Ξενοδοχεία με bar σε Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil

"If you, like me, value a great location and convenience, I highly recommend this hotel. It's close to the beach, the lagoon, good dining options, and the main square which offers plenty of attractions. Most of the staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite varied and tasty. I'd seen several complaints about cleanliness, but generally, our room was very clean upon arrival. However, towels were missing, and the liquid soap dispensers weren't refilled (one even came unstuck). We had brought our own soaps, but there was nowhere to put them. As a suggestion, I'd say there should be at least one soap dish or holder for shampoos and similar items. We had to request room cleaning three times. I suspect the cleaning staff might have been overwhelmed given the number of guests, but this particular service was a bit disappointing. The common complaints about the valet/parking situation and the elevator are indeed valid. Upon arrival, there are no clear instructions on where to park to unload your belongings. The hotel's paid parking lot also doesn't have enough spaces for everyone, so you end up blocking traffic until you figure it out. The elevator is genuinely slow and has a low weight capacity (this didn't affect me personally, so it didn't impact my overall positive rating). The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but we didn't experience any noise disturbance during our stay. Contrary to what the advertisement states, there's no cable TV, only 2 or 3 local channels. In summary: overall, the value for money is good. It was the best price I found in Torres for the amenities offered. While there are a few areas that could be improved, none of them significantly impacted our stay."

"A cozy hotel with good breakfast and a good location. Equip carefully and request. All very sympathetic and educated. Recommended"

"My experience at the hotel left much to be desired, especially considering it was a couple's trip to relax and enjoy a quiet night. I decided to organize the points to make the reason for my dissatisfaction clearer. The first problem occurred right at check-in. We arrived around 1:30 PM and, even after returning from lunch, at 2:10 PM our room was still not available, even though the official check-in time was 2 PM. We ended up waiting longer than expected without much explanation. When we finally got into the room, we had problems with the bathroom. The shower practically didn't work properly: the water came out in an extremely weak stream and didn't heat up. We contacted reception and they advised us to leave the shower running for about 10 minutes because of the boiler. We did exactly that and, even so, the water remained cold. The most frustrating thing was that there was no attempt to resolve the situation at that moment, such as offering another room or some alternative. It became clear that the problem was indeed with that specific room, because later, when we requested a room change, the shower in the new room was completely different: hot water working normally, much better pressure, and a comfortable shower. In other words, there was indeed a defect in the first room, and this could have been resolved earlier. At bedtime, another even worse problem arose. The room was apparently near some service area or staff activity. Around 2 am, it was impossible to rest because of constant noises: dragging, heavy footsteps, and conversations. We called reception to complain; they said they would resolve it, but about 20 minutes later the noise was even worse. We had to request a room change because it was simply impossible to sleep. Furthermore, the impression given was of little concern for the discomfort caused, without much cordiality or apology for the situation. Regarding breakfast, there is a good variety, but clearly the hotel cannot cater to the number of guests. The space becomes extremely crowded, and many items end up without being replenished. At the dessert table, for example, items like pudding and cheesecake ran out early and weren't replenished, even though it was only 9 am and breakfast was served until 10:30 am. Another negative point was the organization of the parking garage. Despite the parking being paid, retrieving the car was extremely slow. It took them a long time to locate and deliver the vehicles, causing unnecessary waiting. Overall, it was a frustrating experience due to the lack of organization, maintenance problems, and little concern for resolving guest issues."

"Staying at this hotel in this small city, I feel good and met many friends from China. The hotel has a good environment and is very close to the local small airport."

"What makes the Chateau Laghetto special is the view of the room, simply perfect, satisfactory attention nothing charming, breakfast coffee can be considered good."

"I missed a chair/sit to be able to sit. I had only a bed to sit, it was bad. I asked for a chair to be provided, but I had irregular legs. It suggests keeping a small chair and table base for us to do some activity with notebook."

"The overall stay experience is very good! The hotel is strategically located and it is very convenient to travel and eat. The check-in and check-out efficiency at the front desk is high, and the staff is warm and polite. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft and comfortable, the sound insulation was acceptable, the toiletries were complete, and the hot water supply was stable. The bathroom is well separated from wet and dry, and there is no smell for ventilation. The public area is clean and tidy, and the sanitation is cleaned in time. Cost-effective online, quiet and comfortable living, will give priority to this next trip, it is recommended to stay!"

Atenciosamente,"
