The hotel was a great choice. It's about a five-minute walk from Mahadevi Temple. It's very close, and despite my late arrival due to a late-night flight delay, I was warmly welcomed. They immediately checked for a problem with the heater, and a gas technician came to fix it. The next day, they finally gave me a room with a working heater. The breakfast was good, and above all, the location was perfect. The staff was also very friendly.

The room felt smaller than in the pictures. There's an AC, a little bag of shampoo, a bar of soap and shower gel. You get a bottle of water for free as well. The place is extremely close to the tourist bus stop (3 minutes on foot). There's a nice restaurant called Dako, recommended by the owner, where you can get breakfast and all kinds of meals. Lumbini itself is opposite, which is also very convenient.

The staff were very kind and helpful. The food at the hotel restaurant was delicious. It was conveniently located on a main road.

The room was clean and hygienic. It was 4 kilometers to Sunori Port and 19 kilometers to Lanbini. The traffic was very convenient. The boss helped me change the money. It was very good. The room did not provide a water heater. I stayed for two days and gave a bottle of water. I had to test it myself.

Although it is written as a 3-star 🌟 hotel, in terms of scale, design, and material selection, it is all a hotel that exceeds the 4-star level. The garden is very large, the design is very elegant, and the hotel service attitude is very good. The biggest advantage is to go to the Blue Garden adjacent to the hotel. It is convenient. The hotel can help you call a taxi at any time. Taxis such as Turu are also available. It is also very close to the only delicious Chinese restaurant, so it is the first choice for accommodation. highly recommended! ! !

The facilities and rooms were very clean. I would have been happy if I had tissue paper and hand towels. Also, I think it would be kind if there was a guide in the room as well as oral explanations such as how many phone numbers you press to connect to the front desk. I thought it was unkind that I didn't have a leg to go to the hotel and arranged a taxi, but the next day the hotel checked in, even though the taxi turned back before we got on. Taxi -I was charged. The reason was that the hotel has a contract with a taxi company and the full fare will be charged even if you don't ride. I am angry that I was charged a fee even though I couldn't get on the train and that I couldn't tell you the arrangement when arranging a taxi. I wasn't convinced, but I paid half the taxi fare. The facilities and rooms themselves are very clean, so please communicate with the hospitality and trust that more customers will be satisfied with using this hotel. 部屋の階のお湯が出なかったのですが、ホストが何度もお湯が出るか確認してくれて、最終的に別の部屋のシャワーを使用させてくれました。 部屋は広くて十分すぎるほどです、マットレスは柔らかくよく眠れる。

The hotel is really old, so the hardware is not very good! There were a lot of mosquitoes when the lights were on at night, but fortunately they didn't bite! Velvet Lux Hotel is nice place to stay, Staffs are friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. I had a issue on booking, they did not accept booking and payment from trip.com. They said the price shown on trip.com is not their price. I had to re book at the reception and paid £10 per night more. I don’t recommend this hotel,
