Truly a family-friendly hotel! The Sixers Room with bunk beds was definitely a hit with the kids. The hotel location is very strategic — just opposite SkyWorlds Theme Park with only a 3-minute walk, and about 5 minutes to Avenue Mall. Very convenient for families with children. There are also plenty of food choices nearby. You can easily find a variety of food at Avenue Mall, or take a short walk to Kayangan Apartment for authentic Chinese food. The hotel is also near the link bridge connecting to Antara Mall, making everything easily accessible. Security is also very good. The access card only allows you to enter the floor you are staying on, and there are security personnel stationed downstairs, which made us feel safe throughout the stay. If you prefer a quieter environment, opt for a room facing the hill side. It is much less noisy and you can still enjoy the cable car view. Overall, a great stay for a fun, comfortable, and convenient family getaway!

The hotel is located right at the city center, room is clean, come with free none-covered parking, not convenient if raining. no other facilities provided in this hotel, no cafe and no breakfast provided, anyway there are food court nearby and many restaurants within walking distance from hotel. This hotel require maintenance. Room 803 assigned to me is having water pipe leaking, the toilet floor is wet all the time. water pressure is good, aircon is cool and wifi is available for light usage only, not working on Youtube. However, 5G signal is very strong here, so using your own mobile data is not an issue at all.

Plenty of parking. The yellow marked parking spots are for hotel guests, available in front, on the side, and at the back. The TV is great, I love it. Water pressure is good. Aircon is cold. Pillows are a bit hard. Ironing facilities are outside. There's a Coway water dispenser. Excellent. Would definitely repeat my stay.

Overall not so bad. Cleanliness to be improved. There’s shoe print on one of the blanket. The floor was was not clearly clean. Some unknown liquid found next to reading table. I am staying second floor, the noise from the opposite pub stop around 1230.

Strategically located near Menara 188, trendy coffee shops, and the Kuantan riverfront. The price is reasonable and the service is excellent. This is my second stay here, and I will definitely return again.

The staff during check in was nice. We request for baby court and it sent asap, the room was good, clean and big. Love the view from our room. Breakfast was so good, because its Raya Haji they served rendang ayam and lemang. Super delicious! We hang out at the cafe, the food was delicious. Surrounding was good, comfortable for those who have kids and baby. My daughter supper happy with the pool and the private beach. Definitely will come back!

Its proximity to D’Apple Fried Chicken, Old Town White Coffee, Watson’s, Family Mart, Petronas, and an RM2 discount store makes it a great choice for quick layovers, family vacations, or business trips. With free parking and clean rooms, it's a solid option for those looking for convenience without breaking the bank. Overall, my experience was a bit disappointing. I had informed the staff a day prior that I would be checking out at 5:30 a.m., and I was told that the front desk operates 24 hours. However, when I went down in the morning, there was no one at the counter. I waited from 5:30 a.m. until 6:10 a.m., and there was still no staff available. During that time, I repeatedly called the number listed on their official website (+60 10-921 2677), but no one answered. At 6:10 a.m., I sent a WhatsApp message with my bank account details and left. The staff only replied around 6:30 a.m., and my deposit was immediately transferred to my account, which I appreciate. Still, I hope the management can improve their coordination and ensure that the front desk is staffed as promised, especially when guests have notified them in advance. Thank you.

1 really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Even though it’s a small hotel located in a small, quiet town, it felt very welcoming and comfortable. I was greeted by two front desk girls who were polite, cheerful, and extremely helpful. They truly made a great first impression, and I sincerely hope the hotel management takes good care of them. The room condition was very satisfying — clean, comfortable, and surprisingly spacious for a budget hotel. One thoughtful touch that deserves special mention is the prayer room (surau) provided, complete with clean prayer mats available at the lobby. This is a great effort by the hotel and something worth setting as an example for others. The shower pressure was strong and refreshing — honestly, no need for hot water anyway, this is Malaysia 😄. Parking was ample and convenient. Feeling hungry and lazy? You can easily grab instant noodles or coffee at the lobby. Feeling a bit more adventurous? Just drive/ride left or right from the hotel and you’ll find plenty of food options nearby. If I ever come back to Jerantut, this hotel will definitely be on my list again
