"Staying at the Pullman Linyi Lusheng was a truly comfortable experience throughout my trip. The hotel's public areas are spacious and grand, meticulously clean, and the facilities are well-maintained. If I ever needed anything, the personal butler service was very prompt. The hotel's location is exceptional; in the evening, I could admire the beautiful night view of the Yi River right from my room. It's also within walking distance of Xin Langya, making it convenient for dining and sightseeing without any detours. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area."

"My trip to Mount Tai was full of surprises, starting right from check-in – a free room upgrade! The front desk lady smiled and said I was lucky, but I thought to myself: this isn't luck, it's this hotel warming my heart.
The free parking also won me over. Once I parked my car, I didn't move it again. I used the money I saved on parking to treat myself to some Taishan fried chicken, and it was absolutely delicious.
The room was so clean I actually wondered if the cleaning staff used a microscope. The bed was so comfortable that the moment I lay down, I felt like I was glued to it. I had planned to get up early to climb Mount Tai, but the bed 'kidnapped' me until noon – oh well, the mountain isn't going anywhere, comfort comes first.
The location is absolutely unbeatable. It’s so close to the high-speed rail station that I was there before I even knew it after getting off the train. It’s also near Taohua Valley, so I could avoid the crowds entering the mountain, and it was even within walking distance, saving time and effort.
In summary: This hotel is so good, I want to recommend it every time I stay there."

This hotel is located near many of Rizhao's attractions including Rizhao Science and Technology Museum, Ten Miles of Golden Sand and Rizhao Olympic Water Sports Park. After a long day of sightseeing, guests can retire to the comfort of the hotel. This Rizhao hotel offers parking on site. Our guests rate this hotel as one of the best hotels for cleanliness. This hotel is particularly popular with those traveling with families.
"The location is excellent, with a developed commercial area nearby and a high concentration of good food and entertainment.
Within a 10-minute walk, you can find beaches, yachts, sea fishing, and go-karts.
The balcony view is great, directly facing the Tidal Tower, which is beautiful both day and night.
A short walk takes you to the Rizhao Science and Technology Museum, which is very interesting and impressive.
The biggest drawback is the terrible food at the hotel. Breakfast is below average; if you want to make a sandwich, your only option is fried bacon, with no ham available. The dinner buffet was particularly bad. The roasted meat was tough from being heated for too long, and the oysters were completely dried out from steaming. The mini hot pot was also poor, with many of the shellfish being rotten. Eventually, the steam rising from the pot smelled so bad that we had to ask the waiter to remove it. The sashimi even included processed ingredients made from fish meat, fish roe, and crab roe (see picture 8). The only good things at the all-day dining restaurant were the various baked goods and Shandong pancakes.
The price of the dinner buffet is very cheap, but I hope the hotel cherishes its reputation. I'd be willing to pay a higher price for good quality ingredients; please don't tarnish the Marriott brand.
To be fair, this hotel's price, view, and surrounding amenities are all suitable, and I would choose it again next time, so I still gave it a good review. However, I will not dine at the hotel again, as the food is just too poor (except for the baked goods, which are truly delicious)."

The sea view from the room is unbeatable, and the location is prime, within a 15-minute walk to MIXC Mall or May Fourth Square. That's probably why the price is a bit high. The hotel is quite old, so the facilities are a bit dated. If you're not overly particular about modern amenities, it's still highly recommended."

"The executive benefits here are an absolute joke! I bought a hotel package voucher, and specifically called ahead before booking to ask if I could pay extra to upgrade to an executive floor and get a late checkout until 4 PM. I only booked after getting confirmation. I even switched to this InterContinental for the last day of my trip, partly because I had such a great experience at another InterContinental in a provincial capital, so I trusted the brand. However, when I went to the front desk today to confirm my checkout time before heading out, I said I wanted to check out at 3 PM, and they told me no, the latest was 2 PM. They even pulled out a little card to show me the phrase ”subject to availability.” They didn't mention any big events or a sudden surge in tourism these past two days; otherwise, how tight could room availability be on a Monday/Tuesday right after summer vacation? The executive lounge was also incredibly disappointing. With service like this, the hotel still has the audacity to chase after 5-star reviews after checkout. They took every penny they were due, but I never saw a butler, and my requests were directly rejected, with implications that my requests were unreasonable. It's like I'm just a fool who paid extra for a room on a higher floor. P.S. The 2 stars for service are for housekeeping; otherwise, I wouldn't even give one."

