This was my first trip to Harbin, and I booked a riverside hotel near the Songhua River on Ctrip. My stay at the Harbin Habsburg River View Hotel (St. Sophia Church branch) was overwhelmingly positive, especially regarding the service and breakfast. From the greeters and front desk staff to the restaurant team, everyone was consistently described as 'warm, attentive, and caring,' making it feel just like home. They even offered complimentary access to the executive lounge, which truly showed how thoughtful and considerate the hotel is. The breakfast was incredibly rich and featured local specialties. What really stood out was the long serving time, from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM, allowing us to sleep in and enjoy it as a brunch – a luxury usually only found in international resort hotels. The variety was impressive, including Northeastern dishes like 'kill-pig' stew, chicken stew with mushrooms, 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork), iron pot stew, frozen pears, and Kvas, along with Lanzhou beef noodles, wontons, tofu pudding, and big bone stews. The hotel's location is also excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk (500 meters) to Central Street, the Flood Control Monument, and the Chinese Eastern Railway Bridge. St. Sophia Church and Daoli Market are within a 2-kilometer walk. Directly across from the hotel is the entrance to the Songhua River Cableway. We stayed on the 11th floor in a high-level river view room, offering distant views of the river and Swan Castle. The night view was truly beautiful. The room was well-equipped with a humidifier (essential in dry Northeast China), heated eye masks, sleep earplugs, a foot bath, bath salts, and charging cables. They also provided a complimentary fruit platter and snacks daily, and the bottled water was from Quanyangquan. This hotel is a 'service-driven' choice offering excellent value for money. With its thoughtful service, abundant breakfast, and convenient location, the Habsburg is definitely worth choosing. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Harbin and would even recommend it to friends.

The room was quite clean. Although the facilities are a bit old, the overall cleanliness is very good. It's located right inside Xicheng Hongchang, making dining and entertainment super convenient. Wanda Plaza is directly across the street, and it's also very close to the West Railway Station. Plus, there's a night market nearby. The hotel staff also had a great service attitude.

Excellent! Great location, right on Central Street. The service was fantastic, and the hotel environment and design are beautiful. We arrived early, and they let us check in ahead of time. They offer afternoon tea and breakfast, both of which were great. They even gave us a souvenir when we left! If I get the chance to visit Harbin again, I'll definitely stay here! ✌

Service was prompt whenever called upon, and the parking attendant outside proactively helped with luggage, all with a friendly demeanor. The hotel's afternoon tea was exquisite, and the ambiance was cozy (as pictured). The location is superb, making it very convenient to get around by taxi, subway, or even walk to Central Street. Overall, the hotel genuinely felt like a home away from home. I'll definitely be back.

Their attitude was gentle and sincere, completely devoid of any commercialized pretense. Throughout our stay, every service detail made us feel incredibly welcome. Housekeeping was prompt; whether we needed extra amenities or just had a simple question, staff responded and took care of it immediately. The cleaning staff were thorough and responsible, changing linens promptly and maintaining excellent hygiene. They were patient and accommodating with any requests, making our stay both secure and comfortable. The hotel's thoughtful, guest-centric services were a huge bonus. With our heavy luggage, staff readily offered to help carry it. After check-out, we could store our bags for free, which was perfect for continuing our exploration. The lobby also provided complimentary water and snacks, a welcome respite when we needed a break. There was no aggressive upselling at any point; the service was discreet yet attentive, never intrusive, but always there when needed. From the front desk and housekeeping to the support staff, everyone demonstrated high professionalism, handling tasks expertly and interacting genuinely, always prioritizing guests' needs. The rooms were clean and tidy, the environment quiet and comfortable, and combined with the perfect warm service, the value for money far exceeded expectations. For anyone visiting Harbin, choosing Qiuguo on Central Street is an excellent decision. Its prime location, comfortable environment, and meticulous, considerate service make for an exceptionally pleasant journey. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Harbin and sincerely recommend it to all my friends coming to the city!

