"This is family and kids friendly hotel, everything is good and fine. But for breakfast for 3days stays is the same menu I'm expecting other kind of fried noodle or nasi goreng variation on different days. English breakfast also the same menu. The most enjoyable thing is the kids pool because that is the only kids activities can do other than going to the kids gym. But overall the hotel is clean and really quiet. So peaceful. And hotel management can plan on more beach activities like jet ski or surfing activities. The beach is wavy and not safe for recreational swimming."

"🏝 Location The hotel is perfectly situated at Teluk Cempedak Beach, right by the South China Sea, offering direct access to the sand and waves. It’s only about a 10‑minute drive from Kuantan city center, making it convenient for shopping and exploring local attractions. Guests can enjoy KFC, Mcd, Starbucks, family mart and famost curry mee just infront of the hotel. 🍴 Food Highly recommend their breakfast buffet, is generous, featuring both local specialties such as *nasi kerabu*, *solok lada*, and *ayam bakar*, as well as international options. For dinner, the seafood buffet is highly recommended too. Especially with the relaxing seaside atmosphere at night. A standout dish is the restaurant’s roti bawang served with dhal curry, which many guests rave about. 🌿 Environment & Atmosphere The resort has been fully renovated, some with stunning sea views. The surroundings are peaceful, ideal for unwinding—whether it’s a morning walk along the beach or watching the sunset in the evening. Facilities include multiple swimming pools for both adults and children, ensuring everyone has a place to relax. "We recently stayed at Crockfords Genting and had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. As the premier hotel at Genting Highlands, it truly lives up to its reputation. 🏨 Accommodation Our room was spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The bedding was incredibly comfortable, and the view over the highlands was stunning. Everything felt premium — from the modern amenities to the thoughtful little touches that made our stay extra special. 👨💼 Service Service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member we met — from the concierge and front desk to housekeeping and restaurant teams — was polite, attentive, and genuinely eager to help. Special thanks to the concierge team who assisted us with arrangements and recommendations with a warm smile. 📍 Location & Convenience Perfectly connected to SkyAvenue, casinos, and attractions via covered walkways — so easy to get around, even in rain. Yet it remains quiet and private, a true luxury escape above the bustle. 🍽️ Dining & Facilities The facilities are world-class — elegant lobby, relaxing spa, and excellent dining options right within the hotel. "On our way back to Kuala Lumpur from Genting, we deliberately took a detour to stay at this chateau hotel near Colmar Tropicale, and it turned out to be the most delightful 'chill-out' spot of our trip. The location is superb, just a 5-minute walk to Colmar Tropicale, and the surrounding trails are perfect for leisurely strolls, leaving us feeling completely refreshed by the end of the day. I must particularly rave about the dining! For dinner, I initially went for a creative set menu featuring dishes similar to 'raw-marinated, cooked-marinated' style, but unfortunately, the chef was off that day. We opted for two other options instead, and they were absolutely divine – the French onion soup was so rich I wished I could have another bowl, and the fries were the crispiest I've ever had, a true delight for those who appreciate details. The post-dinner dessert and mung bean soup also defied expectations; I've had countless versions of these, but the flavors here were the most satisfying and not at all cloying. Breakfast was semi-buffet style, and I ordered so many egg dishes that I was stuffed. The Malaysian sausages seemed to be made of pure meat, which gave them a fantastic texture. I highly recommend having all three meals at the hotel; relaxing with good food and drinks is the perfect vacation. The check-in service here also felt like 'royal treatment,' with the front desk staff giving us a guided tour and explanation of the entire chateau. It was thoughtful and thorough. Although the room wasn't large, it was cozy, quiet, and had an excellent view. We were upgraded to the top floor, despite it not being a high-rise building. This place is perfect for a honeymoon or simply a few days of relaxation. I would definitely visit again."

"This is easily the best hotel/BNB I’ve ever stayed in. My entire family felt completely relaxed and able to recuperate both mentally and physically. It was a much-needed respite for everyone. The amenities, room and view were phenomenal. The attached Antara shopping mall has plenty of food, shopping and basic groceries options. Getting to Genting first world from Antara Genting on a weekday night was a bit of a challenge (via grab / cab) but thankfully we drove so it wasn’t a major issue. Hotel parking was reasonable at ~MYR$5 a day. The credit card refund for the $200 security deposit was also very quick and efficient. We’ll definitely be back at Antara Genting CoBNB."

"Had a wonderful 3D2N stay here as a couple. Overall, everything was great and we really enjoyed our time at the resort. There were plenty of complimentary activities available, which made the stay even more enjoyable and gave us lots to do without any additional cost. The resort was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downside is the location, as it is quite far from Kuantan town. However, if you’re looking for a quiet escape away from the city, this is actually a great choice. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely consider coming back!"

"We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed."

This is easily the best hotel/BNB I’ve ever stayed in. My entire family felt completely relaxed and able to recuperate both mentally and physically. It was a much-needed respite for everyone. The amenities, room and view were phenomenal. The attached Antara shopping mall has plenty of food, shopping and basic groceries options. Getting to Genting first world from Antara Genting on a weekday night was a bit of a challenge (via grab / cab) but thankfully we drove so it wasn’t a major issue. Hotel parking was reasonable at ~MYR$5 a day. The credit card refund for the $200 security deposit was also very quick and efficient. We’ll definitely be back at Antara Genting CoBNB.

