"Overall - an absolutely magical experience, like stepping into a fairytale, we absolutely LOVED our stay here, it was such an unforgettable experience! Breakfast with the giraffes was absolutely incredible, such a unique and surreal experience! One tip: if you want a table right by the window, make sure to arrive BEFORE 6:30 AM or LATER around 9:00–9:30 AM when it gets less crowded. The breakfast buffet was very good with an amazing variety of delicious food to suit every taste. You can also visit the restaurant during specific hours for lunch and dinner. During dinner, we enjoyed a wonderful live show with music and performers. And if you miss the restaurant's serving hours, there are other dining options around the resort. The entire hotel and wildlife park are beautiful and so much fun to explore! You can get around on foot or use the convenient shuttle service. There are so many different animals to see, along with plenty of interactive experiences. We especially loved the area with the adorable little budgies absolutely everywhere 🦜 Lemurs roam freely around the grounds and there are butterflies and dragonflies everywhere. It feels like a little paradise, full of life and harmony with nature. The hotel itself was also wonderful and very clean. Our room had a jacuzzi and we were welcomed with lots of lovely edible gifts. At check-out, we even received a cute little plush giraffe as a souvenir! Very thoughtful touches! The staff were absolutely amazing – incredibly friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. They assisted us with our luggage and patiently answered all our questions. A very special thank you to our concierge Liang, who was always available on WeChat, responded almost instantly, and helped us with absolutely everything. We really appreciated his kindness and excellent service. Another nice little bonus: each guest receives a free QR code to collect a complimentary bag of carrots to feed the animals. A couple of small suggestions for improvement: We noticed that the owls appeared to be tethered (?) and remained in the same spot which was quite sad to see. We really hope their welfare is being carefully considered. Also I personally think the experience would be even more magical without the music playing through speakers around the wildlife park. In such a beautiful natural environment, it would be wonderful to simply enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature. I also wonder whether the constant music might be stressful for some of the animals. Apart from these small concerns, we truly had an amazing time! The whole place feels like a dream, and you can see how much thought has gone into creating a special experience for guests. "Outstanding Service and Exceptional Hospitality! We had to make a last-minute booking at midnight while in transit through Ningbo. Upon arriving well past midnight feeling completely worn out, we were greeted by an amazingly understanding and welcoming front desk staff. They processed our check-in quickly so we could get straight to sleep, and they even kindly offered us a complimentary late check-out to make up for our late arrival. The room was spotlessly clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the automated smart curtains were a great modern touchy. To top it off, the breakfast was fresh and delicious. We had a wonderfully comfortable stay and couldn't have asked for better service. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent new hotel, highly recommended! I chose to stay at this hotel because of its great reviews on Trip.com, reasonable prices, and the fact that it is a new property. The hotel is truly clean and new, exactly as shown in the pictures. It seems there are many new hotels popping up in this city, and I can easily say this is one of the best 4-star options available. Its central location combined with high quality made my decision to book very easy. I stayed here for one night during a business trip and was extremely satisfied with my overall experience. "The Hilton brand itself guarantees quality. I stayed in a deluxe sea-view room, and the bedding was comfortable, while the bathroom was clean and tidy. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes. The lobby staff were very friendly and helpful, answering every question I had. The hotel's swimming pool had crystal clear water, and there were also two small hot spring pools nearby perfect for relaxation. My only minor feedback is that some small fixtures in the room were loose, so I'd suggest the hotel's engineering department regularly inspect and maintain the rooms. Overall, my expectations were met, and I even managed to capture a stunning sunrise over Mount Putuo in the East China Sea from my balcony in the early morning."

"The room was spacious and the environment was great. It's clear that being newly built makes a difference, and the soundproofing was also good. Plus, it's not far from Wutian Old Street; we walked there. The night view in the evening was lovely, and there's a popular noodle shop nearby."

"This is a wonderful small boutique hotel, beautiful and thoughtfully designed in every corner. I loved the summer special drinks in the lobby and the convenient 'carefree corner,' which had everything you could need. The flavored afternoon tea, featuring huangjiu (yellow wine), was a delightful and immersive experience. The hotel's location is fantastic; Cangqiao Old Street is lively and convenient, while Fushan Park and the morning market offer a glimpse into local life. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the breakfast and late-night snacks were delicious. Plus, it's super easy to get around from here. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shaoxing."
