This hotel was beautiful in general, it was clean and had an upscale feeling to it. It had a beautiful rooftop bar but make sure you reserve your space in early so that you can be there for the sunset otherwise it will surely be full. There is a beach bar and restaurant so that you can enjoy food and drinks right next to the ocean which was great. There is a small private beach area which was secluded and clean. There are a couple pools, particularly the private pool behind the villas is beautiful although it is very shallow. The bigger pool has a fun slide which kids and adults enjoy alike. The breakfast was good. It had a lot of options for western breakfast inside and Thai style outside. For a Chinese palette there isn’t a lot that is suitable though. They have coffee machines, juice, salad bar, egg station, and more. We got a room with a balcony bathtub however, it’s facing the other rooms which means everyone would see you taking a bath and that isn’t comfortable. The room is very spacious, the bathroom was beautiful, and it was worth the price. The biggest issue was how far it is from the downtown Pattaya area, if you want to be at restaurants and nightlife every night this place isn’t the best place for you. Excellent hotel for the price! The rooftop pool with a sea view extending to the horizon is fantastic, and the views of the Sanctuary of Truth are beautiful! The buffet breakfasts are tasty and clean. At first, we thought the location was a bit far, but then we realized that tuk-tuks go directly through the entire center to Walking Street, making everything feel much closer!

My stay had a rough start. I had to change rooms three times because my request for a ”quiet room” wasn't met at first. • 1st Room: Too noisy, located right at a busy hallway junction. • 2nd Room: Very dusty and dirty (especially behind the TV). I had to show photos to the staff to change another room. (See a photo) • 3rd Room: Finally perfect! It was on the 4th floor, quiet, and very clean. (See photos) Staff: The first receptionist seemed too busy to help, but the second staff member was excellent. He was very helpful and finally found me the right room. Also, a big thanks to the 4th-floor housekeeping team for doing a great job. Overall: The breakfast is standard, and the location is perfect—right by the beach and very peaceful. Recommended for a relaxing getaway, but room cleanliness needs more focus especially on the 3rd floor.

This is my second visit to this hotel, and both times I've stayed in the same deluxe room on the 4th floor, featuring a balcony and a pool view. I particularly appreciate its convenient location and the excellent, friendly staff. Housekeeping is daily, with complimentary tea, coffee, and water provided in the room, and the bed linen is changed frequently, which is a nice touch. The pool is clean and spacious. There's a library at the front desk with books in Russian. Nearby, you'll find a 7/11, a tuk-tuk stand, and a couple of cafes serving tasty, inexpensive food. The beach, blind massage, Jomtien Walking Street, and the bus station to the airport are all close by. On the downside, there's no full-length mirror and no hook for bath towels in the shower. I definitely recommend it!

A great choice for solo travelers or families. It's very quiet and comfortable. The only downside is the lack of shops nearby. There's a fantastic Bluefin restaurant next door, but it's not cheap. The gym is a bit rudimentary, almost like a basement, but with two pools, you won't have to worry about overcrowding! The sea is right outside, and the Sanctuary of Truth is next door. The trade-off is that it can feel quite isolated if you go for a walk outside the hotel at night; the nearest convenience store (Tops!) is a 10-15 minute walk away.

This hotel is perfectly located right by Terminal 21, it's very clean, and getting around is super convenient. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's delicious. It's also not a long walk to the Tiffany Show, so the location is definitely a plus. In the evenings, you just head downstairs to the T21 night market, though I found it a bit pricey and the food wasn't great. The hotel is also very close to the famous Pattaya Sunset Rainbow Avenue – you can walk there in about 10 minutes, and that's where you'll find Pattaya Beach.

Nice and spacious rooms. Staffs are willing to services but staffs in the restaurant should know and recommend promotions to customers. We had dinner near the beach and ask staffs for the promotion but no one can answer. After finish dinner, my husband asked manager at the front, he said ”you can get 15% discount for food if you apply to be member of Centara” but we had already check bill. Staffs must improve this. Anyway, The breakfast is great. Variety of many choices. Taste good too. Overall is great for my familes.

First off, the hotel's location is quite out of the way. The road outside is like a highway, with a lot of fast-moving traffic at night, so be careful if you're out after dark. There's a convenience store across from the hotel at a gas station, but I didn't go in to see if they sell food. To the left of the hotel entrance, during the day, there are vendors selling stir-fried noodles, pad kra pao, rice noodles, and such. The hotel has a shuttle bus, but you need to book it in advance. The staff at the entrance are very friendly and helpful with luggage, which was great. The hotel itself felt very clean upon entering, with free drinking water and coffee available by the entrance. The main draw of this hotel is its excellent water park facilities, which my child absolutely loved. We stayed on a high floor, the 22nd, and the view was decent. The hygiene was also good, though the bathroom for showering and using the toilet was a bit small. Overall, it's great value for money, especially if you're traveling with kids, considering the price. We paid just over 300 for a king-size room for one night, which was a fantastic deal compared to The Mirage we stayed at the next day! All the staff were very friendly. The hotel has vending machines for snacks if you get hungry at night, but the selection isn't huge.

Thoroughly impressed with this hotel at the price point. The deluxe room features two beds (queen and single) and modern AC, plus large bathtub, working area, robes and large fridge  The pool is clean and well kept  The fitness is small and basic but well maintained and has free weights.  The location is good for those who want to be in Jomtien, close enough to the bars and beach and it’s not too noisy despite being close to a busy road  The most impressive thing about this hotel is the breakfast which is worth opting for. There’s a variety of hot and cold dishes that are changed every day. The hotel clearly prides itself on this

Whether relaxing in the room, walking around the property, or simply sitting and enjoying the surroundings, everything encourages rest and mindfulness. This is an ideal destination for couples, solo travelers, or anyone looking for a quiet, refined retreat. Navana Nature Escape offers not just a stay, but an experience of calm, comfort, and understated luxury. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking relaxation, privacy, and a beautiful natural environment. I would absolutely return.
