"Conveniently located beside JR Morioka station and Iwate Galaxy Railway (IGR) Line with the bus terminus across the road in front of the hotel and also housed within the same building as the FESAN Shopping Mall. City sightseeing bus stops at 5pm so I opted to walk to Morioka Castle/Park which took about 20mins to reach."

We took the shuttle at 16:00 to Miyako Station from Miyako's Beishan rugged to Miyako Station on the same day. The attitude of the front desk at this hotel is generally given to the tail room, and the room given is not the size of the area written on Trip.com . The hotel confirmation form 36-40 flat room is at the front desk. It shows that it is a pine forest side room. There is no size, visually 20-24 flat, The front desk did not change it, so after negotiating with Trip.com on the same day, it should be that the information provided by the supplier when booking online has been wrongly given a certain point compensation, which has a little impact on the good mood of travel."

"The hotel's scenery was absolutely stunning! We visited in April, and opening the window revealed beautiful lake views and snow-capped mountains. The hot springs were also fantastic. It happened to be a festival in April, so there were folk song and dance performances in the evenings. There's a shuttle bus service between Morioka Station and the hotel, but you need to book it in advance. If you can't get on the shuttle, there are also public buses that go to the hotel."

"Good premium hotel, high quality dinning. It was a bit far from the gondola and you have to kind of climb the hill to get to the entrance, which was sort of annoying. A place where you can upgrade to priority pass starts working too late to actually make it to the gondola in time for the fast track start time. We had some other things we noticed but overall it was a very nice experience."
