The hotel's location is excellent, right within the core Lujiazui scenic area. The Oriental Pearl TV Tower and the 'Lujiazui Three-piece Set' are all within easy reach, and subway access is also very convenient. The staff were all warm and patient. Vinnie, who checked me in at the front desk, was enthusiastic, professional, and efficient. My room was on a high floor with a great view. Although it's not a brand-new hotel, it's very well-maintained. All in all, it was a very pleasant stay. For anyone visiting Shanghai, staying here is really a great choice!

After comparing many hotels for my trip to Shanghai, I ultimately chose this one, and it proved to be an excellent decision! 👍 While the room facilities aren't brand new, the overall experience was still great, and it doesn't feel dated at all. The hotel's location is also superb, right near Exit 3 of Jing'an Temple Station, making it incredibly convenient to get to various attractions. The view from the room window was beautiful, and the kids were very comfortable and happy! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai! It offers fantastic value for money compared to other hotels!

The hotel service was absolutely wonderful! We had a lot of luggage and two kids with us, and they were incredibly thoughtful, helping us with everything. Deliveries and mail were also brought right to our room. The hotel lobby and restaurant are on the 7th floor; it's a compact space but has everything you need, with clean and elegant decor. The coffee machine available all day was a huge convenience. The two-bedroom suite was perfect for families with children – our two kids ate and slept so well. And the location? It's simply unbeatable. Highly, highly recommend!

Staying at a hotel like this near Pudong Airport was a pleasant surprise! First, the service: I called the front desk in advance to arrange a pickup. For Terminal 2, you wait at Gate 29 on the 3rd floor. The driver arrived punctually and was very friendly. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and they even gave a hairband to my child. Regarding hygiene, I specifically checked the bedsheets and toilet seat – both were spotless, no hair or water stains. The decor is industrial chic, with gray tones and green plants, making for great photo opportunities. In the evening, when the courtyard lights come on, it creates a wonderful ambiance. As for facilities, the room had a bathtub, a smart toilet, and a small tatami area for tea. The 35m² space was perfectly fine for us and the child, not cramped at all. All this for just over 200 yuan, including airport transfers, makes it excellent value for money. I'll definitely consider this hotel again next time I'm in Shanghai for a flight.

During check-in, the staff were not only smiling throughout, but also carefully inquired about our preferences and specifically arranged a quiet room on a high floor for us. As the second Kimpton in the magic capital, Fengxian has been looking forward to the high-end international hotel after several years. Nine trees Kimpton has its own characteristics. Through this stay experience, the advantages and disadvantages are as follows. Advantages: Good location, located in the core area of Fengxian, next to Jiukeshu Art Center, close to Jinhai Lake. Not far from Fengxian Tianjie by car. Compared with Fengxian JW Marriott, they each occupy the best location in Fengxian. The hotel occupies an area that is significantly larger than traditional hotels. It is like a small park with various green landscapes. The interior decoration is in Southeast Asian resort style, the front hall and other areas, and the decoration is quite distinctive. But the corridors in the room area are very ordinary, not even as the group's low-grade Indigo, and VOCO. The hotel is intelligent, the TV is clear, and the various hardware basically meets the grade. The room with a bathtub, the bathtub is quite big. Hotel air conditioning is very good. The breakfast quality is good, the baked bread is delicious, and there is rare cold coffee. The only obvious drawback is that the pineapple in the breakfast is difficult to eat. In terms of service, the overall affinity of the front desk is good. Now IHG's are very good. This is better than Hyatt and Hilton. Talk about the shortcomings: 1) Mini actually needs to be charged. For a newly opened hotel, in the case of such a volume in the general environment, there is an extra charge, which is completely incomprehensible. I don't know if it is stingy for cost reasons, or does the management not understand the market? In addition, the drinks provided by the charged Mini bar, which is Sprite Coke, do not highlight local characteristics and local culture at all. Very perfunctory. 2) The hair dryer is not Dyson's. I knew that the newly opened Indigo has all standard Dyson. The higher positioning Kimpton is not Dyson, it should not be. 3) If the spare parts are, the texture of the toothbrush and the toothpaste selection can be said to be inconsistent with the hotel grade. But the quality of the men's razor is quite good. 4) Although the hotel area is large, many outdoor spaces do not organize interesting bodies. The project inspection is a bit wasteful. In addition to the accommodation, there are limited items to play, and there is no special bar and resident singing. 5) For the smell, what surprised me was that the smell in the room was almost handled. But the public area, especially the corridor, and the big banquet hall. The smell is still very big. 6) There is no special gift for the first guests who opened. Since the minibar is not free, do you have to do better in other aspects? Overall, this Kimpton has its own characteristics, the opening time is also very good, the network's spread of promotions brought good opening traffic and customers. But if Kimpton is to be of the grade and standard that makes guests feel better than Indigo, it is still worth improving.

It's a great choice for sightseeing and travel.

The hotel's design is luxurious, grand, and elegant, upholding Marriott's quality standards. The front desk and lobby staff are all very friendly; they even offered us drinks when we checked in. Cora, the guest service manager at the front desk, was incredibly efficient and professional during our check-in process. Because my other booking was split into three separate reservations, she expertly consolidated them for a continuous three-night stay, saving me the hassle of changing rooms daily. Even though I forgot to add a note when booking, she managed to put my sister and me on the same floor. Huge thanks to her for getting our three-day Shanghai trip off to such a great start! The hotel breakfast is abundant and delicious, with Shanghai-style scallion oil noodles available daily, plus many freshly made noodle and wonton stations. There's a wide selection of both Chinese and Western options. The cleaner responsible for my room, 2805, did an outstanding job; after a day out, we returned to a clean and tidy room, which was a pleasant surprise! The city view from the room is also beautiful. All in all, it was a very happy and satisfying stay! Definitely a 5-star recommendation!
