"The room is quite spacious and has underfloor heating. The courtyard is also very pretty, it would be even more comfortable to visit in the summer. The breakfast, however, was pretty average; I'd suggest the owner improve the variety of the breakfast options, as it really wasn't good. The staff's service attitude was decent, but even though the KTV was listed as free, we didn't get to use it. I'd also recommend more thorough linen changes; there was a hair on the bed when we checked in. Despite these issues, and not wanting to be too critical, I'll still give a good review."

"The service was absolutely excellent from start to finish, very thoughtful and attentive throughout our stay. Parking was convenient, and they were proactive and helpful with our luggage. Our room was clean and spacious, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the full-house floor heating was a real treat, making it super cozy. This is definitely our top choice for accommodation when visiting Bipenggou."

"This hotel is absolutely fantastic. The service is warm and incredibly attentive, the rooms are spotless, and the mattress is super comfortable. There's even a cozy tea lounge to relax in. I particularly appreciated the bathroom's separate wet and dry areas. The hotel's surroundings are stunning; it boasts a small garden right at the entrance and another beautiful garden on the rooftop, perfect for taking photos. Plus, they have EV charging stations, which is a great bonus. I highly recommend it!"

"I brought my kids to western Sichuan to see the snow during the winter break. After a lot of research and comparing many hotels, I finally chose this one and it didn't disappoint! As soon as we arrived at the parking lot, the front desk staff immediately came out to help with our luggage – super thoughtful. Check-in was super fast, done in just 2 minutes, making the whole process comfortable and hassle-free. We had dinner directly at the hotel, and the yak meat truly amazed me. I heard the owner's wife personally selects authentic yak meat from the market; the meat was tender and incredibly flavorful. Later in the evening, we enjoyed a soak in the hot spring; the water temperature was perfect, washing away all the tiredness from a day of traveling. It's incredibly refreshing to find such a hassle-free and comfortable place when traveling with kids. Highly recommended!"

Wake to birdsong in the morning; in the afternoon, sunlight spills across a rattan chair—a cup of clear tea, a half-read book. Here, time slows, and you can hear the sound of your own breath.
"This trip is the most fortunate to choose this one. The host is enthusiastic and not too disturbed. I enter the door with a cup of hot tea and chat about the local customs. It is as comfortable as visiting relatives. In terms of hygiene, there is no problem at all. The sheets and quilts are white and dry, and the corners are spotless. It is particularly safe to live in. This price can live in such quality, the price is really high, I have recommended it to my friends, and I will stay here next time."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right near the Bipenggou scenic area. There are restaurants at the entrance, and a yard for free parking. We booked a family room, which was very spacious and even had a small tent. We arrived at 8:30 PM, and the proprietress had already called ahead to turn on the underfloor heating. The breakfast in the morning was also very generous. Highly recommended! There's a beautiful little river in front of the hotel, and you can see the mountains opposite right from your window."

"I was incredibly lucky to get a room upgrade during the May Day holiday. You can really tell the owner is dedicated to creating a high-end hotel with a sophisticated, photogenic interior in this small county town. They were proactive in contacting us before check-in and offered concierge service. I even met a staff member who proudly told us that they change the hot spring water daily. It's clear a lot of thought went into the room design as well. While Gurgou is a small place I probably won't visit again, I truly hope the establishment thrives. It would be wonderful if more travelers visiting this area could enjoy not just comfort, but also a beautiful and enriching experience."

Stay away from the noise of the city, enjoy the tranquility we have prepared for you, and enjoy the infinite beauty brought by nature.
"We arrived early around 11.30am and the staff kindly allowed us to check in. Since the room wasn’t ready yet, we left our luggage and walked to Bipenggou Park, which is only about 10 minutes away. The room has floor heating, making it very cozy and warm despite the cold weather. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended for anyone planning to overnight in Bipenggou."

Service: The owner is very welcoming and attentive, constantly checking if the breakfast is getting cold! The cats and dogs are super friendly! There's even a small heater under the owner's dining table, which is a thoughtful touch. The vanity mirror and glass were spotless. Location: It's conveniently located near Lixian County town, making our itinerary easy to manage. There's also a private parking lot 🅿️! We'll definitely come again."

"The only upside of this hotel is direct car access to the scenic area. Other than that, it's absolutely not worth the price. The front desk staff were cold and unhelpful, and the hot spring area staff had no service awareness whatsoever – I've never encountered anyone yelling commands at guests before. The hotel facilities weren't fully open; only three small outdoor hot tubs were available. And that 'scenic area transportation' they mentioned? Turns out there's another electric shuttle inside the area that costs an extra 60 RMB per person!"
