The hotel is nice from the reception, but the rooms are a bit stuffy. The hotel is crowded and the service is not good.

Functional and good business hotel with good location and good staff and food

It’s hard to know where is a good place to stay in Riyadh. But thanks to their excellent metro system and cheap taxis you can actually stay in most areas and be connected as it is a HUGE city well spread out. This hotel was great. Very modern and a stupendous breakfast full of Saudi and world cuisines. Staff frindly and check in 24 hours which is handy when your flight arrives at 3am! Thanks for the lovely stay.

Just a bit outside of the centralized Riyadh, but the staff were very friendly. The room was clean. The hotel seemed a little older with two separate buildings which was just slightly confusing on which building you are booked at.

Facilities: Well-equipped, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious! Cleanliness: Generally clean, but it seems that bedding is only changed every three days unless specifically requested. Environment: The location is superb! Service: Satisfied!

I congratulate all the staff on their excellent service and warm welcome. Thank you for your efforts, and I recommend them to everyone.

Overall it was wonderful meeting people like Moataz Mersal - he was always very quick in welcoming my wife n I to the Nakheel restaurant. Great food great service - thumbs up! Then there was Raghad (guest services) who gave timely and sound advice to my wife regarding safety n metro directions to National Museum etc. Need to mention Montaser n Ahmed as well! Such attentive staff at the bar & gym! 👍 On the other hand, the housekeeping team needs re-training. Everyday (for four days three nights) they forgot to replenish items in the room! We had to keep calling them! 👎

Overall, the hotel was okay. The location is convenient, very close to the metro, which made getting around easy. On the downside, the room was missing some basic amenities: there were no bathrobes at all, towels were provided only for one person, and the dental kit was also for one person, even though the room was booked for two guests. In addition, the reception staff could have been more welcoming. On the positive side, the breakfast was quite good, and the chef preparing omelets and waffles was very kind and friendly, which made the morning experience more pleasant

It's an older hotel, but it was renovated last year. The lobby and rooms are freshly updated, though the rooms are on the smaller side due to the original old design and layout. Breakfast is pretty good and offers a good variety, and the service is decent too.

The room was spacious and well-equipped. The toiletries were also of good quality. The location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to King's Centre, making it very convenient for shopping and visiting the Sky Bridge. Breakfast was delicious too. The staff were very enthusiastic. They quickly helped me find scissors when I unexpectedly needed them. Highly recommended! (P.S. I booked last-minute and received confirmation within 20 minutes.) For booking hotels overseas, Trip.com is reliable! A genuine compliment from someone who's been ripped off before!
