"A complete disaster. We stayed for four nights, and three of them were completely sleepless. The hotel is extremely (!!!) noisy. The walls seem to be made of cardboard—you can hear every conversation, TV, door, and noise from neighboring rooms. One night, at 2 a.m., we had to change rooms because the guests next door were so loud. Unfortunately, the new room wasn’t much better. Children were screaming in the hallways at 3 a.m., and nobody did anything!! There were also frequent power outages, the bathroom smelled like sewage, and the Wi-Fi was slow and unreliable. The rooms are modern, clean, and the air conditioning is pleasantly quiet. Breakfast is very basic and repetitive, with no fresh fruit. The location is convenient for walking into the city and using public transport, but the area feels run-down and dirty. I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking there at night. I would never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel. If you value a good night’s sleep, look elsewhere :D!"

"This was simply a wonderful stay at a luxurious hotel. It was incredibly comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the location was excellent and picturesque. The breakfasts were very hearty and varied. The hotel staff was very friendly. I definitely recommend it to everyone and will certainly come again! 😍🙏❤️🔥🤗"

"Amazing location, booked a deluxe sea view room and the view out the window is just fantastic. Very clean and big room. If you have a car they try to park it as close to the hotel as possible. Breakfast was great, would definitely stay again."

"The Hotel located right in front of a busy road with plenty of eateries and pubs within it, very easy to access to the train station which direct link to airport. Can clearly hear the music banging during weekend but the windows can filter around 90% of the sounds. Overall is a very good stay."

"Swissôtel Izmir boasts an elegant atmosphere with stunning sea views. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, featuring soft bedding and well-supported pillows that ensure a restful night’s sleep. The soundproofing is excellent, providing a მშვიდ and relaxing stay. The bathroom is clean and bright, with high-quality amenities. Staff are professional and friendly, and the check-in process is smooth. Breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. Conveniently located, it is an ideal choice for both leisure and business travelers."

"The location is quite good, making travel relatively convenient. The beach is right outside the door. Breakfast is on the top floor with a nice view. The front desk service for check-in and extensions was also good. The only downsides are that the room lighting is a bit dim and the mattress is a bit soft. There's a Chinese restaurant about 500-600 meters away, which was a lifesaver for my Chinese palate. Starbucks is downstairs, and there's a bus stop across the street, making taxis easy to catch too."

"An absolutely wonderful stay with breathtaking, endless views of the Aegean Sea. Unforgettable! The dinner buffet offered a fantastic variety of options. This is definitely a holiday paradise, and I hope to stay here again in the future."