Bringing my little one to Harbin for a family trip, I decisively chose the Polar Bear Hotel within Polarland, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations! It's an absolute treasure for kids, hands down! 🐻❄️ The hotel is located inside Polarland, right next to Sun Island subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation incredibly convenient. You can directly access the Polar Pavilion from the hotel, so whenever the kids get tired, we could just head back to the room to rest without lugging them and our bags around – it's so family-friendly! It’s also very close to the Ice and Snow World and Central Street, just a few subway stops away, making getting around super easy. We booked the Polar Bear Family Room, which features huge panoramic windows. We could lie in bed and watch the polar bears swim, pace, and play with balls – it was a truly immersive experience! My little one would wake up in the morning and immediately press their face against the glass to watch, and at night, they'd fall asleep with the polar bears as their 'companions,' they were so excited. The hotel truly understands the needs of families with children! The room had exclusive bunk beds for kids, equipped with a full set of children's amenities: cartoon slippers, a mini toilet seat, kids' bathrobes, and toiletries. They even provided drawing supplies – the attention to detail was incredible. The public areas also featured a polar bear-themed playground and a picture book corner. Even the elevators had polar bear animations, making waiting for the elevator a fun experience. Every day, there were rich family activities: polar bear science classes, arts and crafts, and night tours of the Polar Pavilion. The kids could do crafts themselves, learn about animals, and have an amazing time, completely freeing up the parents! The restaurant boasts a panoramic glass design, so we could enjoy breakfast while watching the polar bears play below our feet – a truly unique experience. The breakfast spread was extensive, with soft bread, wontons, and cartoon-shaped buns suitable for children. The food tasted great, and my little one ate so happily. All the staff were incredibly gentle and kind. Check-in was efficient and quick, and they proactively explained the family activities and polar bear viewing times. They thoughtfully provided a baby cot and bed rail for families with children, and even gave us a polar bear plushie and a science picture book, which made my child so happy they couldn't put them down. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the heating was super strong, making it feel like spring even in winter – a truly comfortable stay. The Harbin Polarland Polar Bear Hotel perfectly combines a family-friendly experience with a polar theme. Its convenient location, thoughtful facilities, warm service, and unique immersive polar bear viewing experience make it a must-stay hotel for families visiting Harbin! The kids had a fantastic time, and the adults were relaxed and at ease. It was definitely an unforgettable family trip, highly recommended!

My stay this time far exceeded expectations; it definitely deserves a full five-star rating. The complimentary in-room water supply was continuously replenished, which was a thoughtful touch – plenty of water every day when I returned to the room, showing attention to detail and quality. The smart devices in the room were incredibly easy to use, with one-touch controls for lighting and curtains, making it feel very high-tech yet completely intuitive. What was most impressive was the front desk service: gentle and patient. From check-in to answering questions about local attractions, they always had a smile and responded softly and politely to every request, making me feel so welcome. With excellent hardware and outstanding service, I will definitely choose this place again next time I'm in the city.

We chose Mousse Sleep Hotel for our honeymoon and to attend a Wu Bai concert. A butler reached out to us on WeChat many days in advance to coordinate. We arrived at the hotel close to midnight on the first day, and they upgraded us to an even better room! I was absolutely stunned when I opened the door. I had only mentioned 'honeymoon' in the comments section on Trip.com, and they actually decorated the room for us. It was incredibly thoughtful and much more elaborate than the decor in the five-star hotels we stayed at previously! The essential oil patch from the complimentary sleep kit was excellent, and the essential oil scent from the diffuser in the room was also very pleasant. Whether it was because of these or not, we genuinely had an amazing night's sleep. Not only that, but you can also try out Mousse pillows in the lobby and have them delivered to your room to try for a few nights. They truly excel at promoting healthy sleep! The hotel breakfast was fantastic, very delicious, and served in a clean and tidy environment. With the World Cup happening recently, the hotel also had plenty of themed decorations. The hotel even covered our transportation costs to and from the concert, which was a huge plus! When we checked out, they gave us beautiful refrigerator magnets as a gift. This is a truly wonderful hotel, and our stay was perfect. Highly, highly recommended!

This downtown hotel offers incredible value for money! It's fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a complete set of complimentary toiletries. The air conditioning is powerful, and the soft lighting creates a lovely ambiance. It's super close to Central Street, and both Saint Sophia Cathedral and the Flood Control Monument are within walking distance. The service is attentive, warm, and friendly. Plus, the free freshly ground coffee is delicious!

The room was absolutely amazing! They even upgraded me when they could, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was fantastic, and it was perfect for taking tons of photos. The in-room snacks and tea selection were very thoughtful. For the price, you really can't beat this setup! The service was also incredibly attentive. The only minor thing was that once the room quieted down at night, there was a bit of noise from the pipes, which was a little bothersome. But the front desk quickly brought up some earplugs, and that made a huge difference! The breakfast selection was also very rich and varied! Thumbs up! I'll definitely be back next time!
