This hotel is super convenient, really close to the subway station and the West Kowloon High-Speed Rail Station – you can even get there directly by subway. Plus, there's a 7-Eleven and McDonald's nearby for all your shopping needs. The only downsides are that the rooms are a bit small and can feel a little damp, but otherwise, it's pretty good. They have an open-air dining area on the second floor with free coffee and bread, and there's a water dispenser on every floor, which is a nice touch!

Arrived on the red eye flight past midnight, to find to my dismay that the hotel had 4 to 5 steps from the pavement where i alighted, to the hotel lobby. Not the best start, I thought. Then the staff who attended to me was also not the most chatty and i was kind of regretting booking the hotel. But all that negativity was dispelled when arrived on the 23rd floor of my room, and was greeted by the spectacular sight of the renowned fragrant harbour in my very spacious room, by HK standards. There was a Nescafe coffee maker, which was kindly topped up daily by the friendly cleaning staff, even though i told them i didnt need room service for my short 2-night stay. Bed was firm and comfy, bathtub was clean and not too deep so no fear of accidental drowning. But the highlight for me, besides the view of the harbour, was the delicious breakfast buffet spread, which had a lot of dim sum components, on top of the usual continental breakfast spread. Kudos to the chefs and staff at the cafe serving the hungry morning crowd! Conveniently located along a street full of fab eateries, but not the nearest to Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station (about 7mins walk away).

The hotel's main advantages are its prime location and excellent food options. It's conveniently located on the second floor of the mall, right above the Hung Hom MTR station exit. You can easily walk to Tsim Sha Tsui Science Museum and K11 via a connected walkway. The mall itself has popular eateries like Men Wah, a supermarket, and TamJai SamGor Mixian, plus a McDonald's right outside. The staff were also very welcoming and friendly; there was no hint of prejudice against mainland Chinese tourists. The only minor downsides were the rather small room and a few steps leading from the mall to the hotel, which made it a bit inconvenient with a stroller.

Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that the hotel's upper floors were undergoing renovations, and to let them know if we encountered any issues. Our 4-day stay was pretty good. We were on the 15th floor, and when we left around 10 AM, we barely heard any noise from the room. The room itself was decent, spacious enough to fully open two 28-inch suitcases. The hotel's location is also very convenient; you can get here from the airport by taking bus A21/A22 or the MTR. It's about a 10-minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR station to the hotel. Downstairs, there are plenty of dining options like Lin Heung Tea House, Yung Kee Roast Goose, Chung So Dessert, Wa So Cafe, an egg tart shop, and Haidilao. For shopping, there's Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Don Quijote, 7-11, and Wellcome Supermarket. The street right outside the hotel is Kimberley Road, and our driver told us this area is Hong Kong's 'Korean Street,' so you'll find lots of Korean restaurants around! It's truly rare to find a hotel with such great value for money in Hong Kong. The hotel is located near To Kwa Wan MTR station, making both bus and subway travel convenient. The room was arguably one of the largest I've stayed in in Hong Kong, offering ample space to move around. Although the furniture is a bit dated, it's thankfully clean and tidy. The hotel is well-managed and offers a shuttle service to Tsim Sha Tsui and West Kowloon Station, which is a definite bonus. I highly recommend this 5-star hotel, especially during peak holiday seasons.

Thank you very much for your sensitive attitude towards all my requests: changing a room to a higher floor, charging a power bank, checking out later, for the 24-hour service, tea and coffee etc. Everything is clean! Great location: 7/11 on the ground floor, tons of fresh, high-quality fruits and vegetables around the corner, 5 minutes to the waterfront and park, a pleasant 30-minute walk to Time Square, 3 minutes to the metro, tram, and buses, including the bus to the airport!!! Отличное месторасположение: на первом этаже 7/11, за углом куча свежих веусных фруктов и овощей, 5 минут до набережной, парка, 30 минут прогулки с удовольствием до Time Square, 3 МИНУТЫ ДО МЕТРО, ТРАМВАЯ И АВТОБУСОВ, в том числе в АЭРОПОРТ!!! Это экономит время и деньги! Надеюсь, что вернусь! С детьми желательно :)

There are many popular local eateries around the hotel, and getting around is super convenient. The price is mid-range for Hong Kong hotels, but its prime location really makes up for it. The hotel facilities and cleanliness are great, and the front desk staff are very welcoming. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Sai Ying Pun MTR station, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, making it easy for dining and shopping. However, many eateries only accept cash. I booked a high-floor, sea-view king room, and the view was exactly as pictured. The only minor drawback is that the room's soundproofing isn't great; I could clearly hear conversations in the hallway. Overall, it's fine for a solo traveler, but it might feel a bit cramped for two people.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the vaccination center, and it turned out to be unexpectedly good. It's clean and fresh, and the service is excellent. The views from the 40th floor are clear and expansive. The executive lounge on the 36th floor offers breakfast from 7-10 AM, afternoon tea from 3-5 PM, and a rich selection of evening snacks from 6-8 PM, all complimentary. It's also very convenient for metro travel and taxis. Excellent value for money!

The hotel's location is excellent, close to the West Kowloon Station high-speed rail station. It's a great choice if you need to catch an early high-speed train. **Transportation:** It's about a 10-minute walk from Kowloon Bay MTR station. **Surroundings:** It's very quiet as there's nothing much around, but if you arrive late and want something to eat or drink, your options are limited. There are instant noodles and drinks available on the first floor. You can also pick up drinks or late-night snacks directly from outside to bring back. When coming back from the MTR station, there are many options to buy things, including a pretty big supermarket. There was a great discount on red wine. If you like red wine and want to bring some bottles back, it's worth checking out. Overall, the hotel is really good. The only unpleasant thing was a strong musty smell in the hallway right off the elevator... it immediately put me off. Once in the room, I noticed an air purifier was running, and the musty smell wasn't strong, but it felt a bit damp. Turning on the air conditioning helped a lot. My stay was pretty good, and it offered great value for money. Satisfied! 👍