"Very satisfied with this transit hotel. You can contact customer service first to add their WeChat, then join the pickup group. The hotel arranges private car transfers to and from the airport/high-speed train station (waiting time no more than 10 minutes). Nearby, just across the traffic light and straight ahead, there's a restaurant called 'Liangliang Home Cooking' that serves delicious seafood hotpot! For breakfast, we went to another spot on the same street, and that was tasty too!"

"Pros:
The hotel view was decent, and the room was relatively quiet.
Cons:
The breakfast was terrible, absolutely not worth ¥128 per person. The breakfast hours are 6:30 AM - 10:00 AM, but whether you went at 9 AM or 7 AM, most of the food wasn't hot (even the fried eggs were cold). The restaurant staff lacked service awareness, both in the Japanese restaurant and the breakfast area. This might also be due to understaffing (the same few staff members were seen running around in the breakfast area every day, and because they were overwhelmed, they naturally became less attentive).
The hotel is right next to Wanda Plaza (with an underground passage leading directly to it), offering many dining options. I strongly recommend: booking a room without breakfast, without breakfast!!
The Japanese buffet on the 26th floor is also not recommended. It was arguably the worst all-you-can-eat experience I've had. At ¥298 per person, the food was mediocre. For the sashimi platter, apart from the slipper lobster, everything else (salmon, sweet shrimp, tuna, surf clam, etc.) was not good.
Recommended cooked dishes: beef tongue, beef, scallops, abalone.
Not recommended cooked dishes: Buddha Jumps Over the Wall, squid tempura, shishamo, garlic oysters (small and dry)."

"We came as a group of several families, and the rooms were absolutely fantastic! They are situated right across from the sea, and when the tide comes in, lying in bed feels like you're floating directly in the ocean. The two twin rooms are located upstairs, while the two double rooms are downstairs. The downstairs rooms feature sliding doors that open onto a terrace, providing direct access to the sea. They are also equipped with large windows, some of which function as doors, whereas the two upstairs rooms come with expansive windows. The next day, after the tide came in, we went sea foraging. The guesthouse thoughtfully provided buckets and tools, and we managed to find small snails and limpets, ending up with a bountiful harvest!"

"Our stay at Qingdao Haitian Hotel was a fantastic experience! The hotel's location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and getting around. Being so close to the beach was a huge plus, especially for taking our child to play in the sand.
What truly stood out was the service. Hotel Manager and Butler Golden were incredibly warm and thoughtful in their hospitality. They responded to our messages promptly and had such a humble attitude. Any requests we had were handled immediately, making us feel right at home. Fresh fruit was delivered to our room daily – the attention to detail was impeccable. Overall, our stay was wonderful. Anonymous UserThe hotel has a great ambiance; the lobby is simple yet elegant, and as soon as you walk in, you feel very comfortable. The room decor is simple and cozy, and the cleanliness is exceptional – the floors and surfaces are spotless. The bedding feels high-quality, and it's very relaxing to lie on. The soundproofing is excellent; I barely heard any outside noise at night and slept soundly until morning.
There was plenty of hot water, and the toiletries were well-stocked. The facilities are well-maintained. Della🍓 provided thoughtful service, handled the check-in process quickly, and was very friendly, patiently answering all our questions. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options nearby.
I'd also like to specially thank Della and the hotel for the thoughtful arrangements they made for my husband's birthday. The room decorations and cake were a wonderful surprise!

The indoor pool is spacious and well-lit, with depths ranging from 0.8 to 1.3 meters, which is great for families and those learning to swim. The beach is a mere 3-minute walk away. It's a public beach, not a private one, so swimming isn't recommended. However, it's fantastic for clam digging, playing in the sand, and wading in the water in the mornings and evenings. It offers a more private beach experience compared to the crowded public swimming beaches, making it an ideal compromise. There are also water sports facilities operated by third parties on the beach, offering additional options.
The hotel features a resident band performance in the evenings, which can be enjoyed directly from the outdoor terrace dining area. I recommend booking a room with a terrace so you can dine and drink while listening to the music. Alternatively, a sea-view room with a balcony also offers a good view. The hotel also has an outdoor mini zoo with cute animals like miniature horses, which is a fun attraction for both adults and children.
The breakfast is decent, meeting the standard for a five-star hotel. This room type offers excellent value for money, so remember to book in advance during peak season.
By the way, a little heads-up: Qingdao is under a fishing ban throughout July and August, so there's no such thing as ”freshly caught seafood” during this time. Most seafood is frozen or imported from other regions. Friends, be wary of false advertising from some seafood stalls.

