"The hotel has a fantastic location, right on the street, with a parking lot just inside and restaurants downstairs. The hotel boasts modern and sophisticated decor, and the rooms are clean, well-laid out, and comfortable.
The service is attentive, responsive, and efficient. They also offer free car washes now, making the return trip super convenient. The breakfast is plentiful, with fresh ingredients and a wide variety of flavors to suit every taste. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time and have already recommended it to friends!"

"Five-star recommendation for this hotel! A butler called me even before check-in, and after finding out we were a party of three, they upgraded us to a suite for free. We arrived quite late for check-in, but the butler was still incredibly friendly, helped us with our luggage, and offered warm ginger tea, hot milk, and a variety of snacks. The butler also carried our bags to the room, explaining all the facilities and services along the way. In the evening, they sent various thoughtful tips in our WeChat group. On check-out day, they also gave us a warm farewell. Super, super recommended! The butler service is excellent, and the hotel facilities are great. Highly, highly recommended! Seriously, truly recommended!"

"The room was clean and tidy, and its proximity to the scenic spots was very convenient. The facilities were complete, and the service attitude was excellent. The owner was very friendly; as soon as we checked in, he offered us a room upgrade to one with a skylight. The room was spacious, and seeing the night sky from outside at night was incredibly peaceful. The next morning, I woke up naturally with the rising sun, which was very relaxing. It was a very satisfying stay! The skylight really left a deep impression. Recommended!"

"The hotel I stayed in when I was playing in Sailimu Lake is still under renovation, so I felt that there was a lot of dust outside. The hotel is very new and the facilities are relatively complete, but there is no water in the room. I went down to ask the front desk lady and she only got two bottles. This can actually be improved. The room is quite large, with a room + living room, which is very suitable for family travel. It is a good place to stay when visiting Sailimu Lake."

"This hotel, located in the Sayram Lake hotel cluster, offers excellent value for money. Compared to other hotels that easily cost four figures, this one is much more budget-friendly.
Service: The service was exceptional. After visiting Sayram Lake, we arrived at the hotel past 10 PM. The security guard at the entrance saw us from afar and came out to help with our luggage. At the front desk, our room keys were already prepared, and check-in was very quick. (Although the room was booked for double breakfast, they saw there were three of us and immediately provided three breakfast vouchers.) When we called because a set of towels was missing, it was delivered promptly. Upon check-out, we even received complimentary fridge magnets (very generous, one for each of us).
Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impressive. There was absolutely no dust on handrails or the top of the clothes hangers. The bedsheets were also very clean.
Facilities: The hotel is newly built, so all the facilities are still quite new. The family room was very convenient, with bathrooms both upstairs and downstairs (though the shower water pressure upstairs was a bit low and it was a 3-in-1 unit). The doorknob in the downstairs toilet was a bit loose. Parking is available right at the entrance, and the soundproofing was decent. The breakfast selection was also quite rich."

"It is just a 1-minute drive from the ticket office at the entrance of the scenic spot, which is very convenient. The hotel is newly renovated. Although there are other hotels around that are under renovation, it does not affect our rest. The room was very clean and the bedding was very comfortable. We were four girls and lived in a triple room which was very spacious and one bed was enough for two people. Very cost-effective. The boss was very welcoming. He helped us with our luggage and gave us many instructions. He even invited us to have dinner as we arrived too late. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance to enjoy it because we went to take pictures of the sunset. If you are driving, please navigate to the People’s Hospital which is closer to his home! We put our luggage on the bed before taking the photo, so please take a look at the photos."
