"The location is good. The kitchen is full equiped, but there is no teabags. AC was working. From the second side of bed there is no plug. The staff is very kind and helpful. There is no slippers. In the morning you can go for breakfast (not included) In the first floor can be noisy because of other guests."

"Very convenient location of the hotel. Friendly staff, the first day there was no hot water, we contacted the reception and our problem was solved in 30 minutes. If you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your things in the storage room and go to the embankment to sit in a cafe. We will definitely come back again."

"The hotel was amazing, despite various reviews, it was clean, modern, the staff was really kind and the deposit was returned after a few days. Amazing window view and a pool with view of airport runway. Just wow for the price!"

"The location is convenient – about a 10-minute walk to Nice Riquier train station, and 20-25 minutes on foot to Place Masséna. Tram #1 runs nearby, and a bit further, from Place Garibaldi, you can catch tram #2 to the airport and tram #3. Across the street from the hotel is a shopping center with a Carrefour that we visited daily. The room has almost everything you need for a stay, including a well-equipped kitchenette with a two-burner stove, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine (we don't drink coffee, so didn't use it), refrigerator, and dishwasher (with a few tablets provided). There was also dish soap, but no sponge (we had to buy one ourselves). There was also no cutting board (we bought one too). All necessary utensils are available (though for knives, there's only a small one for vegetables and a bread knife; a larger, all-purpose knife would have been nice). For those who care, there were no cooking essentials like salt, sugar, or spices, which are usually present in apartments of this type. As warned beforehand, there's no cleaning service during your stay (there's a vacuum cleaner in the closet). You have to take out the trash yourself, and towels are not changed (there's a heated towel rail in the bathroom, which is very convenient; you can wash something and it dries quickly). The bathroom has liquid soap and shower gel, a bathtub, and a shower hose. An ironing board is available (I don't recall an iron as it wasn't needed). There's also a safe. Our stay was quite satisfying, and we would book again."

"The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, nestled within a business park with readily available supermarkets and restaurants. It offers excellent value for money. It's also within easy walking distance from Nice Airport T1, nearby Tram stations, and the train station. The apartment-style rooms are clean and spacious, though daily housekeeping isn't provided. The double bed is a bit soft and narrow, but the refrigerator and kitchen utensils are perfect for self-catering. There's a free gym in the building, and the attached parking garage is easy to access, with a clearly marked entrance. The €12/day parking fee is very reasonable for the area. However, be aware that the ramps for entering/exiting and moving between floors in the parking garage are extremely narrow and feature sharp right-angle turns, so be prepared for a challenging drive!"

"The transportation is convenient, about 15 minutes walk from the railway station. There are simple kitchen supplies in the apartment, so there are stoves, refrigerators and microwave ovens, simple kitchen utensils, dishes, knives, forks, wine glasses, etc. Room size is acceptable. The bathroom space is also moderate. Towels and toiletries are provided. Special luggage storage service. Front desk service is good."

"Pros: Location (4/5): Conveniently located with a balcony offering a standard street-view. Cons & Dealbreakers: Inflexible Service (2/5): The in-room amenities provided were extremely insufficient. For a 4-day (3-night) stay with double occupancy, only 2 packets of instant coffee were provided. My request for an additional 2 packets at the front desk was explicitly denied, resulting in a poor customer service experience. Hygienic and Pest Issues (3/5): There was noticeable insect activity in the room. During my 3-day stay, I found and killed a total of 5 mosquitoes and 2 ants in the room, indicating that basic pest control and cleanliness standards were not met. Ineffective Facilities (3/5): The in-room dishwasher was practically useless, failing to clean dishes at all. After running a full cycle, the dishwasher tablet was only half dissolved, suggesting a logical flaw in the equipment, such as insufficient water temperature or a faulty water circulation system."

"The location is excellent, very close to Promenade des Anglais, and a 5-6 minute walk to Nice Beach. There's an induction cooker and microwave, and other cookware and tableware are also provided. A bowl of hot noodle soup in the morning is enough to soothe a Chinese stomach after eating white food every day. Remember to bring your own condiments. Check-in and check-out are completely self-service; I didn't see a single staff member during my three nights. There are free umbrellas, beach mats, and beach towels available for rent in the hallway, which is very convenient. There's nothing more authentic than taking your own gear and enjoying Nice Beach."

"We had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back. Breakfast was really delicious and would recommend. The day we ordered breakfast it was raining so we didn’t get to have it in the garden but have it in our rooms which was even better. The service here is great and the staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. One small thing to note is the wall is a bit thin so if you are a very light sleeper might be something to consider. But to us the service really makes up for the tiny inconvenience."
