"This hotel is right next to Quancheng Square, and the scenic view room offers expansive views, allowing you to watch the musical fountain from your room at night. The room facilities are clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and all the complimentary welcome fruits were delicious, showing the hotel's thoughtful service. I didn't get a chance to use the gym or indoor pool due to time constraints, but I imagine they would be excellent too. I especially recommend staying here if you're doing business at Xiangheng Square; the two buildings are connected, so you can go back and forth without stepping outside, which is super convenient. It's also within walking distance of key attractions like Baotu Spring, Black Tiger Spring, Daming Lake, and Wulongtan, and it's easy to get to Kuanhouli and Furong Street for food and shopping. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Jinan."

The front desk staff were very warm and attentive, and the location was extremely convenient for getting to the Mount Tai hiking trails. Yantai, this coastal city, is gentle and relaxing, with refreshing sea breezes and beautiful scenery. The accommodation, the city, and the sea views were a triple surprise, offering excellent value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Yantai!"

"Traveling with kids, we chose the Benarui Ting Hotel First Bathing Beach. The hotel's location is excellent; it's just a one or two-hundred-meter walk to the First Bathing Beach, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel, offering direct routes to all the attractions. Since we were staying with children, sand-digging tools were delivered directly to our room. From check-in to check-out, a staff member named Xiao Meng left a deep impression on me. Her service was professional, her attitude kind, and she was able to accommodate my requests. I'd definitely give her a thumbs-up. The housekeeping staff also did a very professional and thorough job with cleaning. I'll definitely choose this hotel again when I visit Yantai in the future."

"Stayed at the Sheraton Rizhao with my family. The ocean-view room offered an amazing vista, and the pool was clean and comfortable. The service at the Executive Lounge, especially from Mila, was incredibly warm and attentive. She patiently answered our questions about dining hours and was very gentle and patient. The hotel environment is spotless, and it's super convenient for enjoying the sea. Highly recommend!"

"The guesthouse is perfectly situated at the foot of Mount Tai, just a short walk from the Hongmen Visitor Center. Our room was spotless and cozy, the small courtyard was wonderfully quiet, and the overall design was quite tasteful (I regret forgetting to take photos!). The owner is incredibly warm and cheerful, and even kindly offered pick-up and drop-off service near Hongmen. We had planned to climb the mountain the following day, but the weather forecast predicted rain, making us worried about our itinerary. To our relief, the owner checked a cloud map, confidently assured us it wouldn't rain, and even helped us plan the perfect route. True to their word, the next day was beautifully cool and refreshing, resulting in an absolutely fantastic experience. Thanks to contacting the owner in advance for some excellent packing advice, we were well-prepared and didn't have to carry any unnecessary luggage. Overall, a truly wonderful stay!"

The hotel boasts a prime location right on Golden Beach, with direct garden access to the sand, making beach strolls incredibly convenient. I booked a room with a scenic balcony, offering stunning views of the blue ocean during the day and spectacular sunsets in the evening – truly a picturesque and healing experience! The bedding in the room was soft and comfortable, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel's facilities are comprehensive, including a sea-view heated pool and a 24/7 gym. After a day of activities, we enjoyed the rich and varied breakfast. Plus, there are daily children's activities and a kids' playground, which kept the little ones thoroughly entertained! The staff member Koala provided detailed and thoughtful service, making check-in efficient. Overall, whether for relaxation or sightseeing, this hotel is absolutely perfect and comes highly recommended as the top choice for a family vacation in Yantai!"

"The hotel is visually stunning, tastefully decorated with authentic elements of local culture and great attention to detail in both style and functionality. The establishment shows a surprising amount of facilities that span from a quality swimming pool and gym to lounge bars, restaurants, a garden with orchard and stables, shops, event areas with proper separation that makes it lively yet never noisy or chaotic. It is rare to find a hotel that is suitable for both couples and families but Shangri-la did it perfectly. Cleanliness and customer service are as you would expect from a hotel of this category. Breakfast although pricey compared to other options in the area was mostly worth the dime and never excessively crowded. Special mention to the lounge bar that beats every local option on every level, surprisingly including prices. We went bar hopping after the lounge bar and we're shocked to find that local bars were charging twice or three times as much for much lower quality drinks and environment compared to ShangriLa."

Special thanks to Rebecca, the lady in red, who demonstrated professionalism and thoughtful warmth throughout. Due to a last-minute schedule change, I urgently inquired about a late check-out. Rebecca consistently maintained a gentle smile, patiently checked room availability, and efficiently coordinated the process. She handled everything with composure, never showing any sign of evasion or perfunctory service. She proactively informed me about the extended period and important considerations, all in a gentle yet professional tone, helping me seamlessly manage my itinerary and avoid many inconveniences. The hotel's 52nd-floor sky lobby is spacious and elegant, and the guest rooms feature meticulous details. The cloud-level views and high-quality amenities truly showcase luxury. However, it's Rebecca's warm service that makes the luxury go beyond mere appearances. This was an excellent stay, and I've already made it my top choice in Jinan. Highly recommended!"
