Ξενοδοχεία Romantic σε Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan

"I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel and couldn't wait to share my experience. I highly recommend it! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the thoughtfulness and care put into every detail. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. They even took the time to introduce the hotel facilities and recommend great local restaurants, which made me feel right at home. The room was clean, tidy, and elegantly decorated. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and I enjoyed a perfect night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were of excellent quality, every detail showed genuine care. The view from the window was lovely, and opening the curtains in the morning to let the sunlight in was truly refreshing. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, both Western and Chinese, all fresh and delicious. The public areas were quiet and comfortable, perfect for both relaxing and getting work done. The location was also very convenient, easy access to transportation, shopping, and dining What impressed me most was the service. Every staff member was warm, courteous, and always ready to help, making the experience truly feel like a home away from home. Whether for business or leisure, this hotel is an excellent choice. I will definitely be back, and I sincerely recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality stay. A well-deserved five-star review!"

"Traveling as a family of four, we booked this inn primarily for its private onsen, and the experience far exceeded our expectations. The inn boasts 8 private baths, so there's no need to rush or share – you can soak whenever you like, which is especially convenient for families traveling with seniors. We took turns trying out several different styles, both open-air and indoor. After soaking, our skin felt incredibly smooth. The sound of the stream in the valley and the birdsong was incredibly therapeutic. The stay included two meals, dinner and breakfast. The Bungo beef BBQ for dinner was substantial, and the elders thoroughly enjoyed it. The onsen egg and local miso soup for breakfast were also very authentic. It's about a 3-hour bus ride from Fukuoka; the mountain roads are winding but offer beautiful scenery. Our whole family unanimously rated it highly. This night at Kurokawa Onsen was the most relaxing part of our trip. It's perfect for families who want a quiet hot spring experience without being disturbed."

"The front desk service was excellent! They had a great selection of complimentary amenities. The free seaweed soup was delicious, and the room even had a refrigerator. Plus, it's only a three-minute walk to Sakuramachi Shopping Arcade."

"It is the best place for hot springs. Parking is also extremely convenient. I would love to visit again with my family in the future, and I am very grateful for the detailed explanations from the staff member who speaks excellent Korean. You can see the river from the room, and when you open the window, you can hear the gentle sound of the water flowing. The building is unique, and just walking along the surrounding trails is a relaxing way to detoxify. I highly recommend the outdoor hot springs when it is cold, and the large public bath is great as it offers a variety of temperatures. I booked for one night, but I didn't have enough time to explore all the facilities and the surrounding scenery. On my next visit, I would like to book for two nights to look around more leisurely."

"I think all the rooms should have a view of Kumamoto Castle. Most of all, the location is incredibly convenient. Kumamoto Castle, the main shopping arcades, and the airport limousine bus stop are all within walking distance. Being so close to the airport bus was especially a lifesaver for those of us traveling with heavy luggage. Kumamoto itself has a wonderful vibe—much more relaxed than Fukuoka, with a great sense of design."

"Having lived in Japan for over ten years, I have to commend this hotel. It far exceeded my expectations. 1. Right outside the door is the largest local bus terminal, making it incredibly convenient to get to the airport, Aso, Amakusa, and Fukuoka. 2. The price is half or even less than half of surrounding hotels. I originally had no expectations, thinking it would just be a cheap place to crash. 3. While the hallway decor looks a bit dated, it perfectly aligns with the MUJI団地 (housing complex) design philosophy. You even use a traditional key to open the door. 4. Although the room has an old-style Japanese business hotel decor, it's exceptionally clean and very spacious. The room design is well-thought-out, making it comfortable and secure to use. 5. Both check-in and check-out at the front desk were handled with meticulous care and polite, professional service. This is something even much more expensive hotels I've stayed at elsewhere often fail to deliver. 6. I stayed here for five consecutive nights and had a great experience. I would definitely choose this hotel again for future family trips."

"The room's cleanliness was neither great nor terrible 😄. The dinner was a buffet. The server gave my family three reservation times: 6:00, 6:30, and 7:00. We were told we had 1.5 hours to dine. We chose the 7:00 slot. The buffet food and alcoholic beverages were very different from what was advertised online. After 8:00, I started feeling like we were being rushed out 🥲. Wasn't it supposed to be an all-you-can-eat for 1.5 hours? We left at 8:15. Good thing we bought a bunch of food and drinks at lunchtime. The large public bath and hot spring facilities were decent. The breakfast buffet seemed much better than dinner. One experience was enough 😅."
