"Unexpectedly good, it was the best night's sleep our family had in three days, aside from me repeatedly getting up to turn off an alarm I forgot to silence... Everyone else slept like logs! **Environment:** Although it feels like it hasn't been open for many years, the carpets and amenities look a bit worn. The room isn't huge, but it has everything you need, especially the curtains which offer excellent blackout – it gets completely dark when drawn. The surrounding area is also very quiet, making it very convenient for those arriving late or catching early morning flights. **Location:** 1. After reaching the 4th floor of the arrival hall, keep walking straight towards Gate 1 at the very end. You'll see a sign indicating the hotel. Keep walking straight, and you'll first pass Aotuo, then Barnsdale, and finally Junting. 2. There's a convenience store right next to the hotel front desk, so there's no need to buy everything at the convenience store outside the arrival hall (unless you want hot food, as the arrival hall's convenience store has staff, while the hotel's is an automatic vending machine. Also, the arrival hall's store has more variety). **Food:** Breakfast isn't expensive, a buffet for 59 RMB/person, or a bento box for 19.9 RMB/portion. However, there's nothing particularly special to eat... but it's fine for filling up! Also, for a British hotel, the beans, potatoes, bacon, various sausages, and various eggs... it's very British indeed! But no hash browns, though there are steamed bun slices, haha. BTW, the specialty of Qingdao is the Qingshi Calcium Milk Biscuit... **Service:** 1. The front desk staff were very friendly and responsive. 2. For a hotel that's just for an overnight stop, they surprisingly offer a variety of pillows to choose from. 3. Having to use a key card to access the accommodation floors provides a sense of security. **Other:** 1. This is my second visit to Qingdao Airport within a year, and I've now stayed at two of the three hotels here. I'll stay at the other one next time, haha. 2. Barnsdale and Junting both belong to the British Barony Hotels Group, which I don't see often in China... 3. The bath amenities could be better..."

"Absolutely perfect! The location is outstanding, right above Guihe Shopping Centre, which is mainly luxury brands, and next door to Henglong Plaza, which has a full range of brands and is very popular. Quancheng Square is right in front, and you can walk to Daming Lake and Baotu Spring. The hotel environment is excellent. Concierge is on the ground floor, and the lobby is on the seventh floor. Estela's service during check-in was incredibly warm and attentive. The family executive suite exceeded our expectations – a spacious one-bedroom, one-living room, two-bathroom setup. The mini-bar was complimentary, and we had executive lounge access! Even after checking out, I left two iPads in the room, and the hotel promptly notified me. Their service is truly exceptional! Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!"

"Coming to Qingdao for National Day, we stayed at the Haitian Hotel for four days and three nights. We booked a twin room with a partial sea view. I didn't have specific floor requests, and even on the 9th floor, we still had a sea view. The room was well-equipped, and supplies were replenished very quickly. It was very quiet during rest periods, which gets full marks. The breakfast was also very abundant. In terms of transportation, we took taxis everywhere, as it's a bit far from the subway station. Crucially, Xiao Shang was also very responsible, checking in daily to see if we needed anything. Our child was over 120cm, so breakfast was originally going to be charged, but Xiao Shang promptly helped me resolve this issue. Overall, we are very satisfied with the Haitian Hotel."

"After comparing several hotels, I finally settled on Pullman, and it didn't disappoint. The environment is very quiet, and the hygiene is spotless, so I felt comfortable letting my child play barefoot in the room. The bedding and bathroom facilities were all convenient to use. The 'Xiao Guan' (personal butler) service was thoughtful and enthusiastic, and they even upgraded my room. The hotel is surrounded by a cluster of shopping centers and attractions, so there's simply too much to see and do. The river view at night was especially picturesque. Next time I'm in Linyi, this will still be my top choice."

"I traveled with two mothers, and since they're both elderly and need care, this room was perfect for us. The two mothers could sleep in the big bed in the main bedroom, which also had its own bathroom. I stayed in the separate partitioned room. Having two bathrooms was great because it avoided any conflicts, and I didn't have to disturb them at night. Also, I'm a bit of a scaredy-cat when sleeping alone, so staying in a larger apartment like this made me feel much braver. Considering the time of year, this location is excellent, with sea views. Nearby hotels with two separate rooms would cost around 800-1000 yuan, so the apartment I booked offered good value for money. The first thing I did every morning was enjoy the view. Housekeeping cleaned daily, which was a plus. The elderly ladies were also very satisfied."

"Traveling to Linyi with my family, choosing this hotel was a brilliant decision. The front desk manager, as well as the young men and women at reception, all had excellent attitudes. The room offered a street view, and there's a night market in the evening. It's also very close to Wang Xizhi's Former Residence. There's a coffee shop downstairs, and hotel guests get a 40% discount. The environment is really good."

Before checking in, Guest Relations Zhu Mindy proactively reached out and meticulously explained the Executive Club benefits. She clearly outlined the happy hour at the Executive Lounge, the two breakfast venues along with their pros and cons, and their operating hours. Upon arrival, Mindy greeted us and handled the check-in process, making the entire experience effortless. She was professional and attentive. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure travelers."

"出來旅行住宿，我一直把衞生放在第一位，這次入住這家酒店，真的給了挺大驚喜。推開房間門沒有那種密閉房間的悶味，通風做得不錯。仔細看了很多容易忽視的細節，牀頭櫃縫隙、窗台、桌底都看不到灰塵和毛髮，床品平整柔軟，摸上去乾爽，沒有異味。衞生間更是加分，鏡子擦得透亮沒有水印，洗手枱乾乾淨淨，馬桶周邊、淋浴角落都沒有水垢黴斑，浴巾疊放整齊，聞着是清新的消毒味道，能看出保潔不是簡單掃一眼，是認真細緻打掃的。服務方面也完全超出我的期待，辦理入住流程順暢，前台接待態度温和，有不清楚的地方都會耐心講解。入住期間有個小問題，響應速度很快，溝通特別實在，沒有套話，會站在客人角度考慮，很快就幫我妥善解決了。酒店服務不會過度熱情讓人覺得拘謹，安靜不打擾，但衹要你有需要，總能及時找到工作人員。整趟住下來舒心踏實，沒有踩坑，不管是來日照遊玩還是短期出差都很合適，下次來還選擇這家👍👍👍"

"Our flight back home from an international layover was delayed, but the hotel arranged a pick-up car for us at past 4 AM. The driver waited until we were settled before heading back to rest. The front desk staff was so welcoming and even offered us congee! The room facilities were excellent and newly renovated. The next day, several hotel staff members warmly bid us farewell when we checked out at noon! Definitely a five-star review! It was an unexpectedly pleasant experience!"

"This was my first time in Qingdao, and after comparing various online platforms, I finally chose the Yihai Garden Hotel Wusi Square branch. It turned out to be an absolutely correct decision. Firstly, the hotel is grand and luxurious, quite impressive. The rooms are spacious, and all the facilities and equipment are modern and high-end. Secondly, the service is excellent. Guests' requests are promptly attended to, and the room is spotlessly clean every day after we return. Thirdly, the location is fantastic. There are two subway lines, #2 and #3, near the entrance. To the west, there's the Yan'an 3rd Road station, and to the east, the Wusi Square station, making it convenient to go anywhere. If I come to Qingdao again, Yihai Garden will definitely be my top choice."