Our 3-day, 2-night family vacation was very satisfying. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. The breakfast provided was also very satisfying for the price paid. What was most satisfying was that the hotel management generously provided complimentary room decorations for our child's 4th birthday. Thank you to hotel staff member Zai who helped make our arrangements smooth. God willing, we will repeat our stay at Swiss Garden Hotel Genting Highland and other branches. 👍

Locations super strategic and walking distance to shopping mall. Booked for family suite, however below my expectations and not value for price since every year we stay here during raya holiday with different type of rooms. Breakfast just average since we came at 9am which most of foods not restock and bfreakfast will end at 10am. Can be more improved since we believe this hotel was rated at 5 stars.

We request for room that has awan karpet view semasa check in and we got room at lvl 35. Bilik okay cuma bau kepam and tandas sometimes ada bau tak menyenangkan. The service is good. Kami mintak dia spraykan pewangi around the room utk hilangkan bau kepam. Tv barely got a signal and we just use it utk dengar lagu je. And for the awan karpet view, i guess kena duduk kat level atleast 40 and above...kalau tak view dia mcm masuk alam magika mcm dlm gambar tu😂 and these view cuma ada after 9am. Overall okay , 9/10

We had high expectations for this iconic YTL property, but sadly it fell short. While the colonial charm and beautiful surroundings are undeniable, the overall experience didn’t match the premium price. Service was inconsistent throughout our stay. Some staff were warm and attentive, while others seemed indifferent, making the experience feel uneven. For a luxury hotel, we expected much more attention to detail. The property itself is elegant, but parts of it are showing their age and could benefit from refurbishment. Although the atmosphere is peaceful, it wasn’t enough to make up for the service shortcomings. Food also not to expectation .Nasi lemak , the rice is undercooked. Coffee is inconsistent . First Serve was good . Second pot was burnt . Their high tea, sandwiches we stale . Only admirable was their scone with clotted cream & strawberry jam were excellent . Overall, it wasn’t the memorable luxury escape we had hoped for. There are certainly positives, but considering the price, we left feeling disappointed rather than impressed.

Birthday Stay at Kasturi Cherating 🌴 We went to Kasturi Cherating to celebrate my birthday. Upon arrival, the buggy picked us up from the parking area and brought us to the lobby. We received a welcome drink, although it was a little too sweet for my liking. Interestingly, the buggy driver was also the one who assisted us with the check-in process. This gave me the impression that the resort might be slightly understaffed, as the same staff seemed to be handling multiple roles. We had to wait for almost an hour as it wasn’t quite time for check-in yet. While waiting, we were served complimentary tea, which was actually really good. Then we headed to our villa. The room was spacious and had a beautiful beach view, which I really loved. However, I was quite disappointed with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the villa. There were visible stains on the floor, especially in the bathroom, and we also experienced leaking from the ceiling. It was a shame because the room itself had so much potential. For breakfast, the selection was quite limited and the food was not particularly impressive. I was expecting more variety and better quality, especially for a 5-star resort. Overall, we still had a pleasant stay and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. However, considering the price we paid, the overall experience did not really feel like a 5-star resort. I was expecting a more luxurious experience, better-maintained facilities, higher cleanliness standards and service that matches the 5-star positioning. I hope the management can look into the staffing, maintenance, cleanliness and food quality. The resort has a beautiful setting and great potential, and I would definitely love to visit again if these areas are improved. Cleanliness: 6/10 Food: 5/10 Room: 9/10 Overall: 7/10

a 6/10 stay for me bcs some facilities aren’t accessible if you dont pay for it. the pool is crowded with people on weekends you barely have enough space to swim. sky pool at hard rock requires you to buy food and drinks then only can enter. the tiles are cracked and you dont get to see much of the carpet sky even though i paid for mountain view. the most annoying part is the receptionist they take HOURS to give you your room key theres a long line

The environment for the room is very nice and there is a nice view outside. And also they do have wine glasses in the room and me and my husband can have wine time during the jacuzzi. During morning time you can see the nice view and be able to see the temple. There is also a linked bridge to the outdoor theme park and enjoy our time there. There is also a gym room and indoor swimming pool downstairs. Next time I will bring my family to come and stay here again.

The room was ok, but overall cleanliness was not good. There were many cigarette remnants and bread crumbs near the window. The service provider by the number of 0126739878 is not professional and not responsive. I was having issue of getting the key card and locating the mail box, and i try to call the number, but the operator refuse to take my call for 8 times. It was frustrating when u couldn't get the check in process done and the operator refuse to take my call. i will not book through this operator anymore

This is family and kids friendly hotel, everything is good and fine. But for breakfast for 3days stays is the same menu I'm expecting other kind of fried noodle or nasi goreng variation on different days. English breakfast also the same menu. The most enjoyable thing is the kids pool because that is the only kids activities can do other than going to the kids gym. But overall the hotel is clean and really quiet. So peaceful. And hotel management can plan on more beach activities like jet ski or surfing activities. The beach is wavy and not safe for recreational swimming.
