"The location is super convenient, close to the tram station, and the main train station is only a few minutes away. The room was relatively clean. However, the hotel is quite old, and the breakfast area is tiny, definitely not what you'd expect from a 4-star."

"This was a stylish hotel, and I had a very comfortable stay! Unlike in Japan, amenities like bathrobes, loungewear, and slippers weren't provided. However, I was grateful that the hand soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all L'Occitane products. The power outlets require you to push the plug firmly all the way in. I brought two types of adapters, but one of them didn't work with these outlets. There was a water dispenser in the hallway, which was really helpful for refilling my water bottle. The cleaning staff were very kind and flexible, for example, they were able to just exchange the towels when I requested it. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right in front, a tram station nearby, and easy access to the ocean!"

"Nice hotel in a prime location. Short walk to train station, supermarket, tram stop, and beach; couldn’t really be located better. Hotel was simple but modern and clean. Coffee machine provided, bathrooms were particularly nice, lovely balcony. Cleaned daily. Only note was hand soap wasn’t provided in the bathroom."

"It was such an amazing stay! I wish I could've used their spa as well, but anyhow the room had a stunning sea view like I asked them. The receptionists were very kind and responsive. It's a bit far from the old town and castle hill, but it's only 10-20 mins walk. I'd recommend this hotel :)"

"The location is excellent, right next to the train station, making it super convenient to travel to nearby towns. It's about a ten-minute walk to the beach, and there's a tram stop right outside, so it's a real transportation hub in Nice. The place was quite clean. Facilities were all good; there's free coffee on the ground floor, and you can grab water yourself. The L-shaped balcony is very spacious, but the curtains are a bit thin and don't block out much light. The only downside is that the elevator is quite slow, fitting a maximum of three people. This hotel offers incredible value for money. During my 20+ day trip in Europe, hotel prices ranged from 750 to 3000 euros per night, and this was the cheapest but definitely not the worst. If you plan on exploring the towns around Nice, this is the top choice."

"Clean and comfy room. Room is quite spacious. Toilet is big and has a bath tub. Air con works well and has hot water for shower. Very convenient location - can walk to the beach area (about 15 min). Receptionist was very helpful - due to France train strike our train ticket from Nice to Lyon was cancelled but the receptionist helped us to research and found an alternative for us. "Absolutely appalling! Humiliating and maliciously difficult service that delayed a traveler. I strongly advise against solo female travelers or those arriving late at night for a layover from staying here! I have to write my first ever negative review for an Accor hotel because of my experience at the Novotel Nice Airport. As a guest who prepaid for two nights in full, I was subjected to an unbelievably terrible ordeal at this hotel. Due to a severe train delay (over 12 hours), I arrived at the hotel alone, utterly exhausted from a long journey, at almost 4 AM. Despite being advertised as a 24-hour reception airport hotel, the night staff not only lacked basic professionalism but repeatedly subjected me to cold sarcasm and interrogation. When I presented my passport with a smile, informing him I had a two-night reservation, the front desk employee was incredibly arrogant and aggressive, repeatedly questioning me: ”It's 4 AM!” ”This isn't yesterday!” – what a 'surprising' way to treat a guest. Yet, when I arrived, the front desk was perfectly normally checking in another couple with luggage. It seems I wasn't disturbing his rest, was I? As an airport hotel, is it really the first time they've encountered a late-night arrival? Or does a '24-hour reception' airport hotel actually not provide this service? As a legitimate customer who fully prepaid for two nights, the right to use the room was 100% mine, regardless of what time I arrived on the first night. What was the purpose behind the front desk's malicious and abnormal behavior in making things difficult for a guest? Was it his utterly nonexistent professionalism? Or was it because of my appearance? A solo Asian female traveler – did that momentarily make him feel he could exert his privilege or power to 'teach a lesson' to this guest? Or did my arrival somehow harm his interests, causing him to vent his anger on an innocent guest? This kind of discriminatory workplace bullying and emotional abuse completely trampled on the basic standards of the service industry. This isn't just poor service; it's a severe lack of professional ethics. Such individuals are a disgrace to the hotel industry. I strongly advise all solo female travelers, especially Asian women, and anyone needing a safe place to rest after a delayed journey, to completely avoid this hotel. At a moment you least expect, you might inexplicably encounter extreme malice and humiliation here!"

"Overall, a great hotel! The location is excellent – it's a 10-minute walk to the station or a 5-minute taxi ride, and there's a shopping street right downstairs. You can also walk to the beach in 10 minutes. The first night, we made a last-minute booking for a superior king room and a standard large room (212 and 411). There was a 100 RMB price difference, but I'm not sure why the 'better' room actually had a smaller bed. It was unclear which one was more expensive. The following three nights, we had pre-booked a superior triple room. We wanted to extend our stay in the existing rooms but were told it would cost an extra 600+ Euros, which seemed baffling since the two rooms combined cost 2600 RMB, less than one night in the 3000+ RMB superior triple. The front desk even suggested we switch to room 208, saying it was the best – a quad room – but that would have cost an additional 90+ Euros for three nights. We looked at it and thought it was just okay, so we didn't switch. When we checked in that afternoon, we were given room 106, which turned out to be quite good! It had a partition between the king bed and the sofa bed, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. Glad we didn't switch! I won't post many photos as they look just like the official ones."

"Great location and lovely room with view over airport , only downside was bar closed early and we had just arrived from a long delayed flight there was no food available and just ordered drinks but staff made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. Apart from the staff is a great hotel"

"I have to complain about the service at this hotel. One day, we left before 12 PM and hung the 'Please Make Up Room' sign on the door. However, when we returned to the hotel in the evening, we found that the room hadn't been cleaned. The used towels were still there, and no new ones had been placed in the room. When I went downstairs to explain the situation, one of the front desk staff members told us to bring the old towels down ourselves. Their attitude was extremely arrogant and dismissive, basically conveying a 'We didn't clean it, if you want new towels, bring the old ones down yourself, do whatever you want' kind of message."
