Ξενοδοχεία με 2-Star σε Ceara, Brazil

I had been to this hotel ,as a guest several times. There were always minor issues with the property, but this last time was the last straw. I had booked my room months ahead,and had requested a high floor ,with double bed, but instead when I arrived, they put me in a room on the first floor ,with single beds. and a view to an electric fence. When entering the room, I could realize issues already. The key card should be put in the slot inside the room to keep the electricity functioning ,however it was not working properly, the power was cut off several times. While having a shower, the electricity was cut off . I had to call someone to come and fix it, eventually someone came to change the whole keycard slot on the wall . The room was extremely rundown ,with an old table ,rusty fridge, and in the toilet there was a leakage on the ceiling, dropping water on the floor,making it quite slippery.Some of the floor tiles were missing as well. By then I had spent most of my time after arrival trying to sort out issues with Hotel. Next morning they moved to the other hotel from the same chain, as an upgrade, but it wasn’t what I was expecting. I expected to stay in the hotel and room that I had originally booked online ,not something else. The whole experience was really annoying and frustrating, I felt totally misled,neglected and taken for granted.

Gostei desse hotel, é limpo, higiênico, tem café ☕ de manhã muito bom, delicioso, pertinho da praia, na média de 1km a distância, boa localização para a praia 🏖️

The hotel is very close to the beach; you can see the sea from the window. However, the breakfast selection is limited.

O local é bem localizado, é barato, vale muito a pena se você está sozinho e precisa de um lugar pra ficar sem gastar muit

O ambiente é muito agradável, as instalações e o atendimento são excelentes, o pessoal é muito simpático, atencioso e eficiente. O restaurante também é ótimo e há muitas opões de atividades. Gostamos muito.

The bathroom had no towel on the floor; the shower seemed to be stuck, because the water that was down was a rail, and had no hot water; there was no window in the room, but a glass that was giving to some dark place, and there was no air out of the air, nor natural light; air conditioned began to vacuum water into the room and the boy came to set up with a stair that almost broke up with him, could cause an accident, left the bathroom with the whole wet sweat, we asked to clean in the reception and continued as well; the receptionist wasn't very friendly; the TV wasn't working, we talked to the receptionist, who left to send someone, who never appeared the room had no phone for communication with the reception, we need to stay down the stairs whenever we want Talk to the reception; you have no waste in the room
