I brought my child here for a staycation during the Dragon Boat Festival. I had really wanted to book the Little Yellow Duck family room, but unfortunately, I booked too late and it was unavailable. I was a bit disappointed before we even left. When checking in, I mentioned this, and Ms. Tong at the front desk immediately suggested the Little Lamb themed family room. She showed my child pictures of the fun decorations in the room. My child was absolutely thrilled! The cute lamb-themed elements and a storybook made it incredibly whimsical. The complementary children's toiletries also kept my little one excited throughout, completely making up for not getting our original preferred room. During our stay, there was a minor issue with the air conditioning. I contacted the front desk, and Manager Ji responded incredibly quickly and handled it professionally and efficiently. We didn't have to worry about a thing, and it didn't impact our good mood at all. Overall, our stay was fantastic. From the thoughtful and flexible service at the front desk to the efficient and reliable problem-solving, you could feel the care in every detail. Staying here with a child was comfortable and stress-free. I will definitely prioritize staying here again for future trips.

This is my favorite hotel to stay at when I visit Tianjin. The service is warm and attentive, and they even offer a complimentary fruit tea and milk for a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread is fantastic, offering a variety of Tianjin's local snacks without even needing to leave the hotel! 👍🏻 In the evenings, the lakeside bar has live music, creating a wonderful atmosphere, and the cocktails are beautifully crafted. The setting is truly unique, with a stunning light show along the Hai River right outside the entrance. It's just gorgeous!

I actually stayed for three nights, but booked under two separate reservations. The room key is linked to the booking, so for the same room type, you don't need to switch rooms; just go to the front desk to refresh your key card! Late check-out until 2 PM is allowed without needing to request it. As soon as you enter the room, you can see the Ferris wheel 🎡. While the view isn't as good as the Holiday Inn I stayed at for a business trip previously, for a Ferris wheel view room at this price, what more could you ask for? The mini-bar is complimentary, and the lobby offers self-service candies, cookies, and tea. The room is spacious, fully smart-controlled, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. They provide lotion, incredibly comfortable slippers, and a Dyson hairdryer – excellent value for money! The bed and pillows are very soft, feel great on the skin, and everything is clean and tidy! Supplies are replenished promptly every day, and the service is excellent. I also really love the hotel's exterior architecture, and Jin Gang Bridge is right at the entrance. Breakfast is rather simple but has everything you need, and the dining area is very large, so it never feels crowded. The tomato and egg noodles with gluten topping are delicious, though the breads aren't very good. The cereal is decent. They have prawn crackers every day, haha~ The coffee is very strong and needs a lot of milk. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room, which is safe and convenient! It wasn't until my last night that I discovered they had white fungus soup…

Overall, I was very satisfied and extended my stay for another night. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the subway. The river view twin room offers a spacious view, where you can see the Hai River and people swimming, and the night view is absolutely stunning. The restaurant is clean and tidy, and the waitstaff are very friendly. While the variety of dishes isn't extensive, the food tastes quite good. The room isn't huge, but the facilities are new and the overall style is minimalist. A nice touch: heated towel rails, and you can play soothing and sleep-inducing music – lovely! The hotel floors are high, with the Radisson rooms located on the 46th-51st floors, making it very quiet overall. However, the entire building is hexagonal with the elevators in the center, so you can hear the elevators going up and down from the room (I'm not sure if this applies to all rooms). Front desk service: The front desk staff I encountered on the third day, a young man and a young woman, were very enthusiastic, unlike the staff from the first two days. After I provided feedback on the front desk service from the first two days, the supervisor promptly addressed the issue, proactively calling to apologize and discuss – which I didn't expect. The service industry is indeed challenging, and I hope the hotel's service continues to improve.

