The price was good, the facilities were decent, the room had a large bed, and the breakfast was acceptable. The bus arrived early, around 8 AM, so I checked in early. I especially appreciate Ctrip's helpful communication. The hotel offers business shuttle services, the front desk speaks English, and the location is a 13-minute walk to the bus stop. There's a Chinese supermarket nearby where you can exchange pesos. The air was fresh, and Iguazu Falls was spectacular. As a border city in Argentina, it offers panoramic views of three countries! Highly recommended.

Lovely place with giant swimming pools and a lot of green! Flowery plants all around and good food

The hotel is right next to the 'One Glance, Three Countries' spot, which is a bit far from the Grand Waterfall. The Grand Waterfall is very close to the airport, so if you're short on time, going back and forth would be very inconvenient. The hotel offers food at any time, which is incredibly convenient!

I enjoyed my stay for 2 days. The hotel is suitable for international guests with English speaking staff, responsive transport arrangements and a good restaurant. Breakfast was great and I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee machine and wide variety of fruits. The papaya, honey melon and water melon were so delicious ! We had lunch here, the food was well prepared and generous. A bit pricey but thats hotel-ish. Bed was firm and goo, pillow a bit high but otherwise very comfy Whats not so great - the shower water goes from cold to hot to luke warm to cold and then warm - its erratic and leans toward cold/luke warm People who complain about the distance from town must understand this place is for people who dont want noise and the activity. Its peaceful and for people who seek to relax away from the crowds. No shopping, its isolated but near to airport and Iguazu Falls. Thats what I am here for and so Mercure works for me.

The hotel is very clean, well located, the personnel helped with all our matters, breakfast was normal and ok. The room was excellent!!!

This place was amazing for the price. Met some awesome folks and enjoyed some delicious beer. I loved everything about this place. The rooms were nice with hot water. There was a beautiful pool to relax and enjoy the sun. The beer was some of the best I've had in Argentina.

The hotel is far from the centre, but it is also a advantage because it is isolated from the troubles of the tourist confusion and the attractions. the holders are very willing to really meet any needs, including transport services at very fair prices for any activity, such as the park from the Argentine side, airport, restaurants, etc. It is excellent for cleaning and comfort. We also appreciated the delivery service, once again fully supported by the owners of the building. Remember to always bring with you a good stock of money in Argentine pesos

Came over after a terrible experience at Rainforest and it was like heaven on earth. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop 5 min walk outside that takes you to the airport and the waterfalls at hourly frequency. There is also a taxi operator right across the hotel. The hotel staff immediately walked out to assist with our luggage upon our arrival and was extremely hospitable. A complimentary 25 min visit to the sauna was included, gimmicky but it was a nice touch. The room was large, spacious and clean. AC was reliable as was the hot water and water pressure. Breakfast was basic but there was a large spread. We had an enjoyable experience.

Great for nature lovers, it’s located in the middle of the jungle

The hotel is very well located with the presence of the forest in the hotel and the Guaranis community around it. The hotel is a little too severe for external food. The varied vegetarian food restaurant available, efforts for the ecology and friendly staff. If you have the means, I recommend for the forest and the native communities of Guarani
