I chose the Marriott this time and had a fantastic experience. Everything from the cleanliness, concierge service, front desk, to the dining was incredibly professional. The only hiccup was with the executive benefit of a 4 PM late checkout; the front desk called to rush me out by 2:30 PM, which wasn't a great experience. It suggests there might be some issues with handovers between shifts at the front desk. Overall, it's up to Marriott's usual high standards. As both a Marriott Bonvoy and Trip.com Diamond member, I highly recommend this hotel. (It's a million times better than the Marriotts I've stayed at in the US, ranking top-tier in both service and facilities!)

I stayed here last National Day holiday and was really impressed with the environment, transportation, and cleanliness, so I booked early for this Chinese New Year! This time, the front desk arranged a room on the 37th floor, offering even better views. The room layout was also great. With the weather warming up recently, the hotel activated the fresh air system, keeping the room from getting too hot. The club benefits were, as always, fantastic. In the afternoon, I enjoyed coffee, coke, and pastries, which were chef-level delicious! The evening happy hour, starting at 6 PM, had a great variety of snacks and dishes. My grandma even enjoyed some wine, truly enhancing the festive atmosphere! The reserved buffet dinner offered a dazzling array of choices, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. The hotel's location is superb, making it easy to get to all the attractions, and it's just a 2-3 minute walk to Metro Line 8! This stay left an even deeper impression on us, and we're already looking forward to visiting Jinji Lake again!

Had a fantastic stay! The hotel facilities are quite new, and the location is excellent (right by the subway station and IFC). It's also directly across from Hualicai Plaza, which was super convenient for the Beer Festival I was attending. The concierge team reached out on WeChat beforehand to coordinate needs and even upgraded my room. Both check-in and check-out services were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was great; the hot dishes changed over the two days, so it never felt repetitive. The mini-bar drinks in the room were also generously restocked. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I'd definitely come back given the chance!

Let me start with the room. We had an unexpected situation that evening and ended up staying in Suzhou. It was quite late when we checked in. We originally booked a Deluxe Lake View King Room, and I'm very grateful to White for upgrading us to an Ambassador Suite, on the 26th floor no less. Throughout our stay, they checked in on our comfort and satisfaction, and promptly addressed and resolved any requests we had. The experience was truly excellent. The hotel's overall decor maintains the familiar Hyatt style. The bathroom in the suite was incredibly spacious. Unfortunately, we checked in late and didn't have time to use the bathtub, but I'd definitely like to try it next time. The separate work area was also very large. As a 'workhorse' (referring to myself lightheartedly), I was rushing to finish a PowerPoint in the morning, and looking out at Jinji Lake behind me when I needed a break was a really nice touch 😂. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was good too. We didn't have time to visit the Executive Lounge this time, but it's something I'd like to experience on a future stay. The entire hotel's layout also has a significant highlight: the central atrium with its large, hollowed-out design and a grand skylight, which makes for fantastic photos!

I highly recommend the AC Hotel Suzhou Guanqian Street! Ms. Nana's service was incredibly warm and helpful. She proactively assisted us with our luggage during check-in and thoughtfully explained the local attractions. Her service was enthusiastic and efficient throughout, making our experience truly exceptional! The location is fantastic, right on Guanqian Street, and the room was clean and comfortable. Next time I visit, I'll definitely look for Nana to help with my check-in!

This hotel stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the amenities were incredibly thoughtful – I especially appreciated the charging outlets right by the desk and the WiFi QR code. They really nailed the little details. The room itself was quiet and comfortable, making for a truly peaceful stay. It offered excellent value for money, and I'll definitely be choosing this place again on my next visit!
