Ξενοδοχεία με bar σε Johor, Malaysia

Our overall stay was great! The breakfast spread was impressive, with a wide variety of delicious food, and we really enjoyed the warm hospitality from all the staff. I had requested a little complimentary surprise for my husband’s belated birthday and our upcoming wedding anniversary, and to our surprise, they prepared two cakes for us! Such a sweet and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. We truly felt pampered throughout our stay. Thank you, DoubleTree Johor Bahru! ❤️

Location is very good, being connected to the mall. Towels in the room were threadbare and old. There was a pronounced smell of sweat and body odor when I first entered the room. The bedsheets had a stain. The baywindow seat was badly stained. Pillows are small and smelt musty, providing little support. Breakfast selection was not what you'd expect from a Malaysian hotel of this class. The international /continental selection was thin and guests wanting healthier options e.g. hard boiled eggs, bananas, apples, uncooked oats, were not given these selections which are low cost and easy to provide. The staff were very professional and courteous. They are amongst the best I have met.

This has to be the worst Four Points by Sheraton I've ever stayed at 😅. The decor is on par with a 200-300 RMB budget hotel in China; only the lobby and corridors look somewhat decent. The soundproofing is abysmal. You can feel the floor vibrating when kids run and jump upstairs... and the constant hum of the air conditioning unit kept me awake all night. The hygiene was terrible; there were crumbs on the floor, and I even found a balloon left by a previous guest when I lay on the bed... The trash can in the bathroom was also very dirty... My first task after checking in was to clean the room with sanitary wipes. The only redeeming quality is its proximity to a supermarket, which was convenient for buying things.

The room was spotless and everything felt brand new, which made for a very comfortable stay. It was also spacious and bright. The hotel's location is super convenient, and the restaurant upstairs is definitely worth checking out – they have great food, drinks, and entertainment. Shopping is also a breeze with the mall right next door, offering plenty of dining and retail options. The surrounding area is lovely. I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The location was convenient, close to attractions and transport. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would happily stay here again.

We stayed in Room 2709 and unfortunately had quite a few issues during our stay. Firstly, we were not aware that the parking had become chargeable at a flat rate of RM5.50 per entry. This would have been good to know beforehand, especially for guests driving in. The sink in our room was also unable to drain properly, which was quite inconvenient. The toilet bowl design was rather odd as the cover kept falling down while using it, making it uncomfortable. Another major issue was the smell of the hand wash and soap provided. Both had a very unpleasant smell, to the point that we ended up buying and using our own. Thankfully, the mall is located right next to the hotel, which was very convenient and helped make up for some of the inconvenience. Overall, the location is great, but the room maintenance and basic amenities could definitely be improved.

Great buffet breakfast selection. Room were clean with basic well equipped accessories. Walking Distance to Mid Southkey Mall.

Resort has a private beach and excellent view from the room balcony. Beautiful sun rise with beach and sea view. Enjoyed the swings, sand, sea breeze and listening to the waves! Kids love the sand. There are various sea activities and horse riding available. Separate charges. Swimming pool has a 0.6m section for kids to have some water play. Indoor mini playground for the little ones. They had great fun. Free parking if you drive. Breakfast spread is good enough. Nasi lemak is a must-try. The pastries can be heated up which made them great! Eggs selection excellent! Juicy watermelons! You can enjoy sun rise while having breakfast. The resort has a chalet feel. They should look into their aircon as it doesn’t seems to cool well. The facilities are aged. Wash basin water drain a little slow. Overall, we love this place for the view! Hope the next time we return, the facilities would have improved.

During our stay, we really enjoyed how the bedsheets were very clean and the toilet was kept clean. The bottom toilet turned out to have only a toilet bowl which the pictures did not state. You can really hear all the sounds around you such as people showering or screaming but we didn’t mind. It would also be great if you can add Netflix option in the future for the television. The location is good to go to the water park, horse riding, family mart shoppin. On our last night, there was a leak in the ceiling and our bed was drenched. We were asked by management to change room and offered to leave this room empty for us to pack our luggage the next day because they were worried that the ceiling might fall on us. We rejected as it was the last night and all our things were out all over the place. We needed to pack too. So we requested for an additional bed. They provided it with no extra charge which I appreciate. However, it would be great if there was additional compensations for this negative experience.

Our third time staying at this hotel but had the worst experience this time round. Firstly, the hotel was very strict about checking in after 3pm despite it being 15min to 3pm. The staff were so inefficient that we only managed to get our keys at 3:30pm. Next, the hotel concierge informed us there is no room with king size bed available when we clearly booked a room with king size bed. We had to settle for single beds. Then the staff gave us keys to a room that was already occupied, imagine our surprise when we opened the door and a lady was inside. Overall, it wasnt a pleasant experience..
