The hotel is nice from the reception, but the rooms are a bit stuffy. The hotel is crowded and the service is not good.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were also of good quality. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to King's Centre, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the Sky Bridge. Breakfast was delicious too. The staff were very enthusiastic. They quickly helped me find scissors when I unexpectedly needed them. Highly recommended! (P.S. I booked last-minute and received confirmation within 20 minutes.) For booking hotels overseas, Trip.com is reliable! A genuine compliment from someone who's been ripped off before!

It was good hotel but only things they should focus on the customer service like receipts, if you try to reached them at night it's difficult to get them, they ignore customers calls without getting back to the customer while calling. Also while checking out I've requested them to check.the minibars if there's anything missing there were very slow to check it and I was waiting for more then 5 minutes. I think they should train them professionally so that hotel standard increases more.

Overall, the hotel was okay. The location is convenient, very close to the metro, which made getting around easy. On the downside, the room was missing some basic amenities: there were no bathrobes at all, towels were provided only for one person, and the dental kit was also for one person, even though the room was booked for two guests. In addition, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good, and the chef preparing omelets and waffles was very kind and friendly, which made the morning experience more pleasant

Just a bit outside of the centralized Riyadh, but the staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel seemed a little older with two separate buildings which was just slightly confusing on which building you are booked at.

Very beautiful and clean, and the rooms are tidy. There's also parking available. However, I couldn't find the pool, and the location is very crowded.

Among the hotels I have stayed in during this trip to Saudi Arabia, this one is generally cost-effective. The attitude of the hotel service staff is quite good. I feel that Saudi Arabia has hired many foreigners to serve them. In the hotel, I saw employees wiping the railings and floors bit by bit with rags.

Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍 On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎
