EELI1363We had a great stay at this cozy and friendly hotel. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and our room was nice and clean — they even left us some fruit as a welcome gesture. The breakfast was good, and there was also a coffee machine in the lobby, which was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

From the warm, welcoming smile as I walked in, to patiently explaining the hotel's facilities and the surrounding area, every detail made me feel so comfortable. What moved me even more was how Deslin noticed my travel fatigue and proactively helped me upgrade to a quieter, more comfortable room, even thoughtfully preparing welcome fruit and a heartfelt handwritten note. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, and throughout, Deslin maintained a gentle tone, answering all my questions, which instantly helped me shed all my travel weariness. GGuest UserI chose the Vienna International Hotel nearby when I went to pick up my child from Pudong Airport. The shuttle bus service to and from the airport was very convenient. I just called the driver, told him the exact pick-up and drop-off times and locations, and he even helped me with my luggage onto the bus. Upon entering the hotel, I felt right at home. The front desk staff greeted me warmly and checked me in quickly. There were also two kinds of hot tea and a coffee machine available nearby. I needed to print some documents, and it was great that the lobby had a computer and printer for guests to use. Both the hallways and the room were clean and tidy, with a very European decor. On the first floor, there's a washing machine and dryer, which was fantastic for getting laundry done quickly. I also tried a few Shanghainese dishes at a restaurant in the alley next to the hotel, and they were quite delicious. The hotel breakfast was very rich and plentiful. Overall, choosing this hotel was an excellent decision and a great experience.

WWei 2This was our second time staying at the Toy Story Hotel, and once again, it did not disappoint. As a couple, we find it perfectly suited for a fun and comfortable Disney getaway. Everything from check-in to room comfort was excellent. The hotel is clean, well-maintained, and full of charming Disney details that never feel childish—just cheerful and immersive. The staff was friendly and efficient, and the overall atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. The location is super convenient for visiting Shanghai Disneyland, with reliable and frequent shuttle services. Amenities are thoughtful and well-kept, and despite the hotel being family-focused, we never felt out of place as a couple. If you're looking for a hassle-free, clean, and genuinely pleasant stay near the park, this is it. Highly recommended, and we’ll gladly stay here a third time.

GGuest UserTook my baby to the hotel for the weekend, and it's perfect for traveling with little ones. It's right next to Sheshan, surrounded by great spots for kids. Our butler, Bob, contacted me beforehand and arranged everything perfectly. Since I had an infant, the room came with a crib and a playpen. The room was very spacious, which was great for my recently walking baby. Weekend breakfast buffet goes until 11 AM, and they even had baby food options. After breakfast, we went to play in the sand, and there was a spot nearby to rinse off our feet. The hotel's kids' club is also huge and kept my child entertained for ages. We also took the baby to the mini animal farm, which was really fun. The hotel's Chinese restaurant was excellent too. Our two-day, one-night trip was absolutely wonderful!

It's supposedly under the Hyatt brand, and indeed, major brands prove to be trustworthy. The room was spacious and roomy. When I checked in, I asked the front desk about nearby entertainment, and they recommended 'One Foot Garden' next door, which had a lovely, chic vibe. They have a 24-hour shuttle service; you just need to book it a day in advance, which is very convenient. Because I had meetings, the hotel even extended my check-out to 3 PM, which was very thoughtful.

GGuest UserThe location is fantastic, right next to major shopping areas and attractions, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing, shopping, and commuting. There's no need to worry about transportation at all. The overall quality is excellent, the environment is quiet and pleasant, and it was a very comfortable place to stay. This check-in experience gets full marks and is definitely worth recommending to everyone. From check-in to check-out, the entire experience was superb. The management is well-organized, and the attention to detail is impressive. Even for a longer stay, there was no discomfort whatsoever. Truly a great review.

Check-in at the front desk was quick, and we even got a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was fantastic. The late-night snacks were also delicious. The drinks and coffee in the lobby were great too, and available for free anytime. Overall, a wonderful experience!

BBickki loooopOverall recommended, as we had a very good experience during our 5 day honeymoon in Shanghai. Location of the hotel was very good, less than 5 minutes walk to the train station(s). The hotel and the room itself was very nice and clean. I usually have dust allergy if the hotel room is even slightly dusty but it was comfortable throughout my 5 days here. The hotel staff was also very very nice and accommodating (shoutout to the receptionist 周敏敏, she helped us changed rooms when we noticed that the room had a slightly smoky smell, as well as other requests). Service is a massive plus. The hotel breakfast has a wide variety as well, saving us a few days of thinking what to eat for breakfast.

BBiqibaodaidaiyuFinally got to visit Shanghai! I hadn't had the time before, but during the May Day holiday, I finally managed to take my family. It truly lives up to its 'Magic City' nickname, with incredible architectural design. Both the trip and our stay at this hotel were very satisfying. We arrived at the hotel on the morning shuttle, and as soon as we entered the lobby, someone helped us with our luggage and directed us to the counter. The service was excellent, and check-in was efficient. Our room was clean and elegant, easy to find, and had good soundproofing. After a short rest, we headed out, and getting around was very convenient. The hotel's extra service of helping us plan our itinerary and avoid tourist traps was a thoughtful touch. We took the subway to the city center, and as we exited, we were greeted by towering, majestic skyscrapers and, of course, the longed-for Oriental Pearl Tower – truly spectacular! Even though it was incredibly crowded everywhere during the May Day holiday, it didn't dampen our spirits. We spent the day in the city, visiting the Oriental Pearl Tower, Yu Garden, Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, the Bund, and the City God Temple. We enjoyed authentic Shanghai cuisine and admired the night view. Everything went smoothly. Back at the hotel that evening, we had a hot shower with stable hot water, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The smart electric curtains were a nice touch, saving us from having to get out of bed to close them. The front desk staff were warm and patient; they promptly resolved an issue with our door lock. Overall, it offers great value for money, with a cozy and comfortable environment and thoughtful details. It's suitable for both travel and short-term stays, earning full marks for the experience. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip.