The condition of the room was absolutely dreadful and dilapidated, with mould on walls and in the bathroom, multiple stains on the walls which looks like mud/blood/killed bugs, and the bathroom smelled really badly. We were given a room with blood stained duvet cover and bedsheets, which was promptly changed after we pointed it out. The only reason that I'm not leaving a one star review is because the receptionist was very kind and professional and he tried the best to sort out the bedsheet situation. We did not request a room change since even the corridors were messy and the courtyard was full of rubbish, so we assumed that the whole place would look like the room we were assigned, especially that we mentioned in our booking that we are on a honeymoon, so we expected to see some effort on hotel's side.
The positives: kind staff, beautiful architecture (but the place is not cleaned often enough), central location so you don't have to climb more stairs as opposed to other hotels, free water and toiletries in the room (although I refused to shower in that bathroom), a beautiful location for the morning sunrise watching and a polite tour guide. I didn't have high expectations since I was keeping in mind that it's a place that's difficult to access, and I rarely leave bad reviews for any accommodation, but I think that it's needed to point out to the property what needs improving so they don't go out of business. I have no idea how on earth they have a 4* ranking. Perhaps we were given a low standard room, however, we went for one of the cheapest options and I was still more expensive than staying in a 5* hotel in Shanghai (that's where we were before)

Johnny_wangThis stay was absolutely fantastic! The lobby is stylish, and the room was clean, bright, and well-laid out, with comfortable bedding that made for a great night's sleep. The staff were polite and efficient, responding instantly to any requests. The breakfast offered a complete spread of both Western and Chinese options with fresh ingredients, and all the facilities were top-notch. I felt right at home. Five-star recommendation! The location is superb, close to the subway and shopping areas, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The room cleanliness was meticulous, even in the corners, and the amenities were high quality. The service was genuinely warm and thoughtful, without being overbearing. The hardware, environment, dining, and service were all impeccable. This hotel is now my top choice!

Guest UserI got to experience sailing on a yacht... I was a bit worried I'd get seasick, but then I saw the beautiful ocean view right in front of me and forgot all my worries. The hotel stay was incredibly comfortable and spacious, and the kids had a blast. The hotel's location is fantastic; it's so convenient for going to the mall, eating out, and shopping. The hotel itself was clean, hygienic, and tidy.

The location is excellent, the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to travel. There are many parking spaces in the parking lot at the door. There is light music at the front desk, which is very nice. The room type is very good, the layout is reasonable, the bathroom is super large, clean and hygienic, and the mattress is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend Ni's Haitai! The location is superb, directly facing the sea, making it very convenient for walks and watching the sunset. The rooms are meticulously cleaned, ensuring a comfortable and reassuring stay. The service is attentive and polite, with prompt responses to any requests. The resort grounds are extensive with beautiful scenery and excellent facilities, making it ideal for a relaxing getaway. The views of Yuan Lake are fantastic, and you can even spot the high-speed train. My partner and I were very impressed with the Chinese restaurant's dishes. The 'Old Chef Cabbage' brought back childhood memories of home-cooked meals, and the 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) was quite authentic, though the batter was a bit thick. The sour radish and tripe dish was a great appetizer.
The only minor drawback was that during the May Day holiday, there were a lot of families with children. The hotel's soundproofing isn't great, and the kids upstairs were running and jumping until past 10 PM. Plus, there was a persistent metallic noise coming from the ceiling.

My trip to Qingdao was a bit rushed, but overall it was good. I chose the Sanfu Hotel, which is very close to Yan'erdao subway station. The Lvsi seafood nearby was absolutely delicious!

This hotel is perfect for family trips. We considered several options, but ultimately decided on the Ocean View. Upon arrival, a dedicated staff member escorted us to our room. We soon realized the hotel's layout is quite complex; it would have been difficult to find our room without assistance. After dropping off our luggage, we started signing our child up for various themed activities. From crafts to storytelling, and even making cream cookies, we tried everything. Our child had an amazing time! The basement floor is filled with all sorts of children's play facilities, and the outdoor pool kept our child thoroughly entertained.
