed or wanted to see.   It was extremely close to a lot of restaurants, malls, local shops and smaller attractions.  I was less than a 10 -15 minute walk to Raffles City Shopping Center where there is a 5 story mall, Movie theatre, roof top attraction with the swing,  SKY WALK and also the river front park with amazing views.  Same distance for Hongyadong, the viewing platform, the Qiansemen Bridge- if you wanted to walk across the bridge at night- I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!  There is so much to see and experience between the hotel and these attractions.  Your days will be filled with fun and adventure.    If ever I have the opportunity to come back to the city, I will very excited to repeat this experience.  

❤️ I've always seen cave hotels online, and today I finally got to experience one! The moment I opened the room door, it felt like I was transported to Turkey. The room has a unique style – the cave-themed decor made sleeping a truly special experience! 🕌 Every area of the room is distinctive. The earthy yellow walls really make you feel like you're in a real cave. The lighting is beautiful and very stylish. The LED strip under the bed creates a floating bed effect! 🛁 And there's even a huge bathtub where you can soak while enjoying the view from the 22nd floor, with a panoramic view of the Luohan Temple complex. 📌 The hotel offers a 24-hour gym, laundry room, and self-service tea bar. Plus, they even provide free luggage delivery to the airport! (A great perk for those catching a flight, just remember to arrange it 4 hours in advance). 📍 The hotel is conveniently located right by Exit 2 of Xiaoshizi Metro Station (Line 1), next to Luohan Temple, on the 21st floor. Very easy to find!

Traveling alone in Chongqing, I stumbled upon this hidden gem – an internet-famous hotel with stunning river views. The experience was absolutely incredible, a definite five-star rating! The hotel truly boasts a prime, first-row river view. The panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows look directly out onto the Yangtze River and Dongshuimen Bridge. The room itself is spacious and airy, with a very tasteful design throughout. What truly impressed me was the cleanliness; every corner of the room was spotless, making me feel completely at ease during my stay. My favorite feature was the private hot spring tub. Soaking in the warm water, I could look up and see the entire city's nightscape. As dusk settled and the buildings on both banks and the bridge lights began to glow, the river shimmered with fragmented neon reflections. There's no need to brave the crowds at Hongyadong or Raffles City; you can privately enjoy the entire mountain city's night views right from your room. It's an excellent photo op, and every shot turns out beautifully. The hotel also has a sunken circular seating area with a fantastic ambiance, complemented by a mirrored ceiling. You can easily take atmospheric selfies, perfect for those who are camera-shy, as you don't need to get too close to the lens. The butler service was also very attentive, and they were always available to assist with any requests.

My stay at Ascott Raffles City Chongqing was fantastic. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Raffles City commercial center, with endless shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Getting around was incredibly convenient. The room itself was exceptionally spacious and bright, offering breathtaking panoramic views of Chongqing from every window. It was fully equipped with amenities like a kitchen and laundry facilities, making for a very comfortable stay – perfect for families or business travelers. A special shout-out to the hotel staff for their warm and attentive service; they were always quick to assist with everything from check-in to daily needs, which was incredibly comforting. Both the facilities and service quality were truly impressive. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Chongqing.

This hotel is right in the heart of Jiefangbei, making it super convenient for sightseeing and shopping. The night view was just so-so though, probably because it wasn't a holiday or weekend. The room was massive and the service was excellent. They even helped with laundry and drying, and gave us hotpot seasoning as a parting gift when we checked out. The best part was definitely the big screen for watching the World Cup – that was a huge plus! The complimentary afternoon tea was a bit meh, honestly, nothing special there. One thing unrelated to the hotel, though, was the hassle with food delivery. The hotel is on the 40-something floor of Xinhua International, and you don't even need a card to use the elevator, so delivery drivers can come straight up. But for some reason, they split the delivery into two parts. My order was already half an hour late by the time it reached the transfer point, and then it took the relay rider over half an hour to cover a mere 50 meters, even with me calling every ten minutes. My food ended up being over an hour late! The woman who answered the phone for the relay rider dispatch was just unbelievable; she actually said, ”If you can't wait, how about I just cancel your order?” I was speechless. So, if you're staying here, try to avoid ordering takeout. Bayi Food Street is just a short walk downstairs, but we were just too tired and it was raining that day, so we didn't want to go out.
