My daughter stayed at the hotel for one night before leaving Durham after graduating. The hotel was quite large, with a resort-like feel, and the rooms were spacious. However, there were very few staff members; only one person handled check-in at the lobby, and they gave me the wrong room key, forcing me to walk across the entire hotel to get it back. No one helped with the luggage cart, and I couldn't even offer a tip.

It went beyond my expectations. Really enjoyed our stay.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Room was comfortable. Breakfast options did not meet the expectations set by the rest of the hotel experience.

It was very cold so it as great to stay at the ******. Our request to be on a high floor was granted and I enjoyed our view. Overall everything was very good. The machines could have let me win a little more!

The resort hotel has large rooms, a large entertainment venue, convenient dining and shopping, and is very convenient to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and the Blue Ridge Parkway. The parking lot is large.

After check-in, the front desk gave two in room dinner cash coupons, 25 US dollars. You can use the deduction directly. Convenient. There is a gallery downstairs. If you are interested in art, you can go for a stroll.

The service was amazing. They kept the cake cold in the fridge for me, took everything upstairs for me while I parked and even found an item I left when we flew out at 4am the next day! They held the item until my mother came to get it and I was just so happy how honest the staff is I’m so please with everyone, they are amazing here!!

We needed the hotel to sleep for a night. We were able to book last minute. It was clean and we were able to check in later than expected. Help was prompt and the staff was helpful. I would book again should the need arise.

Extremely satisfied with this hotel, it's as exquisite as the beautiful city of Asheville itself. The lobby smells wonderful, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the front desk staff are friendly and professional.

The service is very good. The house is fully equipped and can cook simple meals. I will choose this next time.