They're like an ambassador of the city – a good hotel makes you smile with gratitude when you close your eyes and recall your trip. The Banyan Tree Tianjin Haihe is precisely one such hotel. Everyone we met was so warm, truly going above and beyond to surprise and delight us. 1️⃣ **Location:** The hotel is conveniently located near Ancient Culture Street, the Italian Style Area, Wanghailou Church, and Runzeyuan. It’s an easy 10-minute walk or a quick taxi ride (about 10-something RMB). 2️⃣ **View:** The river view rooms offer excellent vistas. At night, the neon lights on both sides of the Haihe River reflect beautifully, and boats glide across the water, creating a stunning scene. A heads-up: not all rooms have balconies with openable doors, so you might want to confirm this when booking. 3️⃣ **Room:** River view rooms start from 60 square meters and include a balcony. The first round of mini-bar drinks is complimentary. There’s a spacious sofa, perfectly comfortable for an extra person to sleep on. For just over 1,000 RMB a night, the value for money is excellent! 4️⃣ **Service:** Every single staff member at the Banyan Tree was polite, friendly, warm, and enthusiastic. When one of the sinks in our room was a bit clogged, they not only promptly fixed it but also sent a fruit platter as an apology. Mineral water was replenished very promptly; seeing that we were a larger group (3 adults and 1 child), they even left seven or eight bottles, making it convenient for the child. We brought a swimming ring but forgot the pump, and surprisingly, the pool area had one, which solved our problem! The hotel offers transfer services: a round trip from Tianjin Station to the hotel costs ¥80, and a one-way trip is ¥50. While slightly more expensive than a private car, the hotel uses large, clean, and comfortable business vans. Since we had a baby with us, the hotel graciously extended our check-out time. 5️⃣ **Facilities:** When traveling with children, besides choosing a five-star hotel, we typically look for rooms over 60 square meters and a kids' club. While the Banyan Tree's kids' club isn't huge and lacks toy cars, the upside is that it was empty! The benefit of traveling during off-peak times meant our child had the entire club to themselves.👏👏👏 The swimming pool area has two heated pools, which are more than enough for kids to play in, and the adult pool water was very clean. Ordering takeout was super easy, with a robot delivering food directly to the room. I must particularly commend the front door staff. Every time we took a taxi, they would open the car door, handle our luggage, fold the stroller – they did everything they could. We left something behind, and they brought it out to us on a luggage trolley, very professional. Although the room decor isn't brand new, overall, it's very clean, with an extra-large bathtub. They even provided multiple charging adapters, mosquito repellent, and corner protectors, showing great attention to detail. 6️⃣ **Features:** The hotel's main theme is Zen. There's a dedicated meditation space. I absolutely loved the hotel's signature fragrance – it smells very high-end, and the scent of the hand lotion lingered for a long time; I even wanted to buy a bottle to take home. ❇️ **Minor point:** If I had to find a fault, it would be that while the artwork in the rooms is Zen-inspired, the dark tones could be adjusted to create a warmer atmosphere. 💕 If you're visiting Tianjin with your little one, I highly recommend the Banyan Tree Tianjin Haihe. It will definitely add an extra layer of joy to your wonderful memories! Grateful for the experience! ❤️

The overall experience exceeded my expectations! The smart room features were super convenient, and the room was filled with natural light, making for a very comfortable stay. It was spotlessly clean, quiet, and all the facilities were brand new. The service was excellent, and the location was incredibly convenient for getting around. My friends all praised my choice, and I'll definitely pick this place again next time I'm in Tianjin!

The service was decent, pretty much what you'd expect from a Westin. However, the room itself was a letdown. There was dust in many spots that clearly hadn't been cleaned, and to top it off, I even found an insect 🐛, not sure if it was a cockroach or something else… it was alive and crawling on the carpet… They provided two servings of welcome fruit, but it wasn't very fresh. The complimentary gifts were a nice touch, all themed around Tianjin specialties like Shanhaiguan and Haihe milk. The breakfast also featured local delights like Zhangji baozi, miancha, and gabacai, which is really great for tourists as you can experience Tianjin's local flavors without even leaving the hotel.

Facilities: The room rates are not cheap, some even comparable to star-rated hotels. There are very few consumables, only a dental kit and comb set. When I checked into the room, there was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and only about half a box of tissues on the desk. I suggest adding a box of tissues to the vanity. Service: The service was excellent, and they were very responsive to all requests. On the day of arrival, when I got to the front desk, my room wasn't ready yet. I'm grateful to the staff who kept pushing for my room to be ready and even gave me a small gift. I really liked the room type they arranged for me. I'm not sure what room type the '21' rooms on each floor are, but I'd like to book one next time. I saw one when the cleaning lady was tidying up yesterday, and it looked great. One suggestion: The room type to the right of room 820 was left open after cleaning yesterday evening and was still open when I checked out this morning.

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and tidy, and the bedding was so soft and comfortable that I slept like a log. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The hotel's location is also superb, right next to a subway station and a shopping district, which made getting around super convenient. It offers amazing value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again on my next visit!

The environment here is absolutely stunning with a 720-degree panoramic view! The floor-to-ceiling windows all around offer unobstructed cityscapes during the day and a magical atmosphere with countless lights at night. The room is clean and airy, and you can enjoy the view right from your bed. I'll definitely be back for my next trip! The service was excellent too. We arrived early, and they had a vacant room cleaned for us, so we were able to check in at noon. The package also included two tickets to a crosstalk show, which we enjoyed. Super value for money!
