An excellent choice if you’re planning a trip to Rome. The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Roma Termini and about 5 minutes from Repubblica metro station. Trams and several bus lines run nearby, making it easy to get around. Both the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, as well as many of Rome’s other popular attractions, are about a 15-20 minute walk away. The hotel is quite large, and the room we chose was very spacious and spotless, with daily housekeeping. It included everything we needed: a hairdryer, shampoo, and various toiletries (such as a shower cap and slippers). The room also had a desk, a safe, a television, a comfortable armchair, and a fairly large wardrobe. There was also a minibar and a kettle, with complimentary coffee sachets provided daily. The staff were polite and helpful whenever we needed assistance. The hotel also offers free luggage storage, which is very convenient if you arrive before check-in time or if your flight departs late in the evening. Thank you for the wonderful stay. We were very pleased with the hotel and stayed there at both the beginning and end of our trip to Italy. We rented a car at the airport and parked it right in front of the hotel's door in a private courtyard. That was very convenient. I believe they charged us about 35 Euros each night for that perk. The hotel was luxurious, and the staff were very accommodating and pleasant. They had someone carry our bags to and from our room during check-in and check-out. Everything in the large room worked; it was clean, and there was a safe to store your valuables. As Americans, a few reminders or unexpected things to note. You'll need a power adapter (easily purchased on Amazon) and, unless you bring a voltage converter, make sure any appliances (CPAP, travel steamer/iron, etc) are compatible with both 110V and 220/230V. We didn't find washcloths in any of the hotels in Italy, so we just used hand towels in the shower. The shower at this hotel (both rooms) was a bath/shower combination. There was no shower curtain or door, only a small partition near the removable shower head to keep the water from splashing everywhere, which it basically did. While it is a beautiful historic building, there are a couple of elevators at this hotel, so you don't need to lug your stuff up a bunch of stairs. The room key is enormous and they only give you one. We kept ours in the car whenever we left the hotel so we wouldn't carry it around. Even though we had a car, we found it more convenient to leave it at the hotel and take an Uber to Vatican City rather than walk more than a mile each way, which we also did twice. The area surrounding the hotel was historic and lots of fun. Plenty of places to shop and eat. The breakfast buffet at the hotel each morning was also superb. Plenty of hot and cold items to fill you up before trekking out. That's about it. Don't forget to check out the view from the rooftop at the hotel. Have a great time in Rome!

Sanitation: The hotel absolutely stank of sewage, I don't know where it was coming from. I saw reviews mentioning it before booking but thought it might be a rare occurrence. Environment: The motorbikes downstairs were incredibly loud! It's right by the road, and because the hotel is next to a crossroads, it's extremely noisy. You could hear motorbikes roaring even in the middle of the night, making it impossible to sleep. The soundproofing is also terrible; you can clearly hear people talking when they walk past your door. If you're a light sleeper, be very careful about staying here! Sanitation: The cleanliness itself was quite good. Facilities: The environment is also great, aside from the flaws mentioned above, everything else is pretty good, especially the excellent location. It's only a 5-minute walk to the subway station. Service: The front desk staff were all very friendly, warm, and helpful.

嚴格意義上來説，這算一個airbnb，衹有10-18提供check in服務，否則就是通過一系列短訊密碼，逐一破解 地理位置很好，走出來就是直通西班牙廣場的主街，走去噴泉也可以，樓下有家樂福，坐公交車也很近。地鐵就有點遠，但地鐵相對人多小偷多 浴巾不是每天換的，大概兩天一次，打掃還挺乾淨，就是早上窗外有點吵

入住驚喜，酒店幫忙升級成套房，帶一個頂層小院子，還有按摩浴缸，小朋友喜歡得不得了，實在是太棒了。而且服務超級棒，無論是前台、早餐廳、roof bar的服務員還是酒店的服務員，都超級熱心，主動幫我解決問題。 酒店地段很好，離哪裡都很近。不過需要特別提醒，訂酒店接機千萬不要選攜程的包車——酒店在ZTL（Zona a Traffico Limitato，交通限制區），非出租車或所在區域的居民是無法駕駛進入的，很多時候需要走路十分鐘進入。但出租車或uber就沒有任何問題，可以開到酒店門口。 （想想司機幫我拖着四個箱子走10分鐘就有點瘋掉——幸好司機人好。但這不怪酒店，他們在官網上是有説明的，也有對應的建議。我認為主要是攜程負責歐洲單團定製的不專業造成的，她們負責按照一大一小4個行李來安排包車、行程，並將具體的酒店訊息反饋給她們，卻不提醒我如果酒店在ZTL區域會有怎樣的影響！）

This time, I stayed at a hotel that seems to be a popular choice among Chinese travelers, and my overall experience was pretty good. The only downside was the front desk staff's attitude – they were consistently cold and indifferent. There were no greetings when we came and went, and even when we initiated a hello, we only got dismissive responses. What was even more frustrating was the rather large staff member at the restaurant entrance who just stood there expressionless every time we passed by, which gave a very unwelcoming impression. However, the restaurant and housekeeping staff were all very warm and friendly, which definitely redeemed a lot of my impression of this stay.

I booked several hotel rooms online for my last trip to Europe, and this was the only one that didn't disappoint. It's conveniently located near Rome's center (approximately 20 miles away), especially if you rent a car and drive. Most importantly, it allowed me to experience the Tuscany lifestyle in a short period, fulfilling one of my expectations for this trip. The traditional room settings, excellent service, charming environment, and friendly people added to the overall delightful experience.

This was my second trip to Rome within a month, and again we chose to book this fantastic hotel, given our wonderful first experience. I must say, this time I was a little disappointed with the staff; while professional, they were less friendly than the first time. In the room, which was as clean and lovely as always, the drain for the Jacuzzi tub wasn't working. I pointed this out during check-out, but didn't even receive an 'I'm sorry' from the employee. In my opinion, the whole Jacuzzi system wasn't working!

The hotel is excellent! The air conditioning worked perfectly, parking was convenient, and the rooms were spacious. There's also a swimming pool for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast was pretty good too. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Rome.
