"Fantastic overall experience! The room was clean and tidy, and well-equipped. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, and check-in and check-out were both very quick. The surrounding area has convenient transportation and is close to attractions. We had a very comfortable stay and would definitely recommend it to friends for future visits!"

"Traveling with family, we booked a suite and it was incredibly spacious, with two bathrooms which was very convenient. There was also a separate living area. Although it's an older five-star hotel (some prefer modern design, but I lean towards classic styles), the facilities are still very well-maintained and up-to-date. The service was exceptional, from the doorman at the entrance, to the front desk during check-in, and even at the restaurant – everyone provided warm and enthusiastic service. Because the Executive Lounge was undergoing renovations, the hotel generously upgraded the Executive benefits to a buffet dinner, which was a very classy move. The restaurant service was excellent, and the variety of food was impressive. A special thank you to Assistant Director Song from the F&B department for their warm and thoughtful service. Also, a shout-out to the chef who makes the shumai for breakfast – it was delicious! And the Inner Mongolian milk tea was fantastic!"

It was a stay with very clear pros and cons. First, let's talk about the room's strengths, which was the most satisfying part of this stay. The room was incredibly spacious, with no cramped or stuffy feeling. Whether traveling alone or with companions, there was more than enough room to move around. The overall cleanliness of the room was excellent; the floors, tables, bedding, and bathroom areas were all spotless, with no stains, dust, or strange odors. Attention to detail was evident. The indoor lighting and ventilation were great; the windows were clear, providing ample natural light during the day, making the room bright and airy with good air circulation, preventing any stuffiness. Additionally, the mattress and pillows were just right – not too soft, not too firm – and the furniture arrangement was practical. The overall living comfort was good, perfectly meeting the needs for daily rest or a temporary stay. The hardware conditions are quite outstanding for accommodations in this price range. Upon arrival, I found that there were a lot of guests checking in, and the front desk had a long, dense queue. We waited in the lobby for a very long time, which was a significant drain on time and energy, especially waiting with luggage. This greatly diminished the experience. During peak hours, with many guests, it's easy for people to pile up in queues and experience congested waiting times, which is very unfriendly to travelers who are on a tight schedule and want to check in quickly to rest. In summary, the hotel's room hardware, hygiene, and living comfort are commendable, making for a very good living experience. However, the excessively long wait during peak check-in times dragged down the overall check-in experience."

"Fantastic stay, five stars all around! 👍 The hotel's location is super convenient, making it easy to get around. My room was spotless and fresh, with no odd smells, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable. The soundproofing was excellent; I slept like a baby until morning. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, check-in was a breeze, and housekeeping was very prompt. All the facilities were in great working order. Definitely great value for money, and I'll absolutely choose this hotel again on my next visit. Highly recommend it to everyone!"

"The complimentary Russian-style afternoon tea buffet was absolutely fantastic! The Russian tiramisu was super delicious, and the timing was very convenient, from 10:30 AM to 10:00 PM. The complimentary fruit was also of excellent quality, not just a formality. Needless to say, the environment is great, right on the China-Soviet Golden Street, making it very convenient for getting around and dining. After afternoon tea, I completely forgot to check out and accidentally took the room card with me. When I called the hotel to discuss a solution, they told me to just keep it as a souvenir! Wow, I'm incredibly grateful!"

"I booked two rooms: a 1.8m king-size bed for my parents and a 2m king-size bed for me and my child. We stayed for 4 consecutive nights during the summer holiday. The location is very convenient, about a 20-minute drive from the airport and close to attractions like the Inner Mongolia Museum, making it perfect for families traveling by car. The hotel breakfast was a pleasant surprise – a rich variety and delicious. The rooms were also great, featuring very comfortable firm mattresses."

It's very close to the pedestrian street, and there are many good restaurants nearby. Note that most restaurants here open after 4:30 PM. Enjoy your stay and delicious food!"

There's also a complimentary afternoon tea and a bowl of noodles served in the evening. Surroundings: The hotel backs onto a pond and is a three-story building. Next to it is a Qing Shui Wan+ bathhouse. In front, there's the famous Baotou Shaomai street. Nearby, there's a farmers market, making it convenient for dining and buying fruit. It's not far from attractions like Saihan Tala and Baomian, as well as Hualian, Wanda, and the Fuchang Middle Road food street. Breakfast: The variety wasn't extensive, but it was decent, offering local specialty shaomai. Summary: This is a business hotel with a high-value for money. The environment and service are better than typical budget chain hotels. It would be even better if small issues like the hairdryer could be improved."

"Specifically brought the kids here for Children's Day. The guesthouse environment is great, with a starry sky yurt and convenient parking. They even prepared snacks and drinks in the room. The surrounding area is beautiful and very close to the volcano attractions. The hotel also provided discount vouchers for hot spring tickets. Dining is convenient, and breakfast is excellent, with kids' meals available. On weekend evenings, they even arranged a bonfire and fireworks."
